I went in for an iron fitting with Kevin Kraft and he is top notch. Very knowledgeable and professional. I won’t be going anywhere else for my golf club needs.Kevin not only found me the best iron to match my swing, he also spent extra, what I felt was extra, time to dig further to see if we could improve on the numbers with different shafts. When we were done I had hit enough balls to equal 2 rounds of golf.I can’t give enough kudos to Kevin and Dan Marshall, the GM, for a great and enjoyable fitting.

I went in after about 2.5 weeks after my first fitting to get a different driver and switch a hybrid I was given to a 3 wood.My first fitting was for full golf club set, just starting to take up golf, and James wasn’t too helpful. He just told me I needed forgiving clubs and lessons. Not blaming him, I totally did. He just seemed disinterested in the fitting though.Enter fitting 2 with David. David was awesome. I wasn’t a huge fan of my driver and how it felt, and I was given that 5 hybrid that I wanted to switch to a 3 wood. David was super helpful, changing shafts in the driver, finding one that not only hit my price point, but was also great for me. During this fitting, he also coached me a little bit on how to get a consistent swing. Something James really didn’t have interest in doing. If David was available, I would definitely recommend going with him for your fitting, and David, if you want to coach someone on the side, feel free to reach out! Honestly couldn’t say enough good things about him!

The Second Swing experience was great! David Ko patient worked with me as I hit many, many shots to evaluate club options for the best possible fit! He is clearly passionate about what he does, and is extremely knowledgeable of the myriad analytics available to help make the best club recommendations. Went today for a fitting for new Iron Set with Kevin. He was knowledgeable, thorough and did an excellent job. I’d highly recommend him. Significantly reduced my dispersion and added 11 yards carry to my irons. Meg was very kind during the checkout. And the deal was very fair. For sure I’ll be returning.

The employees were very knowledgeable but more importantly to us, they really took the time with my 9yo. He started getting into playing when we aquired a set of junior clubs last year, but no one in our house is very golf savvy so when we look for new clubs or other things he needs, its always a chore. Def found our new go- to place now! They all took their time with him, let him try out a few different styles (including clubs that we werent all that interested in just because hitting a few inside on a rainy Sunday was fun to him), and really took the time to explain to him what each club he had was used for so he could decide how to spend his money. The guys who helped him were amazing, the lady at the front was amazingly patient with him, and everyone was very friendly and not pushy at all.Did I mention my son is not only a junior but also a lefty??! And they dug around and found just what he needed in a clearance club so that he didnt spend all of his money in one day! And to top it off, his day was made when the cashier handed him a brand new pack of balls to try out his new hybrid with! Best experience EVER and this is something I usually dread (except for the smile on my little dudes face!)We will be recommending them to everyone we know with kids or even adults who play. I had a full bag fitting with David Ko who was absolutely awesome. I’m still a beginner and he gave me great instruction, tips and feedback to improve my swing all while fitting for different styles of clubs. He gave recommendations on clubs that fit within my budget while improving greatly on what I had before. Will likely schedule a lesson with him in the future as I really appreciated all of his help and feedback.

Highly recommend! Im new to the game, and this was my first time buying clubs and getting fitted. Facility was clean, fast, and efficient. All the employees were welcoming and very friendly. My rep, Blaine, was knowledgeable, patient, informative, and accommodating. I explained my experience and preferences, all with the ask to stay in a budget, and Blaine walked me through 5+ different brands with unique features to help me get the right fit. I spent more than expected, but because he took the time to walk through all the differences and explain the value in a set that will last me more than 10 years, I felt more than comfortable spending the money as the experience and clubs were more than I expected. He was extremely knowledgeable, excellent to work with, he picked out a few different club makes, and he let me pick out and try a couple I did my research on, and his picks were much better performing than the ones I chose. I had my first fitting ever with Kevin Kraft on September 7,, 2021. It was fantastic. Kevin walked me through the process and fully explained all the stats the system generated. He let me know what was going well and where I could improve with a different club. The entire session was stress free, fun and extremely helpful. This is the second time Ive been back to 2nd Swing in just 2 weeks. Once before for an iron fitting and today for a driver fitting. My fitter David Ko was extremely helpful in not only determining what driver to choose, but the reasons why we chose it. The data can be a lot to unpack but David was very thorough and answered all my questions I had. Highly recommend, Ill be back soon for a putter and wedge fitting as well!

