We had a wonderful experience here, we drove to this store from IL just to get equipment in person. We wanted to see all that they had in person. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they helped us pick out what we needed for our home gym. The lady at the warehouse helping us get the items in our car was so sweet and we were able to fit it all in our poor SUV and the 8 hour drive back home to IL was fun! 🀣

Like many others theyve raised prices substantially, almost doubling prices in some case, and blaming the pandemic.The prices border on the outrageous. Weights have more than doubled, and equipment such as simple squat rack stands are pushing $600. Pathetic.

***Truck Drivers*****Came here 1500 for delivery. First time Call the number on door, and guard said β€œsomeone will be there shortly to open the door”. I waited 20 minutes no one came, call the guard again 2nd time, β€œsomeone will be there shortly to open the door”. Waited another 20 minutes. Call the guard two more times. No one came. Finally after an hour and 15 minutes, a guy open up the door and said β€œWHAT” rudely. Took my paperwork and disappeared in the warehouse for 40 minutes, while I’m waiting in side the cage, they built it for drivers. After 40 minutes, he signed me a dock that already is occupied with drop trailer. Rude people, does not care about their customers service. I will not bring load to this facility in future.

Ive seen a lot of one star reviews recently but I cant share that experience. I ordered a C2 rower, a mat and a jump rope on Monday. Today I picked everything up during my lunch. I waited less than 5 minutes, everyone was friendly and they even loaded everything for me. There wasnt so much a scratch on any of the boxes and everything was accounted for and set up perfectly. Way to go, Rogue. Im glad I didnt pay attention to reviews when I ordered.

Long story short I spent the last month adding an AC unit to my garage, painting, adding flooring and more to prep it for an epic home gym. Called Rogues sales line to purchase about $4000 worth of stuff.. maybe more. First, the guy who answered seemed annoyed that I was calling. Every question I asked he seemed more and more irritated. It was a huge let down considering how excited I was to buy from them. Been looking at their stuff for months. End up NOT buying that day, doing a little more research and calling REP Fitness. The funny thing is at this point Im actually pretty irritated for the next sales person. A young lady answered for REP and was upbeat, honest and kind. She advised me on the best things to buy now and what to wait on... done deal. IDK, maybe Rogue is so busy they have a buy it or dont attitude... Im about as easy of a sale as you will find. Threw Rogue and softball. I do wish them the best considering there are likely good people working there, but this sales person stunk.

Every time I order a shirt, it’s a gamble on how it will fit. I received two shirts today, both XL, and one is right with a crooked logo abs the other is way too big. And rogue could careless. Now I have to spend an extra $15 to try abs find the right size. You would think a company would have more pride in their products and customer service, but not rogue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ROGUE. Shipping appears to be basically flipping a coin as to whether or not you even receive your order.This seems to be an issue with a number of other folks who also have written similar reviews. When I spend several thousand dollars on equipment, I would expect Rogue to care whether or not their customers get their orders (doesnt seem like it at all).Currently, the last-mile contractor working for UPS in my area (outside of Boston) seems to have lost the 2,000 lbs of steel, as it is no longer at the dock and they apparently cant find it on any of their trucks. Not to mention that it sat at the dock for almost a week, and only when I called UPS to ask about the order did anyone realize it hadnt been delivered.I strongly suggest that you re-consider ordering from Rogue, until at which point they drastically improve their supply chain management.

Customer service was terrible. Had an instance where I ended up not being able to receive shipment when it was supposed to arrive and the response from Rogue was pathetic. I could not delay shipment through them or UPS app. I ended up calling to hold it at a local facility.Be weary of the customer service as I got a basic, β€œSorry bro” response. Equipment is great just need to work on customer service.

Love their products- but absolutely hate their business practices. I ordered 3 items that they had in stock. Next day the UPS tracking number is generated. 5 days later it still shows not tendered to UPS and I send them an email. Response is that it’s the normal process. 16 days later, package still has not been given to UPS. Total breakdown in meeting reasonable customer expectations. Unfortunately, this has happened for three orders in a row. Will be moving to an alternate brand. Three strikes and you are out Rogue.

