Nursing is/was hard on the body! Working up to be able to go on vacation, new arches are just the thing!

The salesman was very professional but pricing was too off from what I expected. I could have saved him a lot of time Id known it would be greater than $500.00.

They took the time to take figure out what shoes and inserts would help. Rather pricey but comparable to custom orthotics. I feel like their system would work better though. Not a huge selection of shoes but what they have are very nice.

I had the best experience at Good Feet! Christoper was very knowledgeable of what type of inserts I need to help with heel spur. Since have been wearing the my feet and heel feels great. Everyone work in the stores was so nice.

I had such a great experience my first time coming in, I felt so welcomed. The staff were lighthearted and very knowledgeable.

First of all the employees are excellent and do a great job assessing your particular problem. They are very nice and professional. Now for the reason a give 1 star...$1300!!!! For arch support?!? Cmon people its cheaper to see a podiatrist. In this day and age that price is obnoxious.

Great customer service. Son was complaining about his feet are hurting. We showed up and my son 11 years old walked out a happy camper. See Dad I can run fast. Best investment I made.

Chris was great! He took his time with us and were very happy with what we purchased. I give them a 4 due to the high priced feet supports they sell, but its a very good store and a highly recommended! Most importantly, they never pressure you into buying anything you dont want or cant afford.

NOTE: Other reviews are similar on this company’s SALES TACTICS! READ 2nd to last sentence of this review, if you read nothing else. I went into the store on a Saturday & was told there was a 2 hour wait, but I can make an appointment, which I did. At the time I made the appointment I asked a gentleman (same one who helped me at my appointment) what the cost of these inserts were. He stated the six month warranty were $99 and the lifetime warranty was $300. At my appointment I went through the process & at the end he started packing the 3 separate pairs of inserts, being SOLD as a SET of 3, up to head towards the register. At that time I told him that I was only interested in starting with the $99 set to try before committing to the $300 set. He then said, we’ll let me get those for you to try, (which were only 2 individual pairs vs 3 for $300) which I did try and said okay, I’ll take those to which he then said, holding each pair in a different hand, this pair is the $99 and this pair is $150, to which I replied, “why would I spend $250 on those, when I can get the lifetime of 3 pairs for $300?” BOMB SHELL DROPPED!!!! The set of 3 pairs were $300 EACH! 😳 or $900.00! To which I literally said out loud, Oh hell no! (Not like me) I then had a few polite remarks to him about their “Sales Tactics” to which his reply was… “would you have even tried them on, if I’d told you that up front?” REALLY! Exit building & write google review!

I am amazed at the results from my personalized experience at The Good Feet Store. I had suffered for too long with knee and hip pain. I was given individual attention the minute I walked in and when I returned for my follow-up visit. I no longer suffer with knee or hip pain! I have renewed energy and better health thanks to The Good Feet Store!

After hearing about it on the radio, I wanted to find out for myself if it was as good as advertised...it was! All of my serious plantar fascia issues were addressed, and I left an hour later happy and satisfied with my purchases. Three weeks later, Im still very pleased.

I am still trying to get to the point i can wear these support for more than 4 hours. I have really flat arch, so it gets uncomfortable really quick when i am walking. The light mid-day pair is easy to wear all day.The salesperson was pleasant and the other staff were encouraging while i was in the store. The price of the insoles was never mentioned by the sales person until it was time to check-out. Then i was hit with a large bill. I have bought insoles and have had them made for my shoe, so i knew they cost, but i was a little shocked. I am glad to know its is supposed to last a lifetime.

The service is very helpful. They do care about the customers. Only down side the inserts are expensive.

The staff were all FANTASTIC! Very ftiendly & professional. My only complaint was the pricing tactics. I was lead to beleive the price of the shoes was the total cost until time to pay. At that point the cost was $60+ above what I was lead to beleive for all the added insoles, etc. Once again, the staff was wonderful, but I chose not to purchase due to the misleading pricing...

Customer service & knowledge is 5 stars but the 1 star is for the pricing. The pricing is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH.

I had an excellent experience at The Good Feet Store. After 2 days I can see a significant difference in my balance. Nathan did a great job explaining the product and was sympathetic and supportive when listening to my ambulatory concerns. I look forward to seeing what improvements I achieve in the coming days and weeks!