Had a “long game” (driver/woods/hybrids) fitting with Kevin Kraft. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Even more importantly he explained my numbers and what they meant without trying to push me into any specific club or brand. I paid for an iron fitting (at a non-2nd Swing fitter who I also liked) and this is even a better value; it is essentially a free fitting if you are buying clubs. I came away with a mix of new and used clubs so I can’t imagine a better value for fit or better customer service overall.

Im a new golfer in my 50s. I got a full bag starter set about a year ago and have enjoyed playing about 10 rounds. I decided to get a fitting for the first time and didnt know what to expect. Kevin Kraft was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and very helpful . He spent 2 hours helping me find the best driver and irons for me, including going through multiple shaft options for each. Went for the full bag fitting with Kevin Kraft. Kevin was both very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed my game, my current clubs and where my weak spots were. We worked our way through some of the more popular brands and some that I expressed interest in based on demo days I had attended. After narrowing it down we tried several different shafts. I ended with clubs that felt the best, went the furthest and were the cheapest. (Score!)I will say that the full bag in one day is a bit much. By the time we got to the woods I was too tired to hit the ball well. I ended up ordering a new set of irons but I will return another time to redo the woods. The company requires that they offer the full bag and I made the mistake of trying to do it all at once.

Looking to upgrade my game and not break the bank. After some research I decided to check out 2nd Swing in Columbia. Could not have made a better choice. As I nervously scanned the showroom a young man by the name of Cam asked if I needed some assistance. Cam was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He listened patiently regarding my game, budget and goals. I was soon checking out with a new bag, a new set of irons and a used 3 wood and putter. Cam was the man and sincerely appreciate his guidance and direction.

A big thank you to Kevin Kraft at 2nd Swing Columbia. I did a driver fitting with him today and it was a great experience. I hit my current gamer to get a baseline for the fitting. Kevin looked at the numbers and said that will be hard to beat. He answered all my questions and found a driver a little better than my current one. He recommended that I keep playing my current because the gains were maybe not enough to make it worth spending the money on a new driver. He told me to come back in November when the new stuff comes out and we will try again. I will use Kevin again for my next fitting. A big thank you to him.

Came in for new driver fitting with Kevin Kraft, brought my current driver to test against. He walked me through 5 additional drivers tweaking shaft and loft on each one. Turns out my current driver was best fit for me after 45 minutes. Was expecting to spend $200 and he did it all for free. Great guy and a great place, could not recommend more. Will be back when it’s time to buy my next club.

2nd Swing Club fitting rocks ... David Ko at the Columbia store is a star!I got a set of Ping G15s as a trade-up from my Callaway Big Berthas during the Labor Day sale. Played them for a few weeks to get a feel, now scheduled a time to get them adjusted.David recorded my stats, adjusted the club weight to be even across the board, and adjusted the lie for better address. Could not be happier --- straighter shots, gained 10 - 15 yards on each club in my swing and increased ball spin. Now time to win some skins on the course ...

David ko was the person that fitted me. It was a great experience I hit what I wanted and even more than I thought. He gave me some good drills and I walked out with a new club.

Got fitted with David Ko a few days ago on a Driver. First time fitting, and David was tremendously patient, generous, and professional. He is also very detailed and knowledgeable which made the experience more enjoyable. David was very thorough in walking me through multiple specifications and adjusted them all until my swing was optimized. He even offered me some amazing swing advice that literally changed my game (I went out yesterday with his advice). Im sure the fitting folks are all great here, but if you can, get booked with David. Im now looking to get fitted for more clubs with him.

