Phone equipment orders not received for equipment.Long wait time on phone.Poor customer service.Still need supplies, currently ordering and paying on Amazon.

Keep calling for supplies and they dont show up.Then you call to let them know no one came to bribg the supplies but they act like they didnt receive a order to bring the supplies out. Very poor customer service. If you are looki g for a company to bring supplies like oxygen tanks I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I pray you guys get better with making sure people get there supplies especially oxygen. You are dealing with someones life.

Lincare has horrible service. They do not care about their patients or customers. How can you leave someone without a portable air tank over the holidays. They are very inconsiderate.Im tempted to call BBB and medicare who they are affiliated with.They have been notified days ago that more air was needed but thet chose to ignore the patient and go home to enjoy the holidays with their familys while a patient was homebound with no air....Linecare reps are more than welcome to call me.
