I would highly recommend going to the Bohemia location and ask for Scott. Although everyone at that store is extremely helpful. From the time I first walked into this location he took the time to show me all the different lines and what the differences were. It was never about price. He is very knowledgeable about all the flooring they sell. Keep up the good work!I will recommend the store to all my friends.

Contractors recommend this place bc of the selection and quality of product. If you find something you like make sure you pay for it and take it out of their hands or they will sell to the next guy. I put a deposit on an order, came back with a check the following morning, and the tool bag employees seemingly enjoyed telling me they sold it to someone who came in with cash after I left. Not even a phone call.

They had a great selection. My issue is the customer service I received. I went here on Sunday and went to to the counter to ask a few questions about luxury vinyl, engineered tile, and samples. Neither sales associate came out behind the counter to show me their selection. They didn’t even bother to ask where I was looking to put the floor. They just stared at me. Because of this, I will be purchasing flooring for my kitchen and laundry room elsewhere.

I went EVERYWHERE for a vinyl plank floor.. NO ONE gave me the important info I needed except LI paneling! VERY knowledgable guys! thank you for your help! I am truly happy with my choice!

Great selection of all types of flooring, not carpet, moulding trim paneling. Prices are competitive maybe slightly higher than big box, but its worth the help and selection they have.

I went in that past with no issues and today I walk in and no one is willing to help and when they did come over they where nasty. I WILL never go back to a place like that and the should be ashamed on how they treat a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!** I made a complaint on their website and I received a call back withing 2 hours. They could not have been nicer on the phone. I guess you cant judge one bad employee against the whole branch.
