My rental was ready for me when I showed up both times Ive used this location. Line can move a little slow, but the customer service is always good. Friendly employees.

I just came to get my propane tank refilled. It is pretty convenient because you just pull up by the large propane cylinder and ring a bell. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to come help me but it was worth the wait. The employee who helped me was very nice and my tank was totally full. I only filled one tank because my old one was from 1999 and they wont fill it if the tank is too old. After exchanging the old tank at the gas station, the one I had filled at Uhaul was about 5lbs heavier! It was $17.50 to have my tank filled and about $21 to exchange. They totally rip you off with the exchange!

Message to U-Haul management. You offer propane 7 days a week, but its not worth getting it there because you make your customers wait way too long to get it. Every time I go in it takes a long time to get somebody out there. This isnt just a covid thing. Today was the last time Ill use you guys for anything. I waited 20 minutes after I rang the bell, and after thinking the Bell might not have been working and going inside, I waited another 20 minutes. When I went in to tell him I was leaving there was four employees on the side of the building smoking cigarettes, and no it wasnt lunch time. So for eight more dollars Ill just do the stupid blue rhino deal. Dont offer a service if you cant do it.

Never ever ever rent from here. First they never answer the phone ever so getting ahold of them for any issues is impossible. They charge you for unnecessary fees that they will not disclose to you and they don’t have to disclose to you (was told this directly from district managers mouth). Terrible customer service will not work with you to resolve issues everything black and white by the book no out of the box solutions. Uhaul lost a customer will deal with penske going forward.

Billing fraud and abuse regarding gas charges, not following official policy. Possible discriminatory practices as the vehicle renter is African American. Rude attitude from manager at Morse Rd location, when I brought these issues to her attention. Luckily, i was in the car, as a co-driver, and came in to get unnecessary charges reversed. Im not there - charges would have remained.

Worst customer service, I booked the van online 2 days ago and got the confirmation. But when I went there to pickup it was not there and the guy didnt even try to resolve the issue.

Told me they did not have my hitch in stockade I paid and scheduled an appointment. Took my money and gave me nothing and wont return any calls. Trying to get my money back now. Dont do any business with this place.

Good location. They always work with you with all your moving needs and are eager to help me theyre also very well located close to a gas station so that helps when you forget to fill up the tank. Also the customer service is great, theyll give you all your options on the table.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer for a military PCS move after finishing eight years overseas. During that time my Ohio drivers license passed its printed expiration date. However, Ohio has an exemption for military members waiving license renewal for as long as we are serving. This has not been an issue with any government agency or business but apparently the U-Haul on Morse Rd. Is the exception and refused to accept my drivers license even in conjunction with my military ID and the Ohio driving law detailing the exemption. After making several attempts to explain that my license was not expired despite the printed date and being told that the Ohio BMV and I were both wrong, I had to leave empty handed.Horrible customer service, zero attempt made to accommodate a customer willing to spend a considerable amount of money with them on a cross country move. I am baffled.

Horrible customer service. I booked online last night and am still standing in line for a 9:00 pick up. Note, I’ve been in line since 8:45am.The associates are NOT helpful. One associate (who’s name I will email their management about) told me I would have to get BACK in line that is now 15 people long.I will NEVER use this U-Haul service again. They lack professionalism and common sense. The staff was very polite and helpful! The store manager was so patient on the phone with a customer whom I could tell was being difficult. It was refreshing to see such good customer service. Buy the insurance, its always worth it.

Karen is awesome nice and super helpful. Bought my coupler lock here with her help and she made sure of my safety by checking the ball mount torque on my non uhaul piece. Ended up getting an extra uhaul bad boy cause its as cheap as wally.world. thanks for employing someone that saved my life for a 4 hour trip hauling 5k lbs.

They rented me a dolly to go along with a 15-foot truck, but they didnt put the dolly in the truck and I had to go back for it. They also didnt check the wiper blades. The passenger side blade was essentially shredded.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, well stocked. Staffing may be slow at times as its a major dealerships with a lot of multitasking.

Best place for your storage and shipping boxes

The location is busy but the staff is nice, doing their best to accommodate customers. I used a 15ft truck a few weeks ago for my move and the truck was clean, ran well, and reliable. I would recommend location to anyone close by but to obviously expect there to be a line, as it is a big location, very high demand, and has lots of customers. Overall, my experience was great with this location.