I am not much of a golfer but trying to get more serious so I decided to upgrade from my starter set I’ve had for 10 years. At a friend’s recommendation i decided to get an all bag fitting. I had David Ko as my golf professional. It was the best experience. He got to know me and my goals, my experience and my swing. I didn’t know anything about anything coming into this. We worked through each of the clubs trying different styles and adjustments until we got to clubs that felt right and worked for me. It was just an all around great experience. Everyone in the facility was so nice. I will definitely be going back if I ever need anything else golf related.

My wife had a fitting appointment with Blaine on Friday 17 Sept. He was very knowledgeable, sharp and pleasant to work with. He explained the different metrics from Trackman which made our visit worth while. I can honestly say, this was our best fitting ever. I will be coming back to see Blaine to get dialed in to my clubs.

I went here this past weekend for a new (well, “experienced set”) and was greatly surprised. Ryan was my sales associate. He was extremely patient and helpful with what I was looking for. Even with the store being as busy as it was, he still made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I truly appreciate his customer service and friendly demeanor. Secondly, Meg, the cashier that checked me out, was very pleasant and informed me of their 30 day return/exchange policy. October 2, 2021 (Anthony Long-Master Golf Fitter)I finally decided to get a golf fitting. After searching for a place to get it done, I chose 2nd swing. It was a 40 minute drive, and I was hoping that it was going to be worth my time. I was so glad I decided to get it done, and that I chose 2nd Swing.I have never done this before, so I was very skeptical about this entire process. So much so, that I was researching the process online as I was driving there the morning of.I walked into the store and was greeted with a warm welcome from the associates working that day. As I looked around the store, I was overwhelmed with the mass inventory of golfing items. This is the golf Mecca!!!The associates directed me to the person who would be working with me to get my personal fitting, which was Master Fitter Anthony Long.To make a long story short, Anthony was great and knowledgeable! I mean this guy was full of information that was useful to me and I’m sure anyone.Anthony explain everything to me. It was a comfortable experience and well worth my time and money. The equipment/computers that he used to assist him in explaining my fitting, was more than helpful.If you have the opportunity to take a fitting, I encourage you to do so, and request Anthony Long. I wanted a driver that would give me additional 10-20 yards. So, I set up an appointment with David Ko. After I hit a dozen balls, he suggested me to try Cobra, Titleist and Taylormade drivers. He made some adjustment and I gained 20-25 yards with better accuracy. David knows what he is doing. If you are looking to fit any club, see David Ko. He is the BEST!!!

Stopped into the Columbia store and got an impromptu fitting with David Ko. I just finished my beginner lessons and was a little overwhelmed with all of the choices for clubs that were available. David was very patient with me, explaining different details of the various clubs I swung across the 2 hours I was there. His professionalism and easy-going nature made it much easier on me to make my club selections and I would not hesitate to see David again when I am ready to upgrade my clubs in the future. Best customer service Ive received anywhere. Anthony Long and Dan Marshall went above and beyond all of my expectations. I was at first very disappointed after my fitting and being told I purchased the wrong clubs for my swing. Anthony researched inventory and emailed me with several options and was quick to reply to my questions. When I made the choice that the best thing to do, would be to exchange I returned. Dan Marshall walked me through a few options. During our conversation I brought up my wife would like some clubs. He dropped everything and the focus was on her. My wife was able to hit the booth and try 6 sets.Today my wife and I played our first round together with our own clubs. It was the best round weve played! Thank you!!!

Came looking for a hybrid and a nice young man named David was very helpful. He showed me several hybrids and then examined my swing with the clubs I was interested in. Though I did not make a purchase, David did make degree adjustments on previously purchased hybrids from 2nd Swing. Really appreciated his helpfulness and pleasant attitude. Will come back again.

Went for a fitting with David Ko. David was able to listen to my specific needs that I wanted to improve on in my future game while being able to help me keep the consistencies I wanted to retain. He was able to help me pick a set of irons that felt similar to my old set but had a greater performance than the old set. It’s only been a month since having the irons and I’ve already seen a great improvement in my game. Definitely would recommend seeing him to get a fitting.

