I called Tim on a Monday inquiring about a Flowmaster Dual Exhaust for my new 2021 Tundra. He gave me a quote over the phone, which was VERY reasonable. I chose him due to all his great reviews. I dropped my truck off after hours on a Wednesday, and picked it up Thursday. I couldnt be happier with their service and the results. I have used them twice already fixing too again on another vehicle reasonable price every time and only once I needed a repair so I took it back and they fixed it on the spot I didn’t have to wait at all. AWESOME SERVICE GUYS

Very smooth and great service

I bought 2 mufflers from a buddy and asked to install. and offered to pay labor charge. They wanted me to buy 2 more new mufflers that I already had since they ONLY install their parts. We all know parts are cheaper online. But they shouldnt force you to use their high priced parts if we pay for the labor. I guess a warranty/guarantee could come in to play here by using their parts.

First off, to address to criticism in the other reviews that they do not install parts they do not provide. I feel that this criticism is not well thought because, as someone who works on cars in his spare time, some parts are more trouble to make fit than they are worth. If you provide parts that dont fit and they do the custom exhaust work to make them fit, it will cost much more than if they just ordered parts that will fit for you.This business is run by professionals that care about their work. The prices are reasonable, I had a flowmaster original 40 series muffler and custom exhaust tip installed out the door for 150$. This business sets the time expectation. I was told the work would take six hours and they had it done in half that time. When I was trying to decide what to purchase, the salesperson took the time to hear all of my concerns and find out exactly what I was looking for.

First come - first serve I was told - after using them in the past, they said they were 3hrs out and still would not let me make the appointment to come in, in 3 hours - first come, first serve they said - I found Quick Auto and Exhaust in Franklin online - one call and 2 hours later, I had a complete new dual exhaust system, FlowMaster mufflers and stainless steel tips for $585.00 - Just call Dallas at Quick Auto and Exhaust

I was refused service due to having my own materials and not purchasing theirs.

They do work for a car lot in town that Ive helped out with. And they fixed an exhaust pipe on my car after I did a transmission swap on it. Pretty fast, decent price. Id use them again.

$40.00 fix and we were on our way. We thought we needed a new muffler. How honest is that! Highly recommend!

These guys always do a great job and they love their veterans. I don’t just use them for exhaust though. They welded my oil pan on my tractor for me when I ran over a big rock. HOOAH!!!

Would not recommend. I called the day before and asked if they could but on a muffler I already bought. They said yes and the next morning I went there to drop my car off and they said they only put there brand mufflers on. Absolute B.S.

Tim (the owner) seemed like a friendly enough guy over the phone. The guy working for him appeared to be an emotionless mute that stared blankly as I approached the front counter.I called Wednesday for a quote on installing some downpipes. Tim was busy, but he said he could look at it Thursday and to call back then. I called back Thursday, he said he was too busy but he could definitely look at it Friday. I called Friday morning, he said to bring it by at 1:00 and he could take a look.I drove out and arrived at 12:55, he didnt have any lifts available. Said he should be able to get to it in about 30 minutes. I went down the street to take care of some stuff in town, came back 15 minutes later, and waited another 30 minutes. He was talking to someone in a van for about 15 minutes before I walked up and politely asked if he would be able to get to it soon. (45 minutes after I originally showed up.) He unapologetically stated it would be another 30-40 minutes. I left.This is a great place to go if you like getting jerked around and having your time wasted. I struggled with leaving this review because Tim did seem friendly and Im a big fan of local business. Unfortunately thats not enough to account for being mislead and having 3 days and 2 hours of time wasted.

Terrible place to take your car for anything. My car had no issues before I took it to them. After they worked on my car my car idled wrong and the man told me I need to take it to mechanic because its another problem. After that I had problems with my catalytic converter which they told me was stopped up and they supposedly put a new one one but it didnt last a year before it was stopped up and caused major problems to my car. I had someone check it out and they told me they didn’t even replace it so Id suggest staying away from crooked place.

They did a good job, we will be taking the Van there next week.

Awful customer service. We ran over a cone that fell off a truck. Was referred to this place. Explained to the rep we only have the one car and my family is at work. I have to go to work as well but i wanted to know if i leave my number would someone call me when they have a little time to check it so i could bring the car back, or whats a better time for me to stop back by? The rep stated we aint gone calm you if you cant leave it i dont know what to tell you... explained again i only have 1 car and my family is at work and i have to be at work too but i can take a break to come have it looked at if i just get a timeframe. He didnt care same answer... i then asked if there are more muffler shops here he said idk youll have to find out, google it or something i will never do business with this place. Absolutely awful

I brought a vehicle in with a rusted exhaust that fell apart on me. I had the new pipe, but with all the rust it had to be a cut and weld job. They charged me $115 and had it back to me in a day. Highly recommend.

Didnt charge me to look at my car, and told me what i thought was wrong wasnt wrong! Later on brought my car in and they got it all fixed up for 1/5th what another place was going to charge me! Also helped me with a part I couldnt get unbolted! Great service!

Said they replaced a part. Engine light came back on showing same part needing to be changed. Tried to charge me again to change the same part.
