Had a great experience with Helene and Marianne during my multiple visits. They allowed my mother and I to come back in several times when I was figuring out what I wanted to choose and accommodated my schedule (since I was traveling in from out of state). When I finally did say yes to the dress with Marianne it was a great experience! They go above and beyond to make it a special day.

Best bridal shop around! The ladies here made me feel so at home. I found the dress I wanted to buy at another location but was so happy with the service at Blu Rayne that I asked for them to see if they could order the dress for me so I could deal with them for my special day. They went above and beyond and confirmed with they can get my dress from the designer! This shop is beautiful and full service form wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and even tuxedo services! I love love love this place and if you have a wedding coming up I encourage you to check them out!

They Made Me Feel Beautiful, Inside and Out!PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! I can’t say enough good things about Blu Rayne! I first visited with my mom in search of my wedding dress in winter, 2018 in preparation for my January 19, 2019 wedding. My mom and I were warmly welcomed and encouraged to work with Carol, who I felt like I knew for years in an instant. She took us in, listened to the style and type I had in mind and brought out about 12 dresses for me to try on in a flash! They were all gorgeous and in line with what I had described. She helped me narrow down my choices with supportive conversation and feedback. She was patient, attentive, funny, and exceedingly helpful – she made me feel beautiful in all the dresses I tried on, but when I finally picked “The One,” Carol grabbed a veil and a bouquet of flowers to help me get a real feel. From there, Carrie, the manager, brought my mom and I a small glass of bubbly and took my photo in front of a cute bridal backdrop in the style of, “Say Yes to the Dress.” They even let me pick out a free wedding gift (I chose a guest book)! When the time came for my fittings, I worked with Tatianna, who was absolutely incredible. She was meticulous and detail oriented – my dress fit me like a glove! The entire experience was amazing and helped make my wedding planning time that much more enjoyable. The shop is beautiful and clean! The dress selections for brides and their mothers are fantastic! They have beautiful wedding dresses. Carrie helped us. She was very sweet and helpful. She helped us get a wedding dress within our budget and it was gorgeous. I would recommend this place and Carrie for your wedding dresses.

Everyone there was warm and welcoming, its pretty inside and Maryanne was absolutely amazing ! She was down to earth, stylish, kept it real, stayed within my budget and made the whole experience sparkle . Very rude and pushy people. The lady I had was very cold and rude to all of the guests and acted like she absolutely hated her job. She was very intimidating and made everyone feel like they could not speak up.

I had the most wonderful experience at Blu Rayne Bridal! I used Blu Rayne for both my daughters Bat Mitzvah as well as for my sister-in- laws wedding and was so happy with everything! From beginning to end, the customer service was amazing. Carrie and all of the the wonderful people that work there were so nice and so helpful and made the experience so much fun, as well! I was so happy with my dress and my daughters dress for my daughters Bat Mitzvah! And i absolutely loved my matron of honor dress and my daughters junior bridesmaid dress for my sister-in-laws wedding! We both looked and felt beautiful in our dresses! The seamstress, Tatiana, was also wonderful! She made our dresses fit exactly as we wanted and added in everything we asked for to make the dresses fit perfectly! She was a pleasure to work with and had our dresses done in such a short time and done perfectly to our liking. Shopping for special occasions is made so much better when you are dealing with truly kind and helpful people, who work so hard to make your experience wonderful and fun! From the start Julietta was so amazing and personable, I found the dress (Mother of the Bride) with ease from their array of stunning gown offerings. I just picked up my dress and the seamstress, (I forgot her name), but she was AMAZING! Im going to call for her name because she deserves a mention, the dress fit like a glove and she was so helpful and talented. Truly what I thought was going to be a long drawn out experience ended up being simple and perfect thanks to the ladies at Blue Rayne Bridal!

Love this place! The owner, Carrie was amazing! She was with me through every step and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding day! I even went back for bridesmaid dresses for my bridal party! My mom even found a gorgeous dress for my wedding. I stopped in yesterday to try on wedding dresses for the very first time. I was intimated for my first go - but it was wonderful. I had an 11AM appointment and was accompanied by my family. Great experience! Cynthia was absolutely lovely!! Lots of beautiful dresses and many styles.