Pros: Equipment as described. Truck operated to specifications.Cons: Staff is poorly trained as evidenced by the wait times and lacking communication skills. Google has them rated at 20 minutes of wait time. This is perhaps one of the most important industries in which to strive for minimal wait time. The manager knows the ropes but her subordinates do not and it shows.

Do not let the central uhaul reservation service make you pick up or especially drop off equipment here!First I had to wait over thirty minutes in line just to pick up my already reserved truck because they had only 2 cashiers on duty and 2-3 aisles unmanned. This made me late to pick up my stuff. When I turned in the truck at the correct time I asked one of the employees there what I should do and if I needed to come inside. She said to park it in this line of trucks where it was already and leave the keys in the cabin. Imagine my surprise when they leave a message on my phone the next day SAYING THAT I HADNT TURNED IN THE TRUCK! I called them and apparently they found the truck on their lot yet still didnt realize that it had been turned in on time the night before. I dont know if they just didnt ask any of their coworkers if they had parked that truck or if theyre more disorganized than that. They still think I just snuck it on to the lot in the morning. Thankfully they didnt charge me extra because it was within a day, but the ridiculous thing they did charge me for was to top off the gas, which is ridiculous because I had completely filled it at the gas station a block away right before turning it in. I tried calling them about it and they said the manager would call me when he got the chance that day but I havent gotten a call. Avoid this distributor, theres plenty of other good ones in the area.

Used the mobile feature to pick up and drop off my truck. Dont recommend. First off the app say park in any spot as long as youre not blocking entrances or doors. Then the app has you drop your keys in a lockbox. Well after driving around in my car searching for an imaginary lockbox, I went inside. The workers told me I had to pull the car into a return lane and leave the keys in the ignition. I then had to go all the way across the massive parking lot to retrieve the truck and pull it into the lane. Uhaul then tried to charge me for a cleaning fee on a truck that I already proved was dirty at pickup with dirt, spilled drinks, and tissues (flu season folks). This is my first and probably last experience with uhaul. Not happy at all.

Everyone from telephone reservations to checking in my car for a hitch installation were friendly and helpful.

I have found out where all the dmv workers went. Been here for 45 minutes and still 3 people ahead of me instead of 9. You have 3 people working the counter.... The only way you give better than a three star is you work here!!!!!

There was only 1 person ahead of me but we still had to wait 20 min in line. The cashier (Tammy) was very rude and argued with me about my reservation only to realize I was correct - still didnt even apologize. I will never come here again.

I had a new hitch installed on my truck in less than 2 hours. The woman at the front desk couldnt find my computer order so she re-entered everything. She was nice and helpful. The orange motorcycle trailer I rented looked over 20 years old. U-Haul should have it repainted it or replace it with a new one. There was obvious rust and one of the fenders had started to separate from the body. The next larger trailer was in better condition but they dont have front wheel chocks for motorcycles, just tie down hooks.

Took me 40 minutes to check out a reserved truck. Upon returning, I waited another 40 minutes only to be told I dont have to wait for the checkout since my card was on file and they can email the receipt, just drop the truck and go. I knew I had gone 10 miles over my estimated mileage and that there would be a charge. Once I received the receipt, the tacked on another 20. Calling is useless as you wont get your specific location and the email provided has given no response. This is the last time I will ever use this location. 2 stars because of poor service, but the truck performed as expected.

Went to drop off the truck on a holiday and lot of people were working. Finished the drop off process very quickly. They have very less customer parking and it was congested

Very Slow!!! of course I would need service on a Saturday, that would be why.... had to wait in a line that reached the door! Employees were nice and helpful once you get to them.

I would definitely not recommend going to this U-Haul business. I had to wait in line for about 40 minutes. When I finally got up to the counter they said my vehicle would not work for the trailer I was trying to purchase. I called customer service and they dont know why the lady said that because it would definitely work. These people are very unorganized and I dont trust them.

Run away!!!! EVERY visit you make to this location, whether it is to pick up a rental, to drop off a rental, or to simply purchase packing supplies will result in a 30 minute wait (On average more like 45 minutes). No matter which day of the week, only two associates seem to be working at the front desk. And, when there is a rental pickup that associate will do the walk around with the customer thereby leaving one sole associate.

Very good prices on hitches, we have been referring people here for years. They are understaffed sometimes but have great prices on hitch installs.

The truck was good and instructions were clear... but the lines are long and move insanely slowly. Not the way I want to invest 30-40 minutes on the day Im moving!