David Ko is the Man! I was trepidatious about the value Id find in scheduling an hour for a fitting, not overly sure the value would be there. Oh was I wrong!!! Not only did David help me find the right club, he helped me understand more about my swing and techniques I could use to correct it. Dont be scared, schedule a fitting and buy the right club!

Had a fitting with David Ko today. Told him my price range for a set of used irons at the outset. After he had me hit about 75 balls with various cubs, and we analyzed the data, he made his official recommendation. I fully expected that clubs he was recommending to be at the upper end of my budget- but they were actually FAR LESS than I was willing to spend. Honesty like that can be hard to find, and its obvious that David truly cares about his customers. Also gave me a great tip while I was hitting the balls- which Im confident will up my game the next time I go out. I cannot recommend 2nd Swing Columbia and David Ko enough. I have found my permanent golf store and look forward to using them for decades to come.

I’ve been to the Columbia location 3 times now; once to be fitted for new Mizuno irons, once to purchase a new 3 Wood and once to get a new 4 hybrid. I have been met with great superior service! Knowledgeable and very accommodating staff. They truly try to help you understand your swing through analytics and are not pushing products on you for sales commissions. David helped me on my last visit and gave game changing insights that have helped my game. They have earned a raving fan!

My husband went for a fitting and was extremely pleased. Blaine Seitz and David Ko were his fitters (2 separate days). Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I ordered clubs online and spoke to a sales rep to have my grips reinstalled after the extension. When I received my clubs they had no grips. I attempted to call the customer service number and never got through. I tried calling the sales number and they hung up on me. I decided to call one of the locations and was able to speak to Dan who assisted me in getting my grips.

First, the store is fantastic, very organized and clean. Customer service is also terrific. I was met at the door, ask how I could be helped then taken directly to my appointment. I was given a club and told to start hitting balls so I could be warm and ready for my fitting. During the fitting, David Ko was awesome. I wasnt just fitted for the perfect club, I was given some swing advice. At the end of the hour, I was hitting my new 5 fairway consistently the same and farther and straighter than I was before. If you have even the smallest interest in golf, this place is for you. You can hit every club in the store that doesnt have plastic on the head which indicates its brand new. Their selection is surprisingly large, and the associates all seemed knowledgeable but werent pushy or trying to upsell you.

I was looking for advice in regards to reshafting a driving iron, though I initially suggested I was uninterested in a fitting. Kyle continued to help as I swung multiple shafts, including my own. I did a driver fitting with David. I didn’t know what to expect, but he ended up being awesome and spending so much time with me. We tested like half a dozen clubs, and one was clearly the winner for me. David gave me some tips on my swing and I was crushing the driver like 50 yards further, give or take (maybe 30+ consistently). He was so thorough and took so much time with me that I actually was the one to say “all done”.The data that’s created with the Trackman system is really impressive. David sent me the data afterwards, but I never received the email 😥. Not his fault but I’m bummed.Definitely a great store and experience. And I bought a nice driver to replace a 10+ year old one.

Gary was very helpful in finding me a new set of clubs, the whole process was smooth and the simulator allowed me to find clubs that suited me the best. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had an iron fitting with David Ko and it was great! He watched me hit numerous shots with my current irons and recommended adjustments he felt should be made to my existing clubs. He also had me hit the latest club design so I could determine if I wanted to upgrade my clubs, but he did not push an upgrade. He also talked about the type of ball I was using and suggested I use a different ball. He also looked at my current grips and recommended I use midsize grips. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend David for a fitting.

There are lots of products and good price! You can buy used and new items. I saw the sign they have a trade service. And you can try before you buy them. I went here with my husband to get my set. I didnt see lots of products for ladies but found good one for me. Staffs were nice and kind too.