Since I have 3 older sisters I have been in many boutiques and bridal stores over the years. Last July it was my turn to find a wedding dress. I went online and read amazing reviews about Blue Rayne. I decided to make an appointment. My consultant was Carries one of the owners. There are not enough words to describe how great she is. She is warm, outgoing, funny, and accommodating. She will do anything for her brides. A couple of weeks ago she kept the store open past closing so I can be fitted for my dress. She did not have to do that but she did because she CARES! She bends over backwards for her customers. My experience with Blu Rayne has been phenomenal. I’m so glad that I found my gown and my bridesmaids dresses there. My mom even found her dress there. You will not be disappointed.

I had the most wonderful time with Julita at Blu Rayne! This was the first bridal store Id ever shopped in and they were so accomodating, so welcoming, and so understanding about a brides wishes. Julita is my favorite bridal stylist; she brings so much energy and she has an amazing and talented eye for envisioning your dream dress! I highly recommend this bridal boutique and am very pleased to say that I said yes to the dress!

The sales person i had was honestly horrible and i kinda wanted to tell the manager there was pins in the dress i was trying on and i got cut. Some dresses were very pretty but not for me and the sales person made me want to leave asap. Ugh

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to try on some dresses I just knew this was going to be the salon I bought my dress from. Everyone was extremely helpful and offered assistance without hesitation. Carrie, the store owner, is AMAZING! She loves all her brides and becomes part of the planning process, she also helps calm nerves when it comes to getting all your bridesmaid to order their dresses. I bought my dress, my mother’s dress, and 10 bridesmaid dresses from Carrie and not one thing went wrong. The entire process went completely smooth and I now tell everyone to go to Blu Rayne when they are ready for their dresses! Thank you!!

Cant say enough great things about this place - I had a wonderful experience! After SEVERAL unsuccessful trips to different bridal stores searching for my dream dress, I decided to give Blu Rayne Bridal Boutique a try, and I am so happy I did! I was lucky enough to work with the hardworking owner of the boutique, Carrie. She listened to exactly what I had in mind for my dress, and went above and beyond trying to find me something within my budget. She was very knowledgeable about different designers and the stock she had in the store. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great customer service experience!

My experience at Blu Rayne was not the best. I felt quite a bit rushed to be honest. Although it wasn’t very fun shopping for dresses, I did find one. It needed a lot of alterations and tailoring, as I was cutting the train off and taking numerous layers out of the skirt to make it less poofy. The seamstress spent 5 seconds with me and said she can do all of these things for me. When we were ordering and paying for the dress, we were told that we would be contacted to come in 3 months prior to the wedding for alterations. However, we were never contacted to come. We ended up moving the wedding, but if we didn’t move it, we would have had to fend for ourselves for alterations. Kind of felt weird about the whole experience. It didn’t feel special or organized like I imagined. We are going elsewhere for alterations.

I found this jewel after getting the run around from other stores. Davids Bridal discontinued my bridesmaids dresses and all the other dress shops said I would never get a dress in time. Then I found Blu Rayne Bridal. The staff here is amazing and so accommodating! Carrie, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful along with Rose and the rest of the staff in finding the perfect bridesmaids dress. The first time I had gone in just to browse and although they were very busy with their appointments, they still managed to help. They knew their designers very well and anytime I described a certain type of dress, they knew exactly what to pull for me. My bridesmaids had hectic schedules, so I had to take them all on different days and the staff was very happy to schedule the different appointments for me. They answered all my questions immediately and even contacted their tailor to answer questions as well. Although people do come in without appointments, I would suggest making one if you can because weekends seem to be busy. I love this place!

Carrie and her staff were very accommodating and sensitive from start to finish. Being a plus size bride, the wedding dress shopping process can be difficult and intimidating. Blu Rayne offers a variety of styles at incredibly affordable prices to suit your needs. My consultant Helene was so helpful and just a doll. She would not stop until she knew I was happy. She was also great with helping my mother select her dress as well. We had some hiccups with my dress, but Carrie and Helene made sure to go above and beyond to help. I am truly grateful to them and my dress was a hit on my wedding day!

