Very professional service. Had a cracked windshield and with my work schedule it was hard for me to get to the shop. Instead of going to the shop, they were able to go all the way out to Riverhead and do the repair on spot. Ive had other companies do windshield repairs before and always had little small piece of glass left on the dashboard. Glass Express vacuumed the dashboard leaving zero pieces of glass. I will continue to use Glass Express in the future for any future glass work.

Al at Glass Express told me he could replicate mirror work that I had done in my old house. I went out of my way to show him the actual mirror work, and still assured me he could do the work. He completed the job...and a few weeks later I had major issues with his shabby work. I called and texted him for over a year as he promised me that he would come over to redo what was falling apart. After many calls and texts I just gave up. His work is horrible, he lies and he is very unprofessional. I implore you to stay away from this company as they do NOT stand by their work. He makes promises he can not and will not keep. i dont ever mind something going array, and I understand that at times things fall apart, I merely expect someone to fix the work that they did. This man was given many chances to do so and never did. Stay AWAY!!!!

Al and his crew did a great job on my car. Replaced the glass and the car was returned cleaned. Work was done when promised.

Was quoted a price over the phone to replace a glass on a patio table. After the table was brought to shop, two days later I was called with a much higher price. Beware, make sure you get quote in writing before you take anything to them.
