Scam artists. Cold called me offering free hook blades and a few other things. I agreed to have them send the package and later got a $189 invoice for 3 packs of utility blades. Now they won’t stop harassing me for payment. If it was a fair price I would pay it but I refuse to be taken advantage of.

Salesman said no shipping & handling !!When the bill came in it $34.00 more.In very small print and I do very small it said freight xx.xx & packaging xx.xx . Then they got nasty when I called them on it.

Constantly cold calls me from different numbers after I have told them repeatedly Im not interested.

I had an issue with a return, we missed the 30-day return policy and John Moreno in Customer Service worked with me, he was very understanding and polite, I couldnt have asked for a nicer representative for the company. I own 2, 29 piece sets and 1 set from 9/16 to 1. These bits are supposed to be a lifetime warranty. However good luck getting these warrantied, i have tried to get them replaced with no such luck. The sales rep called and asked if we would be interested in buying some diamond wheels, told him that i would be interested in them if he took care of my broken drill bits. He said he would replace all of them and so i had him send me the diamond wheels. he in return sent me 9 drill bits and then just quit sending my replacements over a month ago. Iris has called me twice today wanting payment for the diamond wheels, we have not used them, they are still in the packaging and i am sending the wheels back. So if you want a company that will claim to do something and then back out then this is the company for you, or if you want a company that says they have a lifetime warranty on their products and will replace them but wont when its time. Then this is your company. I highly suggest doing buisness with someone else. Would not honor what is specifically written on invoices stating will except returns within 30 days of invoice. Over charged us from what they said we would be charge. Products of better quality can be found online for less then half of what they charge. If I could give a negative rating I would. Do not purchase from this company.

Cold called my husband, said they would send him saw blades as a welcome to the club gift. Got a call from them today saying that they were pursuing my husband for criminal charges unless we paid $210 dollars for the junk saw blades. Do not do business with these people. Their whole deal is a scam!

This place is a joke. They drop ship junk at inflated prices. I was cold called by a guy named Diamond blade Dave (a stoned retired skateboarder) who claimed he had saw blades that lasted 6 times longer than normal. He wanted to ship them, I would try them, and if I liked them I would buy them. Before the blades got to my house they were calling trying to get paid. They blades showed up and were $9.00 diablo knock offs. With a $50.00 price tag. I told them im not using them that I wanted to return them. They tried making me pay to return them. After arguing with them they agreed to send a return label, but I would need to stand outside and flag down a ups truck if one was in my area. Yes they actually said that. After 2 months I have yet to get the return label, but they have sent me the bill 3 times. I have never wrote a review in my life, but people need to be aware of these clowns.

Got a call to day from one of there sales reps stating that he worked with ACE Industrial supply . Was very vulgar and cursed at me the whole time. When I asked him to not call me and put me on there do not call list he just Cursed at me and would not let me talk, then hug up on me.

Worst company I have ever dealt with by far. They dont send what they sell you. They then proceed to violate multiple federal laws in a desperate attempt to steal from you when you return items. Stay as far away from these clowns as is humanly possible. Unless you are bored then the harassment can be entertaining.

A salesman yelling “what difference does it make?” then hanging up on me when I asked what country a set of tools is made in (after YOU cold called me) is absolutely unacceptable. Do not do business with these people!

Yes they really suck with theyre product and customer service. Even if you tell them that you dont want it they will send anyways!! Stay away from this company!!
