Original review 5 starsI knew NOTHING about tractors. I emailed Barret Noland and he called me within minutes. He then taught me everything. He even responded to text messages over the weekend when he was off work! He answered all of my questions and helped me pick the tractor I needed for the jobs I have. He never talked down to me and even though I didnt know what a PTO was, he taught me like he was selling a million dollar tractor. H&R is amazing and you cant go wrong working with Mr. Noland! My tractor is to be delivered shortly and if the service is as good as the sales, Im a very satisfied first time tractor buyer!-------------------------------------FollowupGot to revise my 5 star to a 4. Tires did not come filled with water. They have promised they will fill them but they were slammed with harvest time. Today they told me they were coming and they no-showed. Im getting really nervous their service department is not able to keep appointments.Also had a grease fitting break and the service manager told me to put some tape over the hole until one of his guys can find some time to come to my house. Why am I putting tape over a broken grease fitting on a brand new 25K tractor? Dont I have a warranty?Service is now becoming a major concern of mine.Update #2: After I complained about the no-showing of the appointment they showed up the next day and took the tractor to the shop. They returned with the tires filled with water and the grease fitting fixed. It appears the manager read my review and today he called me and gave me his personal cell phone number. He told me they will service all of my needs and if I ever need anything from them to let him personally know.I would rate this a 4.5 stars at the moment. Time will tell, if they can service as I desire. I feel they were very fast and great with the sale. However, they dropped the ball the first time I needed them for service. That is just not a good first impression for a customer.

Quality service and repairs. Nice folks. Prices seem reasonable for qualified technicians, but I dont have enough experience with other places to compare. Recommended.