This place for a high handicapper like myself is like golf heaven. I’m a 28 handicap learning to strike the ball better but I had a 10 year old putter. I was tired of the 3 puts and someone told me to work backwards when trying to improve your golf game, putter, short game, irons etc. I went into the store looking for a new putter and was greeted by Matt in the putting area. Matt told me about line angle and some other things about my putting stroke after analyzing my stroke on the computer. Matt was awesome and through his suggestions and my wants, looks, and feel in my putter because it’s definitely about the looks and swag. I decided on a new putter and with lots of green time I am 2 putting a lot more. My best round with the née putter was a 103.

I had a fantastic fitting with Jim Donatelli. He was incredibly knowledgeable while not attempting to push me into making a rash decision. Not only did he help with a fitting he also provided some much needed tips to improve my swing. I would highly recommend Jim for your club fitting needs.

He had me try out a few different options in the fitting bay and even gave me a few pointers on how to improve my swing. I was also pleasantly surprised by the turnaround time for custom fitting. I came in on a Sunday and theyre going to have my new clubs ready for pickup on the following Tuesday. Also got a new bag (there are so many different ones to choose from) and new grips. This is definitely the place to go for new golf equipment.

I went in for a fitting with Kevin Kraft. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable. We were able to identify shortcomings with my current irons and he was able to fit me into irons that better fit my game. Providing me options that weren’t even on my radar. Great experience, highly recommend. Kevin is awesome.

I decided it was time to upgrade my ancient equipment. I made an appointment with James and he really took care of me. He first gave me some tips to get some good swings so that i could decide what club to buy. I had decided what club i needed to buy and he helped me understand that my wants and needs maybe did not align :). I ended up with a Ping driver that of course I hit well in the shop. Now the test. I immediately went to the driving range and lo and behold, I was lights out with that new driver and 5 wood.....amazing.....The folks at second swing are awesome. It was worth the drive and ill return again......for sure....I highly recommend anyone needing new clubs....heading to second swing is absolutely worth your time and you will be satisfied.

I had a great experience at this store. I met with Charlie Murphy. He took the time to help me adjust my swing mechanics while fitting me for the proper club for my size and build. He helped educate me on some of my mistakes and overall helped my quality of game moving forward. He was never pushy about selling me something I didn’t need. He kept me within my budget and still provided me with top tier service. I would highly recommend meeting him and gaining any knowledge of the game he has.

Excellent experience! All staff were extremely nice, especially Dan. Prices were EXCELLENT! I am a high handicap beginner, and felt very comfortable trying out clubs in the demo areas. I also appreciated all of the recommendations Dan made for me. Will be back and tell all of my golf buddies to come through!

This place is great. Found used clubs that were almost like new, which goes a long way especially being left handed. My fitting was scheduled with Charlie Murphy and was the best fitting experience I’ve had. Charlie was knowledgeable, personal, and experienced when it came to the game of golf. It was like my fitting included a golf lesson based off how much Charlie knew about the game. I would recommend 2nd Swing to anybody but Charlie really made the whole experience worth it.

Had my first ever fitting with Kevin Kraft. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fitted me for a new set of irons and understood what I wanted to get out of my game. I started to tire out and he didnt push me to make a decision on driver. We decided I should come back and make a decision on good swings. Facilities are awesome. Will definitely be going here for my club needs from now on.

Had a lousy fitting with an associate named Gary. Rude, condescending, impatient, and got after me for Covid concerns despite never having his own nose covered. The rest of the associates seemed friendlier, so hopefully just bad luck :/

My experience was not what I thought it was going to be. I showed up expecting to test out at least 3 different set if irons. I told the associate I had the fitting that I wanted the length of my irons to stay the same because it allowed for a better smoother flowing swing. He recommended that I go for an inch shorter. To be polite I agreed and tested 1 set of irons. They felt weird and I tactfully asked if I could try a different set. He replied with this is the only set we have that will fit you I left with those clubs thinking he is an expert so I should listen to him. Two horrible golf rounds later I called them to tell them I wanted to return the clubs because they just didnt feel right. I asked them if I could just try some of the clubs without scheduling an appointment since I already have the specs. They said thats not how they do things and that I would need an appointment which wasnt available for two more weeks. Im very upset and angry that I have to wait two more weeks just to buy a set of clubs.

