Friendly helpful staff and I saved even more by bringing in my old HP cartridges. Buying at this price on Amazon will likely get you a dried out cartridge...I like that I can bring in my old and get new, feels much less wasteful.

Ive been doing business with The Ink Factory for a couple of years now. Im a local business owner too and I can really appreciate what they do. They always remember me on a first name basis (thats incredible in itself with all of their customers), and the cost is very reasonable. Also, if you describe a problem you might be having with one of your own printers, Jim seems to always know what you should check first. They have a great attitude and are very warm and welcoming. I would encourage anyone to go there.

Terrible place. Does not receive alternative cartridge. One of the employees (maybe owner) says its illegal. He criticized China for making compatible cartridges and the last and the current presidents for ignoring imports of these products, which is not true at all. He also mentioned Donald Trump will solve this problem. I was not supposed to hear such stupid political view while purchasing a printer toner. By the way, he cannot explain why his cartridges do not work even though they are not alternative but original recycled cartridges. The cost is more expensive than other online products.

Ink for my HP printer was 4x more expensive here than ordering on Amazon Prime. The guy that was working was very short with me and made it seem like I was bothering him by coming into the store. Normally I try to buy locally, but not where the prices are so much more expensive with very poor customer service.
