Great job! I had to move to another storage unit within this facility. Mgt. Misty was really awesome. Her logistic supervision with her team to handle my relocation was amazing and stress free. Its apparent her management style is acceptable among her team. Professionalism and customer service was top notch. Outstanding services; Either; her or she had one of team members check on us. I appreciate the kindness, care & value she bought to our move. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5STARS

Made a reservation yesterday for a utility dolly and blankets. When I went to pick it up I also decided to rent a truck and see if they had another dolly. They looked in the system and stated that the Uhaul on Macon Road had the size truck I needed and the dolly I needed as well, but they would save the dolly I reserved with them in case I ended up needing it too. Upon going to the other uhaul they in fact did not have the size truck I needed or any of the dollys I needed. I called the store back and asked if I could still pick up the dolly they were suppose to hold for me and the girl had a really nasty attitude saying they didn’t have any & haven’t had any all day when I physically saw the dolly 2 hours previously with my own two eyes. Instead of apologizing for any inconvenience she stated she just got to work an hour ago & didn’t know what her coworkers did. She then proceeded to tell me to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s instead of looking at another location for another dolly. Her tone and attitude were nasty and her customer service was very poor. Their systems also seem a bit flawed because they are guaranteeing equipment from other stores who do not have the equipment.

One of the employees at this store took my kids brand new Huarache shoes and then insulted me when I asked about him I wouldnt recommend this U-Haul for anyone

Horrible experience. Came into the store to have a tow hitch installed and pick up a trailer after making a reservation. First they messed up my reservation in their system, and then told me they could still have the job done in about 2 hrs. Called after 4 hrs, store said itd be done in under 30mins, come to the store to pick it up, my vehicle was still on a lift and they had no time estimate for except that it was still going to be at least another hr, probably must longer. Quote I really dont have a time estimate, I said 30mins because my manager pressed me.

Was pleasantly surprised with my experience with them today. First two locations were absolute duds and went in super skeptical. The store was clean and organized and the employees were friendly. There was a lot going on but the employees managed it well. My only real complaint is customer parking. There are a limited number of spots and that’s it. There is no where else in the vicinity so you my have to circle a bit.

Micheal was so helpful. As soon as i walked in looking for moving supplies he greeted me and describe the difference in the boxes. Awesome customer service. I was in and out in minutes. He even loaded the boxes for me.

Normally I have no problem renting from this location.But here lately customer service is going down the drain. I have been renting a uhal van, every two weeks for the past few months. Today the manager, his wife and employees were all, very rude, unprofessional, and down right ugle. Took over an hour to get my van rented while dealing with nasty attitudes.I went a head and rented the van today because I didnt have time to go else where. But they just lost my business, I will rent somewhere else from now on.Somewhere, where customers are appreciated and respected. Not treated very rudely. Word of advice buddy, learn to treat your customers with respect we are the ones who keep your rude hehind in business!

Went in to pick up a part for my hitch today and the employee was perfectly helpful. He checked to make sure I got the right thing, checked on my upcoming reservation and asked if I had questions. To top it off, he even gave my 3 year old son a paper UHaul truck! Made my little mans day.

Called ahead to make sure about your hours of operation (7pm!). I needed my propane tanks filled. Drove here from Eufala/AL just for you to tell us they have closed it all down already. (at 6:50pm)!!!Will never come back to your location!Thanks for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was having technical difficulties on the day of reservation. Apparently my reservation got canceled but, I had already accessed the uhaul rental and moved to my next location. When I returned my truck at my destination in Columbus GA, Robert Turner took the initiative to call the representative at my previous location to correct all the issues. Thank you to the team here and in Fort Walton Fl for helping me get this all taken care of

I have rented from this location 30+ times and they really do provide great service. They are quick, knowledgeable and make the registration process enjoyable.

I made a reservation and was told that it would not be ready to be picked up until 5 hours into the reservation time leaving me only 3 hours to get the job done. I was expected to pay the full rate and I was transferred 5 different times to different people, and still was given no help by anyone other than being told that I could talk to someone else. U-haul is worthless and is garbage, and their customer-service and business practices are highly unethical. It is completely uncalled for to allow someone to make plans based off of a reservation and then not have their equipment available and leave the customers on the back-end scrambling to figure out what to do.

How is it that corporate sends me to this location for emergency assistance and they refuse to show any any customers service. ... Go to 1700 Box Road. They understand the needs of costumers and will bend over backwards to get you back on the road at no time!

Okay for a quick place to store stuff. But customer service wasnt that great and its a hassel to get your stuff into the units. Also they dont seem to be doing well so they penny pinch a lot. Some units locks are broken so make sure you get a good one.

Devin was helpful. It was exactly 4.5 minutes he printed the papers-me signed-he explained-and I got the truck. Really quick.

Used them for moving and storage several times and had never had any problem with them. Went away for a year and came back. All my stuff was in position and intact.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Will choose this location again and again.

This visit to this place was horrible. Todd ?? Dont know last name but he started out nice enough and i did understand his frustration but my friend was having a horrible few days herself. I believe everything that could have gone wrong on her end did ho wrong and i tried to explain tjis to Mr Todd but he just got very unprofessional and stated that he needed his truck back. We paid ALL the extra charges for keeping the truck longer than was originally planned. I talked to him every step of the way letting him know what was going on. We even took him extra money while we still used the truck just to shut him up.In total for 3 days usage never leaving town she paid almost $400... I believe thats expensive. Also she needed to get a storage unit by the time this ordeal was winding down and Todd sent us down the street to someone else... Not good business...

10th Ave location is the one to go to in Columbus, they hooked up 2 of our vehicles with wiring for trailer hitches in 1-2 hours, did the job well and on time. Reliable.

This place needs at least 3 people to work the desk stood there for over an hour just to get my receipt there was only one guy working and he was nice and assured us help is on the way he tried his best to help 10+ people but the manager shouldve known better to have another person there to help the poor kid.storage units are small and overpriced

The workers there are nice, I was over charged on a extremely high bill, but got a refund the same day. Everything is high now a day, but I will continue to use them.

The U-Haul dealership at 706 E Taylor st, Creston Iowa rented a truck and car trailer to to haul a car to their home in Kansas, the trailer was not secured to towing ball on the truck we realized when we tried to load the car, the tie down tie down strap ratcheting mechanism was rusted so bad that we had to spray both ratchets with good old WD-40 to use them to wind up the tire straps,these discrepancies should not have happened, the hookup error was dangerous, .

Fast and efficient service...prices are questionable though

After calling to reserve a truck and asking what i needed to bring, i was told at the counter i didnt have enough documentation after i walked an hour there. I checked repeatedly about what i was supposed to bring. He didnt care at all.

Service was HORRIBLE, went to return a tow dolly and the guy refused to unhook the vehicle and assist me.
