My Sales Rep Mike S was great. Very helpful in the buying process. He assisted in picking out the correct product and very patient with the process. After the initial purchase all my products arrived in the promised delivery time which was critical to completing my project. I was very happy with the final product. The Retro cans were comparable to any name brand cans and installed as expected. The trim looked and performed better than expected. The dimming range is good as any LED but with it was lower. Goes to about 10%. I would highly recommend Cost Less Lighting.

Worked with Andy Leiter on some lighting for our new home construction project. The online quote process as well as the ordering process was very simple, quick, and easy. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. My order shipped out promptly via Fed-Ex and arrived a few days later. The products appear to be of excellent quality and are virtually identical to items you would purchase from a big-box retail store - and the Cost Less Lighting price is significantly less than the retail store prices. The electrician doing my project recommended using Cost Less and I am very glad that Ive been connected with them as they have great products, great prices, and great customer service. Overall, an excellent experience.

Contacted my sales person for a LED that was still within warranty. Was told it would be taken care of by another representative, but after 4 months still haven’t received a replacement. Also asked for a quote adjustment on different types of lighting/fixtures and again nothing. Company will respond and deliver to those who buy frequently but if you’re looking to do smaller up upgrades or buy from a company that stands behind their product for the years/hours specified you may want to find another vendor. Lighting is quality for the most part just tough to get replaced if it fails.

The customer service was excellent. Brian was very helpful and also followed up with us to make sure that the lights were delivered on time. We will be recommending this company.

I purchased 12 recessed lights from Costless for my kitchen remodel. The lights are great, after the season changed and when it gets darker outside earlier, I wish I had the bought the brighter versions of the lights. I called John and explained my situation and he was happy to replace my existing lights with the brighter ones. My initial purchase was in January and the lights did not get installed until April and now getting replaced in December without charge. Now thats great customer service. I also ended buying more lights for my family room.I just recommended them to my friend that is looking to purchase some recessed retrofit lights.