I have placed 3 separate orders all within a week.First a rack with accessories, freight delivery but has been processed for more than a week with no update to being picked or quality checked, let alone shipped. Didnt think this was the Rogue standard.Second, a barbell that wasnt in stock but was a few days later. This arrived within a few days. Great.Third, more accessories, not shipping freight but in two shipments. First email received says 30-60 days for complete ship; second says we were wrong its 14-30 days; third says wrong again it really is 30-60 days. What is going on here? 30-60 days for rack accessories seems far too long for a shipment.Side note, I have ordered 300lbs of weight and a bench from competitors and they arrived within a week.Fix your processing and shipping Rogue.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. They have really changed since I placed my last large order over a decade ago. I spent about 5700 dollars on my recent order. There was a few items I wanted that were out of stock. Every time something became available that I wanted to add to my order rogue fitness made me cancel the order instead of simply adding the item. I had to cancel my order 4 different times to add one item each time. It’s very time consuming putting an order this size on there web site. Each time I placed an order it would take about 20 min and I would have to call to cancel my previous order. The last order I placed I accidentally purchased two benches. I realize this was my mistake for not carefully reviewing my order however i would’ve never purchased two benches if I could’ve just added the items in. Rogue is charging me shipping to return the bench. I own a business and I understand a thing about customer service. This is nuts I wouldn’t have purchased two benches if I didn’t have to place so many flipping orders. Now let’s talk about the order. Both my benches were missing the exact same part the foot pad that keeps the bench from scraping the ground. I have a screw sticking out the bottom of my bench and I can’t use it without a piece of cardboard under the bench. I can’t believe they missed the part on both items. I received the wrong stainless steal handle for my bench. I ordered the short bench and they sent me the standard handle. The handle doesn’t fit and it has to go back as well. They charged me for a second handle from the bench I mistakenly purchased and that wasn’t in the order either. My order was a also missing another item but they confirmed they would be sending that later. Ok so with all this your going to charge me 50 bucks to return an item. I know they are working around the clock making this equipment but they are also making mega amounts of money while much of America is not working. Why treat customers so poorly? If it takes a little longer to ship the equipment spend the extra time making customers feel good about supporting your business. People could be spending there entire disposable income for the year at your store. I know how loyal your customers are so why don’t you try and make happy customers out of them so when this boom is over they come back to you for many years.

I know Rogue makes some awesome products and the customer service representatives were really nice. The issue I have is with shipping. I placed 2 different orders only 8 hrs apart. It was for bumpers and a rig. If I would have ordered the items as one order instead of two, I would have been able to save over $130. They refused to do anything about shipping or to try and cancel my orders and create a new order to save me the shipping. Awesome company and equipment poor standards when it comes to shipping and orders especially during COVID times.

Rogue has failed so many people in all aspects of their company. From extremely late shipping, to awful HR communication, to terrible conditions to work in from what I have heard from many people I know who have worked there. Rogue is so consistently terrible, that one can’t help but think that any positive review is fake from a manager employee with Rogue (whoever there is left who enjoys working there). I am sad to be a Columbus native and call Rogue a Columbus owned brand. I will always try to steer people away from the facade that people think Rogue is. An awful, unprofessional company.

Their shipping and customer service is terrible. My one order have been shipped in 9 different shipments that trickled in over 3 weeks. The one component required for the rack to be functional, the cross arms, has been in stock since I ordered but has been waiting for a quality check prior to being shipped, waiting 3 weeks so far. Magically backordered accessory items have arrived at their warehouse and have been shipped out and received already. No contact # and no return emails but they did respond on the chat and said it should get shipped out in a few days, still waiting yet. The stuff received looks good but their method and follow through on packaging and shipping is embarrassing. I could forgive the shipping if it was free but I had to pay $200+. They are only a 2 hour drive away but your not allowed to pick up in person due to β€œCOVID”. I would pay a little more and go with PRX or a company that can at least deliver.

These guys are AMAZING. I called this past weekend to ask a few questions and the representative that I spoke with was helpful, kind, and patient. They provided me with truthful answers and did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. I placed the order Saturday and received it today- for how busy these guys are right now they did an insane job of getting the product to my door. I will NEVER go anywhere else for anything workout related. This is why these guys are seen as the best by most gyms coast to coast - they deserve it!

I ordered some steel plates from rogue on nov 13. I received an email from UPS with tracking number. So now its nov 27 and still no plates. UPS said they never received them and rogue said they got lost in transit. They said they would send a replacement but that could basically be a year or more from now. They gave me a refund but if I had not inquired about it I would have been charged and never received products. My guess it they got the plates in stock, took the money, and then gave or sold the plates to a friend, coworker, etc, who knows. You cant blame covid for this kind of service.

