My car was rear ended and geico suggested using them which I did and they were great and very professional and very polite. I highly recommended them. They made the whole process seamless.

This was my second time at sunken meadow and they are wonderful. The price was fair, my car was finished on time and very quickly. Not only did they replace my bumper but my car was also washed and vacuumed which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

In October 2009 I had about $2000 worth of body work done on my car by Sunken Meadow Auto Collision,. Then in January 2015 I had the work redone under warranty (except for the $240 additional dollars in what they claimed was new damage. So a few years after that the clear-coat was peeling off the car and the paint faded drastically. I brought the car in and they agreed that it should be redone again. Since I had moved out of state, I asked them to make a reasonable cash settlement which they refused to do. Instead they wanted me to bring the car in and leave it for a few days and they would gladly repair it for a third time. I think two chances is enough.

Sandy at the front desk was friendly and a huge help. Henry also stayed late on a Saturday so that I was able to pick up my car. The place was clean, everyone was lovely, and my car seems to be all repaired. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality auto body shop.

Just a note from a busy customer. I want to thank Charlie and his staff for making this potentially stressful situation a breeze. The work was done before schedule, perfect craftsmanship and an overall painless process. I have no time for excuses and received none from them. Great job.

Fantastic experience. I went in because the valet of a hotel messed up my car and they were on the list for their Insurance company. The insurance company did not give them all the information and the Hotel was no help at all when they reached out. I feel they went above and beyond trying to help me get it all figured out, helping me with the insurance company and getting me into a rental. My car was fixed. I picked it up. They handled the rental return for me. I got back to my normal life. No one ever hopes they will need a body shop, but if I ever do again I will have NO hesitation coming back here. They are all friendly and made me feel like they were in it with me, rather than making me feel like it was all my problem to figure out. Absolutely loved it!

Very horrible. Staff is incredibly rude. They have had my car for over a month now. They have given us a promise date along with my insurance on when my car will be done. Still till this day I do not have my car. The rental place that they set you up with is a scam as well. They do NOT keep up to date with me or my husband. Very bad service. Not a place to go to unless you are willing to pay a rental company a lot of money while the auto body shop keeps your car for longer than supposed to. Save your money and time!

Horrible experience, and reading a couple of previous -ve reviews .. looks like Im not the only one. My experience: On the +ve side, I think the owner Charlie is nice .. he was the reason, I agreed to take my car to them. However, thats where the good in this shop ends. No complaints with the front-desk receptionists, but I had a terrible experience with the manager (other than Charlie). He literally has a serious anger management problem -- he yelled at me!! Come on .. Im paying them $2k to fix my car, and rather than listening/understanding my genuine concerns, this guy actually yelled at me. My concerns: FIRST, I think they delayed work on my car and I expressed concern since i was paying for rental out of my pocket ... and this for the manager upset ... but he later did semi-apologize for it. SECOND, at the time of pick up, I asked for an itemized bill/receipt. They could not produce anything other than the estimate bill given to the insurance company (which was NOT an accurate itemized bill, since I chose not to get all the work done). Eventually, the best they could was to white-out (really!!) some of the items in the insurance-estimate bill and give that to me as the itemized invoice. I was right to express concern at this .. but that just got the manager yelling at me. I should have taken him to task, but decided to just politely exit after making the payment. MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As one of the other reviewer say, its a shame that Charlie lets it happen .. or maybe he doesnt know about such cases.

This is the only place I trust to repair my vehicles, whether its paintless dent removal or a major repair from being t boned. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating and the entire place is so clean you can eat off of the floor!

Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Theyve been working on my car for the past 7 weeks. Lying about when itll be done, postponing when itll be completed week after week, when it was supposed to be finished October 21st. Need I mind you the car wasnt even totaled. They continue make excuses about its hard to find the right parts, or saying its a complex car to work on (not to mention they put the wrong parts on the car at first), meanwhile they said they know what theyre doing when it comes to this truck, most other shops will mess it up. Hah. We also left it at a family friends body shop to get an estimate the day of the accident, September 3rd. It was brought there only to get an estimate for the insurance adjuster, no work was done. Then they blamed that shop for messing up the car and removing parts. What a sick joke for a professional company. Unprofessional, uneducated as well rude. They hung up on my father 2 times on the phone, asking why he keeps calling. The reason he kept calling was because he would ask if it was done when they promised it would be done this day, week after week. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague!

I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. They dealt with hassle from my insurance provider, custom parts and complications with the order, and still got my vehicle back quickly, repaired, washed, and looking better than ever. Highly recommend.