I rented a pickup for 2 days. On the 2nd day, I was called several times and harassed by the manager, Tammy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even lied to me on the phone that my payment hadnt gone through, which it had, and demanded that I return the truck before it was due back. Its unbelievable the amount of disrespect that was given for no reason at all. I would not recommend going through this uhaul location. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. Hopefully they can find someone that understands customer service and has the skills to be a manager.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Its grossly under staffed or scheduled incorrectly. The wait times are ridiculous and they always have a long line for assistance. The counter employees are unfriendly, indifferent, and could care less about the customer.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Ive rented from several uhaul places, this has to be the worst. They make you go around the vehicle and mark any dents you see. I could easily miss something.. Its time consuming and I didnt have to do it at any other facility. Secondly the vehicle was in a bad shape. Felt like it would fall apart any second. Really aged fleet. The door liner kept falling over me while driving. The dolly was the worst possible available. It was riddled with filth and grime and grease. Took me a good hour to wipe it down and clean it. Still couldnt get the grease out of the strap. As a result, all the furniture was covered with grease. Do not rent from here..

Go anywhere else. Rent from anyone else. This place has the worse service I have ever received - of any kind - ever.After taking time off from work to get a hitch put on my car, I had to re-schedule because they overbooked themselves. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I had to stand in line for 50 minutes. It took 2 hours longer than I was told to install the hitch, and when it was done, the back door to my car no longer works.The 20% off they offered me does not financially cover my wasted time or gas spent on what will be at least 3 trips to them, nor does it cover the appointment that I missed while I stood in line Saturday. It certainly does not cover the aggravation of dealing with these incompetent people.I will never go to u-haul for anything again.

Mother in law reserved a big truck 3 weeks before her move. On her day to move they just had the small truck. She had to leave behind all of her appliances. Not very good service..

Bought butane for the rv here. Employee was very courteous and polite and convenient pay at the pump saved me a walk inside.

Wasted my time. Had an appointment and had to wait inline for 30 minutes before I walked out. Theres too many other places in town to waste you time here.

This is the worst place to rent a u-haul from. Tammy (the lady up there in the photos) has THE WORST customer service. When we walked in, there was already a frustrated customer complaining about her and complaining about the long wait (there was a line all the way to the door). Tammy was being very rude to her. Then when it was our turn, shes barely paying attention to us and what we were doing because she kept talking on the walkie-talkie right in our face for minutes while we just sat there and twiddled our thumbs. Then once she gave us our total, she told us to swipe our card. We punched in our PIN number, and then told us once it was processing, that we should have done credit because now we just authorized for $75 instead of the quoted $49.95. I asked her to cancel and she said it was too late. When I spoke with her manager, she said she told the manager that she let us know before we did it (lied). I asked why we wouldnt just do credit if we would have known it would be a big difference like that. Then Tammy proceeded to say I was trying to help you but I shouldnt have.. next time I wont! So, long story short. Come to this location if you want HORRIBLE (arguably the worst) customer service.

This place has slow service on the weekends and the equipment is not the best. I wish there was another in the area of the same size to make things better.This place is also a nightmare if a lot of people return their trucks at night the next morning you dont have anywhere to park because the return trucks take up most of the front lot.very poor design.They need to hire more people to work the front counter every weekend since that is when most people use uhaul nationwide. I guess they have booksmarts and no common sense. wow

They were busy when we returned the truck we rented but they still checked us out in a reasonable time. Parking lot is tough to navigate with the trucks

I had a scheduled reservation at this location after store hours at 8:30pm. When I came to pick up a truck, I started following the steps on the website for self pickup. It failed because they didnt assigned a truck to me and didnt leave keys. Spent 1hr talking to customer support just to figure that out. What a waste of time. Had to come back in the morning. At least they gave me a discount for ruining my evening plans.

Young employee was rude, unhelpful. She acted like I was putting her out by asking a simple question. I rented from Penski instead.

Waited in a 30 min line at noon on a Friday to let a representative know I had arrived for a hitch appointment.

Made reservations today at 8pm and I arrived and it was closed. This is so irritating.

This was a horrible experience line to the door waiting on a Saturday only one person up front taking care of people he was very nice and helpful tho and drop off was a mess on Sunday almost a hour never again!!!

Sunday morning, opened at 9am; line of 12 people with one person behind counter. Very frustrating, have seen other reviews mention how slow this place is but nothing has been done to fix the issue.

This place had one person checking in trucks on a Saturday afternoon and the line of trucks waiting extended onto Morse road blocking traffic. When I returned the truck after only 9 hours of use they charged me for an extra day. Moving is hard enough, these guys make it even harder.