Poor customer serviceRogue is a premium product with premium prices. It’s amazing that they don’t offer better customer service. Their shipping packaging is terrible, except for their Olympic bars, and causes plates and collars to arrive failing out of their boxes, scuffed up, or rattling around in the boxes. Their shipping policy during the COVID-19 epidemic is also unfriendly. Since the company is out of many items, customers are not able to take advantage of the normal shipping breaks. Recommend you offer more free shipping. Having to wait on items that are out of stock is annoying; having to pay more for them is poor customer service.

When you spend about $1000 on their product that shows in stock you would expect it to be proceed quickly but instead it takes 2 weeks before it even gets shipped. Very disappointed. When I called customer service they looked up my order, confirmed the lost shipment and had a new shipment on the way with no questions asked and it arrived 2 days later. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. ROGUE LOST A $1000+ SALE, thanks to the Rogue retail store associates total unwillingness and complete lack of desire to let me see the new Concept2 Bike Erg.I was visiting Columbus FROM UTAH and wanted to see and physically ride the new Bike Erg. A week prior, I called Rogue to make sure I could see the bike, and their customer service told me its no problem - we have 10 Bike Ergs that you can check out. Upon arriving at the retail store on Saturday, Jan. 27, however, I was informed that a cross-fit certification program was occurring, and under NO circumstances could I see the bike, as those Concept2 bikes are only in their gym, not in the retail store. In fact, apparently the Rogue retail associates werent even allowed in their own gym during this program, and thus they couldnt even wheel one out to the retail store for me to see. They had zero options for me.When I explained to Rogue that I was from Utah and this was my only chance to see the bike -- none of the gyms in Utah are stocking it yet -- both associates just shrugged and gave a half-hearted apology. When I asked for a manager, they said, Sorry, we dont have a manager today, only team leads, and weve made this type of request before and the answer is always no. Incredulous, I explained that I was planning to see the bike, ride it for a few minutes, and then if it was exactly as I had hoped, that I was planning to buy the bike plus a few accessories and other Rogue items that very day -- a total sale well above $1000. Still, both gals shrugged and said, sorry. They couldnt even offer a creative solution, just simply, sorry. (Were they really?)As a fitness enthusiast who is currently building out a garage gym, I am SO DISAPPOINTED in Rogue. What I had hoped would be a fun experience that would result in a new bike resulted in me writing this extremely negative review, and I will no longer shop at Rogue. Made in America? Rogue is hardly an example of a company that Americans should be proud of.

Ordered four kettle bells on Monday evening and they arrived on Thursday.If you have read any reviews of Rogue they are accurate. Quality casting... Having done a few hundred glass castings I am very impressed with the finish. The bands help in quickly identifying the bells. They are a nice touch but really not needed unless you have a dozen plus.The grip feel is excellent! There is enough surface roughness to grip well if you have sweaty palms but still more than smooth enough to not cause any callouses. The handles hold chalk well.If you are tall or have long fingers the handles are larger than the economy bells I was previously using.Looking forward to visiting the factory in a few months.Cheers

Due to some wonky ordering issues I ended up placing two orders within 12 hours of each other and as such faced two shipping charges. I emailed them to combine orders to help save on shipping and got an eight word reply We are not able to combine any orders. That was it.I tried to reach out via phone and couldnt get through twice. Rogue products look nice but that is where customer service ends. They refuse to put up negative reviews which lead to clients purchasing products that are sub par and needing to be returned. When they are returned, they refuse to help with shipping cost thereby hoping to discourage returns. This type of business practice should have businesses fail. I purchased a product, was drastically overcharged for shipping- $20 for a 3lb box?- then refused a full refund or help with a return shipping order. I asked several times. On top of it they are lying to customers about the product since I made a review of what I purchased but it was never posted. If I had seen a review such as mine in the first place- I may not have purchased. Shame on you Rogue. It seems your β€œcool” products is the only thing cool about you- if in fact the reviews are legitimate. Buyer beware- they are not legitimate reviews and if you send it back you will be charged on both ends to β€œlook” at their products and send them back. Business practices such as this should be known about and shunned.

Inflexible and unaccomodating customer service. Asked if they could waive shipment fee on a band that was out of stock at the time of the order but became available the very next morning. Customer rep would not adjust the order alleging it is too late and advised to place a new order - flatly refusing to waive the additional shipping fee. This was not for a large or heavy item - just a small rubber band (!) which can be mailed in an envelope - shame on you for insisting the customer pays additional $5.95 for shipping given the circmustances.

