We have an older Harley and these guys have never lead us wrong and have always been able to get the parts we need.

A must-see place for motorcycle fanatics. There is more history in this shop than anywhere in the immediate area and I wager in the Mid-Atlantic too.

Good staff, respectful of customers bikes, its a Harley shop but theyre nice enough to not abuse me when I take my sports bike to them.

I love this place, they are the only ones I trust to work on my bikes. They also have a showroom full of antique bikes, it’s just incredible, if you like the history of bikes you can see it here, they have bikes from WW2and earlier, all kinds also not just Harleys, although that’s what the majority of the bikes are.

Excellent customer service. The guys at cycle Den really know their stuff. They treat everyone the same whether youre an experienced rider, or a brand new beginner. I am a woman and sometimes end bike shops I only get hit on or patronize. But never at the cycle Den. Its the only place Ill take my bike from now on.

Alot of harley parts

The place is small shop to get what you need for your motorcycle. They do sell used cycles if you are interested in looking for one. The service has always been good and they are very flexible for scheduling. They have always been helpful in answering any questions I have. If they could improve on anything it would be to keep a cleaner shop but other than that I have no complaints and theyll continue to get my business.

Friendly service at a fair price.

Jeff and John are great. Theyve done any and everything Ive asked. Theyve gone above and beyond. Have become a regular. Will continue to go to Jeff for as long as I can. I have also made purchases in the shop. Including a helmet. Have more modifications that they are proudly willing to do.

The staff is very friendly and their service has always been great. I especially love the antique motorcycles they have on display.

I come to Cycle Den for my inspections and tires. I ride Japanese bikes, but they still treat me great, and have for years. Good people, here. Highly recommended.

If your bike needs chrome skull pegs, oil filters and a born to ride leather jacket and matching helmet you can try the Harley dealership.... but I just come here and avoid the frustration. Hes always managed to scrounge up whatever part I needed and I really appreciate it.

I took my 2013 Gsxr1000 to this place bcuz they have a dyno machine. I dropped it off all in one piece left it there for 2 wks to find out they didnt do anything and the boss was having a bad day told me u can come get it all bcuz I asked how long it would be. When I go there the nx day he hands me a box with parts and roll my bike outside without saying anything. Oh he said dont want u to lose the seat bcuz it was sitting there on the bike without the screws thats what he said. I dont kno how I kept cool needless to say I will never be going there again.

Bad communication . I did not like the service at all . My bike was at the shop for 5 month almost 6 .Brong the bike for few things got the bike back still not right bike still idles and turn off.They never call me back on any info the bike return to the shop same day. Pay 500+ bike returns within 10 minutes . Poor service and communication .Bike should’ve had little more prioty.
