My dad got a quote for a roof from them and they wanted $12,000! the company that he actually hired only charged $2,600. I have heard worse stories from lots of other people as well. How do you want to get ripped off?... With precision!

We shopped around, Precision had the best price for replacing our 20 year old gutters. Gave us a date a month out from our handshake on the quote, quite surprised when they showed up a couple weeks *early*. Very pleased with the results, the work was done in a day, and they handle the rain just fine.

Precision put on a new roof for us 12 yrs. ago after a hail storm. In June we got 2 hail. We were very pleased with their work then so we hired them again. They did a great job this time also. We recommend them very highly.

We had an old shed that needed the headers for the roof lifted due to settling of the support beams. The crew came out and had the job done in less time than I had anticipated. It really looks great now and the cleanup at the job site meant you could hardly know that anyone had been there.

We just used Precision Construction Services for a new roof. I had called around and got bids from a couple of companies, but Precision stood out. The customer service was great. Precision is doing the siding at our condominium association. Great team and great work! I can’t wait till my building is done. My neighbors tell me how much they enjoy their building and the difference in their AC bill too. Well I needed help with cutting a piece of flooring this past weekend and one of the trucks had been at one of the units across from me. I REALLY needed this piece of flooring cut and figured I would just ask (I was of course willing to pay for the work). The guy was SUPER NICE. He said he would come over after he was finished. We he did and he spent a couple hours and actually finished the floor for me! I offered to pay him and he refused to take any money. He asked if I was someone’s mom and I said I was. Great company to work with. Sent someone out immediately after contact to get an estimate started, and work was done professionally. Fixed an issue found when they replaced a roof mounted satellite with no questions, and waived an extra material fee to cover the cost of me having to pay a technician from the internet company to come remount the satellite. This is the second roof on two different houses that I have had them do in the last couple of years, and everyone at the company remembered who we were, and they remained in constant contact throughout the process.

Well I’ve been calling and emailing for over a month now and finally been told they don’t work in Mexico, Mo. I asked if they could put a deck, poured concrete, gazebo or sun room that’s hot tub ready, whatever would work legally on my double lot to work around a small power line in accordance with city requirements. Nicole didn’t make an appointment was quoted in an email $20,000 minimum, with my minimum idea being just installing electrical on the existing deck. Thinking that wasn’t the official bid on the project, I asked to speak to the owner and she said they don’t want my business. What kind of work exactly don’t they do? They just dont worry about city codes and didnt want to look it up. #wastedtime

Precision Construction Services of Columbia Missouri was so professional from day one when their employee Mr. Darvin Lemme showed up to give me an estimate for the damage on my roof from the huge hail storm. He took the time to measure the roof then sit down with my husband and myself to show us the samples of the different shingles. I never knew there was so many different choices. He was so patient with me. Then he did the paperwork and made sure to give me copies of everything in a nice little folder. Next we had a friendly gentleman named Jerry come and go over his work crew that would be here and what to expect from them. Once the work crew showed up they were very professional and the work was amazing! I love my new roof and the designer series color we chose. We are so excited to have our siding and gutters all done! It should stay beautiful for the rest of our life in our house ! The guys were very prompt and worked through some very cold days (although they had some days off when raining, snowing or icy around the house.).There were a couple small nail/plaster mishaps which were quickly corrected. And when I discovered a 4 foot bowed squarish patch on back of house new siding, Jerry(project manager) was able to explain the situation . Precision was then able to remove the new siding, repair the defect in 40 yr old understructure and replace the new siding and make the spot flat and fresh! After a terrible ice storm hit our area, we had tremendous gutter damage and sheets of ice coming off our commercial building. We called Precision and they came right out to walk us through the process and within no time we had new gutters and ice breakers added to our roof. From the initial sales person we worked with, through the installation, everyone was professional and helpful. I recommend them highly for any project large or small!

Update: After posting my review I was contacted by Jim and we were able to proceed and complete our project. They did an awesome job and our bathroom is so much warmer. No more worrying about pipes freezing.Contacted them to repair a bump out in our master bathroom. Jim came out and looked at it and sent us an estimate. I contacted the office a few days later to ok the work and get on their schedule...... they NEVER called us back. I guess they are to busy for our small project.

I really enjoyed my experience with this company. I have used a few contractor companies in the past that would never show up when they said they would and the work done was subpar. Precision makes promises that you can bank on. I never had to wait for them and the work they did replacing my roof and gutters surpassed my greatest expectations. The price was in line with other roofing quotes that I received. The entire process was seamless. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who needs roof and/or gutter replacement.

If I could post 0 stars I would!! Had precision out to replace my front porch, as I work sun up to sun down in the summer months. Work was completed up par by just putting Veneer over a pine frame, & posts were just lag screwed into decking nothing real secure, fast forward 18 months I have wobble in my hand hails to go with sag and shaky stairs and steps. Then come to find out when I go to work a a retaining wall beside steps I find out they used all the old deck substructure and my posts are jus sitting on top of the dirt, not even sen in ground like I had asked about during the bid process. So needless to say they will be seeing my lawyer in court, and I will be filling a police report with the CPD for a theft case as well due to the fraudulent business.

We used Precision Construction to add a gutter guard to our house. They were on time, finished the project in the expected time without unexpected associated expenses. We will definitely use them for future projects.

I recently had a new roof, gutters & downspouts put in by Precision Construction and I cannot praise them enough! They are a wonderful company to do business with. The office staff, the contractor that came out to inspect the roof and work with my insurance adjuster, the roofers and gutter crew, and my project manager were just great to work with. They did an excellent job with the roof, and cleaned up after themselves. They also tried very hard to schedule my project before the winter weather arrived, and I did not make that easy since I have two dogs and wanted to be there when they came. We recently had our roof, gutters, and some damaged siding replaced by Precision Construction Services. Precision was a pleasure to work with: friendly and professional. Their work was high quality and we are very pleased. I never thought I would be so excited about a new roof, but it really makes our house stand out!No construction experience goes just as planned, but what makes a company is how they respond to unexpected events. When the supervisor for our project saw some of his newer workers had taken a short-cut (something we never would have noticed), he made them take it down and start over (at their expense!). Also, a window screen was accidentally cut during the process, but he took the screen and got it fixed. I will happily do business with PCS again!

We were thankful for their team that in less than 1 day, tore off 2 layers of shingle, 11 sections of bad plywood, and replaced our tacky roof vents for a sleek ridge vent. Everything was documented with pictures for us to provide insurance with. When they removed the shingles on my old house and found more damage then expected, they replaced 12 whole sheets of plywood and it didnt seem to slow their progress as they still completed the project in 3/4 of a winters day.