Bad experience period. You walk into the store and dont get greeted at all. Also, they have a bar on display not for sale? Why would you do that? especially being a vet and its an American flag bar. Two stuck up girls one blond and one brunette didnt even speak to us, even walking by. Its really disappointing that Rogue charges high prices and has terrible customer service. Not to mention, asking for help and not being told that we have to let the retail store know we have an order to pick up. So when we get to the pickup door we have to pull around twice and wait 30 minutes for our order. No customer service skills, no actual equipment in the store that you can try out or buy just overpriced t-shirts, horrible communication through an email on how to pickup an order, and just not worth it. Better off going with Titan or some competitor who is cheaper. Before that, I ordered a $1000 bench to be missing bolts and had to wait 10 days to receive the bolts. Im so done with Rogue, if youre not a crosslifter or value your money dont go to Rogue use Titan Fitness or TKO half the price, better customer service.

Been stepping my game up in training and went to the Rogue retail store to look into getting a new weight belt and speed rope.....product I dont have a problem with it was the customer service.......wasnt greeted/acknowledged by either associate in the store and there was only 1 other person in the store but the 2 sets of people that came in after me were not only acknowledged/greeted but helped pretty much immediately. Even as I was trying on belts for sizing I still was not acknowledged. Poor first time experience guess Ill just get my product online or maybe just go with another brand.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They’re pretty rude since everyone is buying their stuff due to the virus, before I was told they could work with me on shipping and pricing now I call and they don’t care. I called in ready to buy an entire home gym and I was pretty rudely told that lead times are 10-15 and even longer, that they have in influx of orders which is understandable. They I ask them to price me out some thing and he goes ok you’ll have to do all that via email. I literally tell him well I know exactly what I want so why can’t you just quote me now? And then he changes the subject. But I’m not paying a company over 2k for them to send me my equipment when they feel like it. It just felt like they didn’t care about me as a customer because of everybody wanting to get a home gym during this time, and now they’ve lost a customer who most likely would’ve purchased their equipment for life. Buyer Beware... I wish I read the Yep reviews on this company before I purchased from them On their site they have all very positive reviews mostly 5 stars. the reason being is that they screen and remove anything negative. Below is my review. Rogue makes a good product, but I have had a terrible experience with their Customer Service. In this day and age with stiff competition I am not sure how they can stay in business. I am a Retired Marine Corps Colonel who served my county for 28 years and after purchasing over $4,200.00 of Rogue equipment to include RM 4 Power Rack, Benches, Ohio and Bella Bars, Rogue Competition Bumper Plates and other Rogue Accessories the Standard J Cups that came with the RM-4 Rack is unforgiving on the barbell and the beautiful Ohio Bar that I purchased was being damaged after only a couple workouts. On the Website the Standard J Cup bar holders are supposed to provide protection for the bar. Rogue produces outstanding looking bars and now they even have all these fancy colored bars but the Standard J Cup Bar Holder is inferior and will ruin your beautiful expensive Rogue Bars for it does not provide acceptable protection as advertised on their website. They make a more expensive Sandwich J Cup Bar Holder that has additional protection but it is a $225.00 item.After noticing the scratches on my Ohio Bar after two workouts I called Rogue and explained the issue, I wanted to exchange the Standard J Cup Bar Holders which was damaging my bar for the Sandwich J Cup Bar Holder (which supposed to provide additional protective coatings) and pay the additional cost for the more expensive product. The Sandwich J Cup Bar Holder cost $225.00. They stated that unfortunately the policy is no returns if the product was used even once and if you wanted the Sandwich J Cup you would have to pay the full price. I asked to speak with the Supervisor, Patrick the supervisor got on the call and stated the same policy. He said he would check with his boss to see what he could do and call me back by the end of the day... He never called back. I called again a couple days later to speak with Patrick, but he was off and the person I spoke with told me to send an email with photos. I sent a long email explaining the issue and attached photos. They responded today, two days later with an email restating the policy and stating the best they could do was to provide free shipping cost totaling $13.00 on the $225.00 Sandwich J Cup Bar Holders. The Shipping cost to my house was $13.00 Really.....A great customer who just spent over $4,200.00 and that is all they could do?.I had some additional purchases in my shopping cart including the Sandwich J Cup Holders total almost $600.00. The Shipping for the whole order was $38.00... I requested that they provide free shipping on the entire order, since they were going to provide $13.00 credit on the shipping of the Sandwich J Cup Bar Holders. I requested that they take off the shipping on the remaining items in the cart totaling $25.00. They refused....I know for some of you it may not be a big deal. But when you spend your hard earned cash you want to spend it with a company that you can trust and that has your back. In this case Rogue could care less although I was one of their biggest although I was one of their biggest fans.

