Before reading all of this, I would like to state that we were refunded 70% of our invoice 6 months after the fact. Even though they made good on payment, this was the worst apparel production experience I have ever had. We have been printing with companies for 6 years now. This all took place 2015 and supposedly they have updated their ways since then.First, the placement of four graphics were off by 12mm-55mmSecond, the order was partially completed twelve days behind schedule. The industry standard placement tolerance is generally 6mm (1/4 inch). Detailed descriptions and photos of this specific concern were stated in the email “Quality Control” sent on 10/28.The late order was due neither to my communication nor lack of provisions. The following timeline reinforces.9/17 - Started talking about apparel9/16 - I met in person, talked about proofs/samples and that I would be willing to come in to check out the actual print as proof when production begins9/18 - Signed off on quote and paid invoice9/23 - T-shirts arrived at Traxler warehouse9/25 - Hoodies (minus 12 XL), windbreakers and crewneck sweaters arrive at your warehouse.10/13 - Labels arrive along with the missing 12 XL hoodies.10/16 - In email “Tagging placement” I asked if Traxler had started printing and that I haven’t seen any proofs yet. I received the following in a reply “Thanks for the quick response! Ill let the production team know that you want to see proofs, and this information!”10/19 - In same email thread I asked to stop in because I haven’t seen proofs. I receive the following in a reply, “Yes! The team has started printing, and that may be my error in not communicating that you wanted proofs. But you are welcome to stop in and check it out.” I stop in and photograph what I saw. I later reply in that same email my issues with the messy printing on the maroon shirt and hoodie. I also reference the windbreaker front pocket issue. Never saw the black shirt.10/21 - Due date on apparel invoice.10/27 - After emails with no response and no proof of resolving the issues I finally hear back from Alex and I stop in. I state that I am not happy with what I see and takes home garments for a photo shoot that was scheduled a month prior.10/28 - Email called “Quality Control” Is sent expressing more of my concerns and printing placement issues.10/29 - Receive email stating that our order is complete and ready for pick up. Alex states in the “Quality Control” email that Traxler can spray the ink out of the garments and reprint them. I state to move forward with that option providing it doesn’t ruin the garment.11/9 - It had been 11 days since I had heard from anyone at Traxler stating any progress. I check in for proofs. Alex responds stating that they were unable to spray out the shirts and reprint them so they just shipped everything to my companies warehouse. The Apparel arrived this same day, 12 days late.11/30 - My company discovers that 17 Jackets were not printed correctly or not printed on at all. In addition, tags were not placed on one of the jackets also. The jackets then had to be shipped back to Columbus from Chicago and I drop the garments off with Traxler stating I would like them done by Thursday.12/2 - Thursday, Alex states they will be done by 4pm Friday and I agree to come in to review.12/4 - I show up at 4pm on Friday and am told that Alex took the bosses car somewhere and no body knows when he will be back. I talk with the shop manager and was told they haven’t started printing yet. They will have them done by 5:30pm. I receive a phone call at 5:30pm on the dot and the garments are ready to review. Once reviewed we establish that 3 jackets are pass saving and that the stitching of the label is unprofessional. Traxler Agrees to ship the garments to Chicago.
Six months ago, my partner and I had a vision of creating a clothing brand based upon growing up spending a lot of time on a Lake Erie island. We wanted to sell island-inspired apparel and nautical goods. Getting started was a daunting task. We needed logos and digital designs to use on our website and for our apparel. We had conceptual ideas – but no way to turn them into digital images. We knew we needed to find the right suppliers (really partners) and basically had one shot at launching our online site with the “right” branded concepts. The Traxler Design Team helped our dream become reality. The Traxler Design Team listened to our ideas and transformed them into digital products we could use on our apparel and website. In most instances, the Traxler Design Team’s concepts surpassed our expectations. But design is a process so if we wanted something slightly different – the Traxler Design Team was willing to work with us until we got exactly what we wanted. Getting our business successfully started was made possible with the Traxler Design Team’s expertise, creativity and professionalism. We consider Matt - the Traxler Art Director - an invaluable asset in our business. And as a bonus, Matt makes designing fun.
Had a fabulous experience working with Traxler Printing for our high school musical programs. They did quality work, beat our deadline and went over and above to drop them off at our (local) school! I would definitely recommend working with them - John Wyatt and Zach Traxler were great!
