Back in November I purchased a king size therapeutic mattress I believe it is, I have enjoyed it immensely. What I had to get used to is not having the two box springs that go underneath, as you can see you can see how long its been since I bought a new mattresses. I had no idea when I purchased it back in November that it came with iron rails now. The one I purchased back then was low to say the least, so I wanted my bed to be higher from the floor, so today I purchased new rails about 4 inches higher and it made my bed feel so much better. Roger assured me that it would be delivered today, he made good on his promise and its raining outside, he and Gavin quickly brought it in set it up took the old one out what more can I say service guaranteed. I went in needing a new King size mattress and found more than I could have expected. They worked with me on the price of the King size mattress and I was able to also get a Queen size mattress for my daughter who was much overdue for one as well. They were very professional and answered all of my questions, which I had a lot of. It was my first time buying a mattress myself and at the beginning of the process I had the same anxiety as I would buying a new car. But once I got there it was personalized and I wish I was better with names because the gentleman that helped me was the absolute best. I we ordered the Queen mattress which would be delivered on a different day than the King mattress, and they only charged me 1 delivery fee.They also hauled off the old King mattress for us so I didnt have to figure out how to do that. Honestly if I could give them like 100 5 star 🌟 reviews I absolutely would. You wont beat the prices and the experience was a million times better then I expected it to be. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a mattress, box spring, bed frame, adjustable bed or a dozen and a half other related things.

Absolutely best pricing, service and overall experience. We are a military family and just PCSd here for my bride to attend IBOLC, Airborne and Ranger schools at Fort Benning. We rented our house out in Alaska instead of selling and so needless to say we needed at least a place to sleep ASAP. We found Mattresses by Appointment and not only got a great mattress but also a complete bedroom set! We quickly tried the easy financing but decided to just use our American Express card to make our purchase. The bed, mattress, box spring and night stand were delivered and setup the very next day. A week or so later the dresser w/mirror and hutch were delivered and setup. This all happened so fast and helped us out in our time of need. We were also given a free set of sheets and set of pillows (very comfortable). I would recommend Mattresses by Appointment to my family and close friends and if you knew me that says alot!

This mattress store lacks any type of customer service and professionalism. Granted the sales person was with another customer, I didn’t even get a hello, someone will be with you in a minute. After 10 minutes of waiting and walking past the sales rep on 3 separate occasions; needless to say I left without the two mattresses I intended to buy for my kids and still no salutation from the sales rep. Avery’s Furniture Express here I come, maybe they’ll like my money more!

I love this way of doing business. I hate fancy showrooms and sales people with expensive gimmicks. I usually know what I want and what I don’t want. All those extras that I don’t need get added to the price, so I usually leave before making a decision. I love the fact that I could make an appointment and that they were ready for me. I bought a new bedroom set, and I couldn’t be more happy. First of all, the quality is excellent!! There was one tiny, unnoticeable imperfection on my footboard. I honestly wouldn’t have noticed, but the owner pointed it out for me and said he was ordering me a new one with my other piece I had ordered. I think very highly of him for his integrity, courteous manner, and understanding. If I ever need to purchase anything again, I will hands down go here and also recommend it to everyone I know. This place is great! Being that me and my wife both have busy work schedules and with 3 kids, our weekends are busy as well, these guys accommodated a Sunday appointment for us. There were many quality mattresses to lay on and get a feel for with no one pressuring us. The buying process was easy and we were not pressured into buying any extras and the prices of the mattresses were very reasonable. This is a really good place to get a mattress. The people are real nice and help you any way they can. I definitely recommend them to everyone. This was my review when I first bought the mattress. Now I would like to take back what I said. The mattress turned out to be not what I wanted. Im pregnant and dealing with a bad right kidney. The mattress was so soft that it caused me all kinds of discomfort. So I called the person I bought it from and left a message. The person neglected to call me back. So I have come to the conclusion that once they make the sale then thats it. They want nothing to do with you. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I wanted a comfortable, but inexpensive mattress for my son’s bunk bed. I had looked online previous to stopping here to look.