My husband and I have been doing CrossFit for several months. We were really excited to find that we were only an hour away from the store. We drove up there very excited to check everything out and get the things we needed. Our excitement faded pretty much immediately after getting to the store. The products are great but the customer service is pathetic. We had to ask multiple times for help for things like getting shoes, etc. We felt like we were a major inconvenience to them and tried to get out as soon as possible (which was not possible because they were so slow and not willing to help). To top it off, we just got home and realized that they did not put everything in our bag that we had purchased. We were highly disappointed with Rogue. At this point, I would rather spend more money and shop somewhere else than go back. One star is being very generous.

I have been a long time customer of Rogues. I have even outfitted two different gyms with their equipment. Over the years, the quality of their equipment has been top notch. That being said, their prices have gone drastically up and their service has gone drastically down. The only time my orders ship without an issue is on large pieces of equipment with expensive shipping. The problem I have with this is that they continue to offer small items on three ships free deals. If Rogue doesnt care about the service on these smaller orders, stop selling this stuff and stick to the equipment. My last three orders have been delayed, lost, or taken several weeks to arrive. I expect more from Rogue.

I ordered an item on January 14th. I was suppose to receive the item on the 18th. Today is the 19th. I did some investigating. I found out, I won’t receive my item until the 23rd. Get it together guys, It’s 2020. I was gonna buy a rogue hat and some lifting straps. But I’m honestly reconsidering now and thinking about taking my business to amazon or EBAY. At least they know how long it really takes to deliver an item. I’m gonna give them 3 stars because I know they’re material is quality stuff but there shipping is absolute madness.

Normally I don’t believe most people’s one star reviews. Having said that, every other review on here about the people working there is accurate. I don’t need someone to come ask me how I’m doing while I’m browsing, in fact, I prefer they don’t. However, when I get to the counter, please have a shred of a personality. I’ve seen paper bags with a greater emotional range that the woman who rang me up. I can see how it could be misconstrued as rude but I believe this woman actually didn’t have a personality. Maybe rogue makes robots now or is stepping into the AI game (props if so). Could have also been the fact that I interrupted her flirting with Dan Bailey who was also standing at the counter so I could checkout and catch my flight. Either way, cool building… garbage people.

I went here to pick up shirts for my brothers friend and they didnt have his size so the girl offered to place a factory order and told us it would be ready in ten minutes. After ten minutes she brought them out and allowed us to check and then pay. Its a pretty cool place and although the clothing is pricey the service is great.

Quality control isnt what it used to be. Its been a month since I purchased my last bar and still no product. I purchased the Ohio Stainless Steal Bar and it arrived damaged. Just like my previous purchase of an OHIO Weightlifting Bar. I had to repackage the bar and ship it back to them. This happended with one bar after another. I finally didnt even have to remove the bars from the packaging. Just slid one sleeve out, verified that it was damaged and repackaged it started the exchange process again. Now I cannot even get Rogue to return my emails. A month later and I have no idea when Im getting my product. I have spend hours in repackaging, chats, and emails trying to get answers and now I cannot even get an email response. Absolutely terrible way to treat a customer that has spent over $4000 on Rogue products in the past two years.

(Former welder)There are several reasons I wont recommend working at Rogue. To start, some of the supervisors treat their employees badly, play favorites, and seem to be on a major power trip. Due to this, the work environment is very unprofessional.The training you receive here is non-existent. Managers sometimes will show you how to do something. Sometimes they do not. If you happen to mess up on a part accidentally, instead of doing the logical thing and re-training the employee to correct and help prevent issue from occurring again, they punish you. Their hierarchy of punishment starts from a 1 day suspension all the way to a whole damn week. This is a company that is not concerned about helping you develop and maintain skills. This company only cares about production, times, etc.What really irritates me is that when I arrived at work and would get to my assigned booth, very often there were missing items, missing tools essential to getting job done. They also dont allow you to use a respirator because they have a built in air filtration system. This system does not properly filter air and felt that my health was being put at risk regularly due to not being able to wear my own respirator.Someone I know was just let go for being 1 minute late back from break. The turnover rate has got to be out of this world. The employees that still manage to make it through their day-to-day HATE IT THERE. This is due to management being irrational, inexperienced, and not employee-oriented.So instead of applying here and putting yourself at risk of being let go due to a messed up part (due to no blue print being in the booth at times) or being one minute late back from lunch (like dear god one whole minute wow life doesnt happen.)S/O to Will and James. They were the only sensible members of management.

