Great experience. Doctor explained my options and pros and cons and I felt like I was able to make the best option for myself. When checking out the attendant was able to explain my benefits and save me money in the process.

HIGH PRAISE FOR THIS TARGET AND THEIR OPTICAL DEPARTMENT!! My girlfriend and I flew in from NYC and promptly lost all of our luggage, including her contacts.Erin (THE BEST!!) quickly filled the prescription with enough contacts to last the duration of our trip. Erin in your optical department was absolutely fantastic!! I was so worried when I stepped on my glasses this morning, but she fixed them up right away. It took maybe five minutes, and I was blown away. She was so nice and professional!! ^-^

The doctor was great. The lady behind the deck is a scammer. I watches her deal with one guy, before I went in( just swipe your card and then this is not covered....that will be 200$.I told them setting up appointment, at appointment they do not have the glasses I want. I just need the exam and will get online. Ok. Went home and she never put the PD on my paper. She put me in that first Machine as she told me it measures my pupil. Why is it not on here. Let me call, a easy fix. She said we only give that info if you buy glasses here!? Why even put in that Machine then, I was not going to change my mind or maybe she thought she could talk me into buying thier frames. I did email higher, Just to say email here, then here....it has been 4 days now. Not going to keep emailing in circles(most likely to the same person. The sites online will measure your pd, plus I downloaded 2 apps. One did cost 7.99. But both gave the same number. This could of been a easy 5 stars...desk lady brought it to down by 2. Took me more time emailing them, calling and getting the app then my appointment.

Dr. Razzano was very friendly and informative. I really appreciated the pictures he showed me of the nerves in my eye because no other optometrist ever did. They also had a nice selection of frames and I found several that I liked, which never happens.

The optometrist is very nice. But the lady in front desk is totally unreasonable. I have spend 130 dollars on an optical examination in there, only because I did not bought glasses in there, front desk refuse to measure my pupillary distance which is required for my glasses.

We love it here! I tell everyone! They are so friendly and helpful. They are great with kids and have excellent prices. They are always willing to fix my daughter’s glasses and make us feel so welcome. Plus, I got my own glasses here and I get compliments on them all the time- stylish yet affordable! We needed an order that was tough to execute because it required flexibility in selection and timing of the order. My son has his specs and wears them daily to everyone’s surprise. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I have never left a bad review for a business. Not ever. I figure everybody has bad days. But this place really takes the cake because it is so incredibly obvious this lady doesn’t care and doesn’t hide it. The lady who works the front - whatever her title is - she’s really doing a disservice to this store’s optical offer.Her rudeness, lack of customer service skills, and disregard are everything that’s wrong these days — she needs to be fired. We’ll go elsewhere.

I always get friendly fast service here. Glasses and contacts come in quickly, they never rush me when I’m making decisions and they listen to my concerns/needs. I was even directed elsewhere when I could get something cheaper. I trust this office and the employees.

Exceeded my expectations I was told it would take ten days to get my lenses they got it in two days very quick and good experience beginning to end

Great experience at my appointment! However, actually getting my contacts has been a hassle. It was recommended by the doctor that I try out my new contact prescription for a few days before calling back to order my contacts. I called a few times, each time no one answered (its possible they were out to lunch.) I stopped in last night a few minutes before closing time, and although there was still someone at the desk she couldnt access my prescription because they had already closed. She did inform me that I would have to stop back in to get my prescription filled because they do not take payment over the phone, which contradicts what I was told at my original appointment.

The receptionists were rude and unhelpful. The optometrist was nice and helpful though.

Do not order glasses from here. It is a lot faster to get glasses at LensCrafters. It has taken over 2 weeks to receive the glasses.

The consultation and customer service from Ally (British accent) and Dr. Randazzo was exceptional. Pricing was solid for booth contact lenses and glasses.