With a humble heart, I would like to thank the owner and staff at Blu Rayne Bridal for the most AMAZING bridal experience! I originally shopped for my wedding dress at this shop and didnt find what I was looking for, but the bridesmaids dresses were perfect, so I committed to a purchase for them there. After scanning most of Long Island for the perfect dress with no success, I received a call from Carrie, the owner, to invite me back to look at a new dress that had just come in that may fit what I had been looking for...and it was THE ONE!!! Not only did I receive what I would consider to be a VIP experience, but my daughters did as well. Carrie went out of her way to make sure that all of my needs and wants were carefully considered and she made every effort to make what couldve been a very stressful process quite relaxing and effortless. I honestly cannot thank the staff enough for their attentiveness to every detail and the seamstress they use is a true artist!I will most definitely be shopping here again as I have two teenage girls that will be needing prom dresses soon.I would like to thank Carrie personally for thinking of me. Rich is very knowledgeable on tuxedos, definitely have a conversation with him! Staff was very friendly and offered refreshments during the visit. My lady had a decent time getting a bridesmaid gown. She looked beautiful.

I was extremely excited to go here and i called checking to see if this store was handicap accessible to get it with no step to enter. I also asked if dressing room could accommodate a power wheelchair and was told of course. Well. There was a step to get in and no handicap dressing room that barely fit awheelchair. I really wanted to give 5 stars on the sole purpose I loved my dress however there were a few things that I didn’t like during my visits to blu rayne. I feel like I was talked into buying a larger dress size then what I had really needed and I needed major alterations. Their alterations lady does not work for the Company and takes My dress to her home rather then having it done on site. Although my dress ended up being altered well I still feel like it was big and no more could be taken n. the seamstress was quite pushy and initially only wanted to give me one fitting and have my dress picked up at the 2nd fitting until the owner got involved and the story changed. They also tried to tell me I owed a higher price for alterations bc their prices went up. I voiced my opinion serval times on how unhappy I was bc i felt my dress was huge and from that day forward they weren’t friendly upon my returns. The store has a large selection and the women were nice initially .

Horrible service every time I’ve gone there. If you’re not a bride they don’t give you the time of day! They are also incredibly slow.

Our experience with Blu Rayne ended as it started... HORRIBLE! I should have known better than to continue to work with them. When going for choosing of bridesmaids dresses, the owner was extremely rude and abrupt. On the other hand, attendants were always accommodating. Nonetheless, Ms. Carrie made by daughter’s shopping for bridal dresses an extremely traumatizing experience. I will refrain from providing details of what occurred the day prior to my daughter’s wedding.. granted the designer shipped late, however, we were left to resolve the issue on our own and with a very bad overall experience. Not one incident but two!!!!As a business owner myself, I go to great lengths to make sure my customers are pleased. And even if there really was nothing that could be done...Some empathy would have gone a long way. My heart will not allow me to discourage you from shopping here, just do not expect a warm and welcoming environment. Pray that you do not end up with any unforseen issues, because you will be on your own as we were one day prior to the wedding. Im not even angry, just sad that the owner didnt care enough to help us find a solution after we spent over a few thousands at her shop.Note: Ms. Carrie, please refrain from providing a lame ass excuse. Comming here for the first time I new right away that this would be the place I say yes to the dress ! Not only did I say yes to the dress so did my bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone that works there make you feel so special and helps make your specials day perfect. When you first walk in for your appointment they have a welcome sign with your name that just make you feel so excited to find your perfect dress. Trying to find my mothers her dress was difficult and Carrie went over and beyond to find the perfect one. I would recommend blu reyne bridal boutique 10 times out of 10

The detailed service you will receive will blow you away. My cousin and I and her entire bridal party recently got all of our dresses from here. When my cousins wedding gown was discontinued, Carrie went above and beyond getting every dress she could into the bridal suite to make sure she had the perfect dress of her dreams. Our fittings were always amazing and the seamstress is phenomenal!!! I am a store manager in retail and I know amazing service when I receive it, and let me tell you that if you go anywhere else you will be doing yourself and your wedding a disservice. I had met the owner at a bridal expo and she seemed fabulous. I booked my appoiment got an Email with a survey to fill out all your questions like budget, skirt style, neckline etc. and I though wow this is great. All the basics covered! Well the day of my appoiment was a different story. I met my bridal attident and all she did was show me what she had in in larger sizes ( me being a plus size woman) and all in lace (which I had said to her and in my survey I didnt want lace) after a few trys of these dresses. I started to give up and get upset. My bridesmaids that came with me and started to look at some dresses And the sales women said to the girls I dont even know her budget. (Clearly she didnt even take a look at all the questions that I filled out or even bother to ask.) the girls graves a few dresses but by that time I felt so defeated at that moment I got dresses and left.I know that day was busy but I didnt feel special. Frankly I felt like a bother. Like I was her last appointment and she just wanted to go home. This place was just not for me. Just proceed with caution!