My husband made an appointment for me to get fitted for a putter (birthday present). Charlie Murphy from the Columbia store did my fitting. Ive never gone through a fitting before (being a newbie), he was very patient, gave me a few gentle lessons on my stroke and wasnt afraid to go outside the box I painted for him to get me into the best putter Ive had to date. (borrowed putters from my husband). I finally have a putter that is MINE and it feels great! I would highly recommend Charlie! What a wonderful experience!

I scheduled a fitting for new clubs for my husband’s birthday and we had a fantastic experience with Blaine Seitz. He was extremely knowledgeable about every type of club we were looking for and provided excellent advice throughout the fitting. My husband found the clubs that worked best for him and fit our budget. We never felt like we were being over sold. We would definitely recommend!

First visit at the Columbia, MD store. Booked an appointment with Blaine Seitz for iron fitting with the goal to leave the store with a new/used iron set within my budget. After Blaine discovered that I live almost 2 hours away and also was interested in upgrading my driver and putter, he worked with other instructors to try to book fitting session with the driver and putter during the same visit. Blaine made the iron fitting session super smooth and fun! I tried 6 to 8 different 7 irons and finally narrowed down to one with the assistance of the awesome technology inside the swinging bays related to ball spin, swing mph and downward angle. I previously had 20 year old clubs and I have gained about 20-50 yards on the irons! I left with a brand new iron set that was perfectly within my budget. Blaine paired me up with Matt over by the putting area. After several putting shots being recorded, Matt quickly pointed out my obvious putting mistakes that can easily be adjusted. Matt was very detailed at explaining how I could adjust and avoid future putting mistakes. Based on my preference regard to putter shape and having no inserts, he pulled out about 6-8 putters within my budget. We narrowed down to one putter and I made all the putts within 3-10 feet range! Again, we have upgraded my putter within my budget. Lastly, I went back to work with Blaine. Blaine used most of the stats from the iron fitting and applied it to the selecting a driver for me. After trying out 4-6 different drivers, we have selected one within my budget as well. My checkout went smooth with Dan after getting rid of a few putters for the trade in towards my purchase of the new iron set, driver and putter. My store visit and all the fitting sessions completely exceeded my expectations and I left being 200% happy! I already played 3 round of golf and see major improvements in my game with my new set! I will be back to upgrade my next set of clubs in a few years. A big shout out and thank you to Blaine, Matt and Dan! 😊

I am just getting into golf and upgrading my beginner set. Bought some mint condition Irons from the 2nd Swing website that I thought were perfect for me based on my own online research. Went in for a fitting with David Ko and oh my goodness was I wrong! He got me dialed in on the same irons but with different specs. This was way more comfortable to hit and better performance was immediately visible comparing the two. David helped me with some issues that werent hardware related, rather my complete lack of knowledge. I felt comfortable the whole time despite walking in there with imposter syndrome from being so new to the sport. It is overwhelming to say the least with all the options that are available to a new player. I can chalk up my great experience and now committed 2nd Swing brand loyalty to the way that David treated me.

Had a great experience the other day getting fitted for a new set of irons. 2nd Swing has such a large variety of clubs that I was able to test out every iron I wanted to and find the perfect fit for my golf game. What an experience from the folks at 2nd Swing In Columbia, MD. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted or needed and was approached by a welcoming associate, David Ko. David took his time getting to know my swing and goals in golf. He did not push brands on me but let me feel and helped guide me to the clubs that fit me best. I cant speak highly enough about David and his golf acumen!

2nd Swing is an awesome golf store! I first experienced them in Minneapolis and wanted to upgrade my golf bag and set up a fitting with Kevin Kraft in the Columbia MD location. He was super patient as I shanked a few balls at first. I gave him a budget up front and there was never pressure to spend more and he built an awesome set of clubs with what he had to work with.
