I recently got highlights, asked for chocolate brown highlights, instead I ended up with caramel/gold highlights, I went back to solan to correct it, final results still wasn’t chocolate brown so I waited two weeks before I did anything to my hair. My first stop was sally beauty, I’m so glad I went there because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The young lady that helped me along with another female employee ( possibly the manager ) were both great. I have finally the chocolate brown highlights I wanted. Thanks guys, keep up the good job, these ladies knew exactly what I needed !!!!

Sallys is always great. The staff is very helpful and their return policy is great! Their product are almost all very good of course that isnt always the stores fault instead the companies.