It was a pleasure working with Traxler! They were helpful throughout the process to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. Great quality shirts for a reasonable price. I always love being able to support local businesses!
Traxler went above and beyond helping me order some T-shirt’s for the company I work for. They turned out perfect and everyone loves them.
Best printing company in Central Ohio. Quality is bar none. Expertise is bar none. Whether I need shirts or business cards, I wouldnt even entertain the thought of going somewhere else. Sry I dont want 8 yr old kids in tiger cages in Korea printing my stuff...Id prefer to go to Traxler Printing and keep my dollar right here in Central Ohio.
So far so good, waiting on a quote!
Zach and I have gone back and forth on more than one occasion on shirt and Polo ideas for my agency. Every single time I have a new idea or want to run something by them they are attentive and more than willing to help another small business with their needs.Id like to add that I see a lot of negative reviews coming out of the woodwork against these guys (differing political views so lets bash a business) I see them doing a ton of charity work, although they may have some differing views on certain hot subjects than I do, it hasnt stopped them from producing great products and always being helpful. I look forward to working with them in the future and collaborating on the needs of my company. If you want a company to do your shirt printing and do it well, all the while making you feel like youre their most important customer every time, give them a call, solid business.
Needed a banner for an upcoming festival and Jack went above and beyond. He edited the art for no extra cost and my banner was ready within a few days. It looks perfect and is great quality. All for under $30. I got a quote from signorama and the same banner would’ve set me back over $100 plus $80 an hour for editing 😬 GO WITH TRAXLER PRINTING!
My custom order was only for about $40, yet Traxler Printing (and specifically Fritz) provided great customer service and treated me like I was very important order to them, when in reality such a small order is practically irrelevant to them from a revenue standpoint. An issue came up where they didnt have specific color crew neck that I order, and they made it right by providing me with an additional free t-shirt, and then the proper color came in last minute. I walked out of there with two custom printed crew necks and a custom printed t-shirt and they only charged me for one. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent. When I went to pick it up I met the CEO who was very friendly and he gave me a tour. I am very pleased with my experience with Traxler and I will use them again for my printing needs.
Traxler Printing consistently delivers quality and affordable services to people Ive seen do business with them. They also care about their community and support organizations I care about. Highly recommend, you wont regret giving Traxler a chance to be your partner in business!
A local business that cares for the community. A truly community-minded company that pays it forward! Selling signs of support for inclusion, support and love of others. Highly recommended.

We love the shirts we ordered. They are very good quality and have vibrant, beautiful colors. Will wear with pride.
They are a great company to work with and have good prices. They can even do on site tee shirt printing.
Outstanding company with impeccable customer service. I ordered a tee and in short it was stolen before I even got to open the package. I contacted Zachary Traxler and he replaced it free of charge. Traxler Tees has definitely gained a life customer.

Great people. Awesome environment cool vibe
Ordered Westervillestrong decals for my car. Got them in 2 days and all the money they collect for these goes to the Morelli and Joering families... it doesnt get better than that. Bless you everyone at Traxler.
Simply put, this is an organization that acts with integrity and genuinely cares that you are happy with your experience.
Great gesture in helping the Westerville community to grieve and come togethet to remember our fallen HEROES. Thank you.
Great communication, super fast shipping, and the hat looks great to boot! Thanks!
Ordered the Hate Has No Home Here yard sign. No hassle, quick delivery, nice product!
The guys that run this place are class acts. When the orlando massacre happened they went into high gear producing tees with 100% proceeds going to the gofundme dedicated to the victims families. I contacted them on Monday the 13th and asked to do a custom order for me. They allowed me to bring my own tanks (an option they werent offering), I dropped the tanks off Thursday the 16th at noon and by 2:00pm the same day my order was complete! Wonderful customer service is something you dont find to much of any more and this company has it!! #orlandostrong #columbuspride
Great work and friendly, helpful staff
Pretty much a steal for events gifts and what have you .... honestly home grown company cant beat that
Great company that gives back to the community
The signs and decals and shirts were exactly what I wanted and the quality of all products exceeded expectations.
Placed an order and they had delivered to my home the next day.
