Every time I go to the deli I have to wait for over fifteen minutes and when I order a sub they always act like it’s putting them out to do so. I try to order online but the website always says invalid order. I’m in a lot of Publix supermarkets and to a store every deli pretty much has the same type of service the rest of the store is great just the deli

Have never been there that the staff isnt friendly and greets you coming and going. Clean well stocked and has regular deli meat and cheese specials. Fresh produce big selection of never frozen fish.

This is both a good review for Publix and a bonus bad review for AllState Insurance! Our sons got a flat tire (his first ever) and he pulled into Publix, accidentally parking in the pick-up only spot. We waited 5 hours for AllState (on a Wednesday night!) to get us a tow truck, and they never actually did. We were miserable and about to give up at 10:00. So it happened, that the Publix store manager came to hear about our plight, came outside, and actually changed my sons tire for him after work. The people that work at Publix are truly the best. I can not tell you how thankful I was that the manager of the entire store took time to help us out. You are in good hands with Publix (corrolary: you are not in good hands with AllState!).

I love publix! Only thing with them is the outrageously high prices compared to other stores. I will pay higher prices for their fresh fruit and veges bc quality is so much better but the other stuff is $2-4 higher than the otber stores

Publix has always been one of my favorite places to shop for groceries, but lately I cant seem to find any of staples for my pantry or refrigerator. Its rather frustrating. However the customer service is still top notch and honestly thats what keep me coming back.

I transferred to Publix pharmacy and have been so happy I did! The act like they appreciate my business! Always there go help! Friendly outgoing and knowledgeable!Wish I could have given them 8 stars. They are that good!

My church needed enough chicken for 125 dinners on Anniversary Sunday. Publix Deli came through with delicious, hot chicken when we needed it. Thanks for being dependable!

Years ago Publix was a nice place to shop. As of recent the selection and quality has gone way down. Publix keeps replacing quality brand name products with Publix brands for the same price. Unfortunately the Publix brands are lower quality and disappoint. The quality of meats continue to decline. In days past when you bought ribs ( beef or pork ), you got meat on the bones. Now they are just selling us bones.I shop there when I have to but would suggest Lowes foods instead.

Bakery is fantastic. Meat department clerks are quick to help you find what you need. Always a quick checkout.

For 20 years I have had Publix fix our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners!!! Almost always wonderful BUT this Christmas dinner TURKEY was HORRIBLE!! The outer skin was tough and coated with something horrible!!!!!! I had to throw the whole breast away and scramble quickly to cook ham!!!!!!! $60 in the trash!!!!!! HORRIBLE

I shop here on a weekly basis, and I love it! They have a wonderful selection, online ordering from the deli, great baked goods, and the subs are pretty awesome as well. The prices are pretty reasonable and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend shopping here if youre in the area!

As if Publix really needs a rating. It has been around a long time, always clean, always friendly, always courteous. Fast and convenient for me, however I do not shop here unless I need something quick as the prices are high, but worth it if I do not feel like making the extra trek to the local Wal-Mart.