The service was great. We were given complimentary socks, water and foot message. The rep was very thorough with our examination. I am giving a low rating because I feel that they skated around discussing the cost even though I asked more than once. I should have known better when nothing in the store had a price. The inserts range from $99-$399, however by the time all other costs were added, one set was a little more than $1,350 ( with a guarantee). Waaaaayy out of my budget. The store was nice, clean and well sanitized. Nat was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I especially liked being able to work around inside the store while wearing the shoes and supporters without being rushed. The product worked as advertised. I immediately felt the difference in my feet, knees and hips. I strongly recommend giving them a try.

Customer service was fantastic Brandon, is the person I had and he was wonderful. I walked out of Good Feet with no foot pain what do ever. Im wearing the inserts that Brandon suggested I wear I feel there a little pricey but if they help my feet and prevent me from having surgery Im all for it. Im on the 5th day Im not gone to lie but my feet didnt feel no better first three days but now theyre starting to feel a difference. Hopefully after a week no more pain at all.

The information and evaluation from Good Feet was very comprehensive. They are very competent and are extremely helpful. While the service was very good, the total cost was prohibitive for me at this time. Hopefully I will be able to afford the full service in the future.

My wife and I visited the location near Devine Street in Columbia SC. The experience was not nice. The staff did not fit my wife for the arch supports. He told us the price of the package deal and said that we had to purchase the whole package. On the infomercials it states that you can try the supports before you buy them. I felt like the staff did not want to service us because ofrace.

I had a great experience at Good Feet. Nathan was super knowledgeable and I felt no pressure that I had to buy anything. I have a new pair of shoes with an arch support and my feet are feeling better already! Thank you so much! I definitely recommend them!

I drove an hour to go shopping here to try and get fit with new walking shoes. It took 25 minutes for them to tell me all about their corporate philosophy and try to make that personal connection with me and then we find out when I push the issue and complain about the process that they dont even have shoes in my side after they make me sign off on their privacy policy that they can use all my information for marketing. I asked two or three times if we could just skip to trying on shoes and it did not seem to be a possibility. I am a size 8.5 to 9 A and when he brought out my shoe it was a 10 D because that was the closest he had. * Here it is, 2 hours later my phone keeps ringing...I pick it up...silence...I Goggle the Oregon number. It is the Good Feet Store! 4 calls in 20 minutes with no one on the line. Important shopping point, lie about your phone number! What a terrible experience particularly since the sales person promised that he would delete my phone number.UPDATE: Through this site the Goodfeet store asked me to contact them. I did and I left detailed contact info. They have never followed up. Today they started robo texting me asking me for a positive review on a product that I didnt purchase. So, I came to post my update. Still a bad experience.

One of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. Nathan listened to my concerns and answered questions that I had. He did an amazing job sizing and fitting me with the proper Arch Supports. My feet arent sore and tender since Ive started using the Good Feet 3-Step Arch Supports System.

My experience was wonderful my pain stopped. But my god the price 1370.and for that reason I couldnt buy them.im now using Dr.scholles inserts. Maybe 20.00. .

I had an awful ankle and heel injury and the 3 insoles help tremendously BUT make sure to discuss and negotiate price. These insoles are very expensive and that wasn’t made apparent until they rang me up at the very end.I don’t regret going. But I do regret not doing research first. These are legit, but check your options first

After 10 days there was some improvement but not enough to justify the expense.

Customer service was A1. Before my appointment I emailed the representative to ask for a price range and the price given was approximately 150.00. But after all the attention and processing it was time to pay for all the other items not mentioned in the email. It was to my surprise that the price tag was 10x the estimate...1500.00. Not a good way to make a sale.Ive been told by Doctors that my ankles need to be broken in order for my feet to straighten. So Im trying everything to keep from having another surgery that may or may not correct my problem without long life feet complications. So I left your store hoping the price would be worth it.

I love them. I have very high arches and mortons neuroma and Ive tried dozens of different kinds of shoes with no luck. I went to the good feet store and was hesitant about trying something new. I will say these supports are the best Ive ever seen. For the first time in years my feet dont hurt all the time.

Rodney is a knowledge and patient rep. He will work with you until your foot pains are relieved. Go by and take a test drive.

The concept nor pricing was displayed or explained prior to launching into the whole measurement process. Very limited shoe options. Seems to be a one solution fits all feet problems, which can not be the case.
