Great place to look for landscaping needs. They have incredible selections and inventory; and the person who helped me was very personable, professional and informative

I picked out trees at their facility and was assured if I paid that day I would receive those trees. They were labeled, and I was told that I would receive the same trees labeled with my name when I came back to pick them up. I was told that I could pick them up at any time because they would be there labeled for me. Upon returning to pick up my trees, several of them had been sold to someone else. The company states that theres nothing they can do about it because landscapers will pull tags off. Which is odd since I was assured when I tagged them, and spent a considerable amount of money, that they would still be there. On top of being overcharged, of which I did receive a partial refund, two of the replacement trees were damaged and the manager insisted that they looked good. They did give me wrap to place around the damaged area, instead of making sure they were the quality trees I actually paid for.

I purchased three (3) climbing rose bushes at this business on 5/5/2021. I was told by the saleslady that the bushes were guarenteed for one (1). One (1) bush perished. I returned to this business to get a replacement. All of a sudden these particular bushes werent covered by the guarentee.Surprise, surprise as they cost $45 each. Hopefully it was a mistake on the owners part informing their employee to tell me that. Be careful when you purchase expensive bushed from them.07/28/2021 I have just received a nice letter from Superior Garden with a gift card covering the cost of the climbing rose bush that died. It seems there was some miscommunications with their ne staff. The other products that I have purchased from them are doing well. It takes a great business to make things right. I will upgrade them from one star to four and a half stars and say thank you!

It was my 1st visit to Superior garden center yesterday and I was greeted by very friendly staff. The owner himself helped me pick out wisteria vine trees for my backyard and explain to me each category of tree and when they bloom and for how long. I ended up with a American and a Chinese. The same he has in his yard at home. What a beautiful place this garden center is... Amazing selection and wonderful people.

I love superior! They are so helpful and seem to love the job they do. It shows in the care they give their plants. The workers can answer just about everything they have. The tree lot is beautiful and the trees are so healthy. The management team of Lisa and Jeri are an awesome pair. They know everything between the two of them. Thanks superior keep up the great work.

Ordered mulch delivery online and they showed up (as requested) the next day. The mulch quality is really great, and I still cant believe how prompt and nice they were!

I walked into this establishment last week I was not greeted by anyone. I noticed Shortly after I enter the store another customer walked in and they were greeted right away. I found a plant that I wanted to buy and I purchased it and left I didn’t feel that great about my shopping experience but I love the plants that they sale And I wanted to give them a second chance so I returned on this day 5/15/2018 The stores employee seen me walking in and still did not greet me . He just gave me a look like why am I in the store. So again I found a plant I wanted to Purchased I walk around the store looking for an employee at that point could not find anyone so I noticed a lady Setting in the office I told her I wanted to purchase the spider plant. She came to the desk looking quite annoyed I asked her if she had any Helpful tips about the plant she said No. I’ll never return there I’ll take my money elsewhere where I’m treated with respect and dignity

Im pretty sure this establishment has got to be heaven on Earth to me. The abundance of beautiful flowers and plants they provide are amazing. The pricing is worth the trip in itself. Im not sure who the owners are but if I ever was to know, Id be the first to thank them. There employees not only answered all my questions, they provided knowledge of flowers I never knew. A very nice gentleman even carried and loaded all my purchases into my vehicle without even being asked. A blonde haired lady, cannot remember her name, has definitely got top knotch customer service. She not only offered her opinion on the flowers I was purchasing, she showed me a few tips on decorating with them. Pretty sure I will never shop anywhere else and will definitely recommend to all my family and friends to make the trip for their gardening needs! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