Do not purchase through RogueBought this vest on a Monday and no where in the website those it tell you how long delivery would take. Made the effort of calling costumer service and I was informed that it would take two to three business days for standard shipping. I asked the costumer service representative if they were sure because I was willing to pay the expedited shipping. They confirm it would make it on tim. I constantly checked the status of the shipping and not until Thursday did the status of the shipping change from being delivered on Wednesday to being delivered on Tuesday. I specifically bought this vest for a competition on Monday so receiving it before then was essential. I called costumer service once again and advised them of the issues I was having and they told me there was nothing they could do at this point. I requested a partial refund and again they told me there was nothing they could do. Im extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and would not purchase through rouge in the future nor would I recommend that anybody do so ethier.

Of course I am satisfied with the equipment I received from Rogue. Everything I ordered is American Made, which I love, and I have seen first hand what Rogue equipment can handle as far as wear and tear. Rogue equipment can take a serious beating and maintain itself with no issues - a true testament to its great construction.But, Rogue’s well-made equipment is not what inspired me to write this review. Often times we deal with a company and everything goes right and we move on with life. But, what happens when you expect to get your shipment and of 190lbs of High Temp bumper plates, all that shows up is a 45lb and a 25lb bumper plate. This is only complicated by the fact that the shipping company says β€œthis is all that we got.” and I am standing there holding the crud end of this crud sandwich. This is not a hypothetical and is in fact exactly what happened to me today.Not really knowing what to do at this point, I contacted Rogue customer service, hat in hand, and explained my situation. Eric listened intently, asked if he could put me on hold for a second. During the hold, he checked the images from the shipment. and when he returned, he explained that the bumpers were on the palate when it was handed off to the carrier. (At this point I half expected them to be like your loss, and best of luck finding your bumpers, also, have fun with a 45lb and 25lb bumper.) NOT what Eric said. Eric was like, no worries, we will get a set of bumpers sent out to you tomorrow. There was no hassle, no arguments, just a dude representing a great company who understood how bummed I was and took the time to make all the right moves to fix it.I know the loss of my bumpers was not Rogue’s fault, but Rogue was there for me when something outside of theirs and my control occurred, and I can’t thank you enough for that. If the measure of a great company is how they react to an imperfect or less than ideal situation, then Rogue is a great company in spades.So to Eric and Rouge, thank you.Rogue customer for life.

Dont let the online store fool you - the physical Rogue Retail store looks so clean (as one reviewer put it), because its pretty empty. More than half the shirt bins were empty. 5/6 of my Bumper plates fit on my bar but apparently my bar is too big and that 1 plate that didnt fit was the only plate that was made with correct dimensions. Thats what I was told. I bought myself a pair of Nike Metcon 4’s and wore them once for about 15 minutes until I realized that they were too big and the heel slip was horrible on them. So I returned them at a cost of $18 to me, and low and behold Rogue will not accept them, because they’ve been worn once. So long story short, do not order from Rogue Fitness unless you are 100% sure that they will fit you perfectly, because once the shoe goes on your foot, they are no longer returnable.

After ordering 10k worth of equipment less than 2 years ago we decided to place another large order, roughly 12K. We could not get a sales rep on the phone and waited days at a time for e-mails to be returned. Once we were quoted, I was surprised to see that they offered no discount to returning high volume customers. As if that wasnt bad enough, they also included over $700 in shipping cost despite their website stating that if you order a rig or order over 5K in equipment, your order ships for free. When I mentioned this to them, their response was that this was a deal for only online orders. I guess they expect us to order over 10K worth of equipment without ever speaking with us. I cant remember the last time I dealt with a company with less respect or care for its customer. I will not be buying anything from rogue again. I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere then maybe they will get their act together. The only reason they get 1 star is because there is no option for less.
