Good lad, super communicative, life is busy and he managed to fit me in. Supplier sent him a broken screen at no hesitation made it right and reinstalled a second screen. Super impressed with his help.

I often try to help fix my MacBook Pro....Jerry is always able to UNDO what Ive done and get me back up running. Fast and efficient. Ive promised to not help anymore and leave the technical work to him. Highly recommended.

We have used Jerry twice over the past year, mostly to clean viruses and the hard drive. Service is fast and reliable. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area. Never had to take computers back for repeat services.

Second time taking computer to Jerry Whitaker for repair. Trusted him this time as he knew I was unhappy with previous service so he offered to repair for free. When I first asked him about this he didn’t want to honor his word but did after I offered to pay him a little. (Said he needed cash).Once again he sold me a hard drive that was not new. This has been confirmed with manufacturer of both hard drives. Seems to be common practice (see BBB reviews).Claimed he put software on computer and it’s not there. Additional hardware I took that he would need to install a program I need is no longer working. He told me he “cracked the code” and installed the newest edition on my computer. Wrong. He installed the free trial versions of EVERYTHING he installed and heard now expired.Was never around for pick up when he claimed he would be. Only wanted cash. Later told me he could take a card (which I knew he could as that’s how I paid him a year ago and I saw the credit card processor in his office.).Promised a follow up phone call when I began to question things and I never received it. He then blocked my husband and myself on Facebook. Husband finally called him from a different number and Jerry answered and pretty much admitted he didn’t sell me a new hard drive. We have been waiting a response from him that he promised and have yet to hear from him.We will be pursuing legal action.Update to his response: he failed to follow through with concern about newness of hard drive.There’s no spite (word is spite Jerry, not despite) or anger. It’s simply letting you know you never followed up. There have been ZERO follow up calls (you said many). You story keeps changing.

Awesome work! I took my daughter’s school computer in after McAfee said NO VIRUSES all clear. Well, Mr. Jerry found 292 more 🦠. So I would say McAfee doesn’t work well. Thank you so much for your help.
