Michelle was extremely helpful and spent quality time with us. We were allowed to browse and she showed up just in time to show my husband the features of the recliner that he ended up choosing. She even went as far as to push the recliner across the store so we could see it next to the sectional that I had chosen.

Pleasant experience all around. Michelle provided great customer service and delivery was same day! Delivery guys were great as well. Definitely worth spending 3k+ on a bed to keep the wife happy. And you know what they say about happy wives… good food… JK I do all the cooking.

Very pleasant experience. Was shopping for sofa and a chair. Walked out with a sofa and two recliners. We recently purchased (April 2021) a Smith Brothers sectional from Thompsons Furniture. All of the furniture and mattresses are amazing quality, made to last through years of use! The team at Thompson Furniture is made up of amazing people! They are extremely helpful during the entire purchasing process, through delivery and after! We have made many purchases throughout the years, but the one that really stands out is a purchase that we made in 2020 (right before the pandemic). We purchased a lazyboy reclining couch, loveseat and recliner, these sofas have held up through over an entire year of 4 kiddos being home all day every day. In fact, they still look and feel like the day that we bought them! If we would have gone somewhere else for the purchase, we would be replacing the sofas at this point! Amazing quality!!!

My Husband and I worked with Michelle Schwipps. She was very friendly and easy to work with. We found a set that we liked on the floor at Thompson but it was already sold. I have been a customer at Thompson’s for many years and I always return there. They carry high-quality products and their service is excellent. I have friends who have purchased furniture from other local retailers for a slightly lower price but they nearly always regret it, especially in the case of upholstered furniture. I have never been disappointed buying high-quality. I just purchased a lazy boy couch and love seat with fabric protection. They were very patient with me as I tried to decide on a fabric.
