This Staples is easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Commack, Northport, and Dix Hills and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities. Friendly Staff. Long hours. Lines are not that long. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended..

I called in because it was my first time working the self printer system. I just wanted how to work the system, but the lady that answered the phone was obnoxiously rude insisting that I had to be in the store to work any of the printers. (Which I later learned was not true). I continued to asked some more questions and she was reply I dont know. I just said thanks and hung up.

I use this store to get my business cards printed. Don is very helpful, the prices are reasonable and he always willing to help you if you have any questions regarding your printing needs.This store has been here for many years.I certainly recommend it.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I brought the wrong color ink by accident and opened it up about a month later. And they still helped me out of a mistake i made. I dont know whos hiring these people but he needs a good job buddy from corporate. This place always rocks. And the have lysol.

This is the worst staples that I have ever been to. Not only was the sales associate that helped me rude, but they couldnt even do their job correctly. I ordered business cards online to be printed the same day. When I went to pick them up well past the time that I was instructed to come, they informed me they werent ready. I thought it was understandable that they werent ready but the way that the woman spoke to me was quite rude. I returned over an hour later and picked them up. When I looked through the box of 100, more than half of them were cut as if a visually impaired 4 year old attempted to cut them with a jagged, rusty scalpel. They are horrific. Each one is differently cut with the lettering in a different part of the card. Now Ive been on hold for the fourth consecutive time trying to reach someone in the store to tell them how upset I am about this. I highly recommend you bring your business elsewhere. Absolutely horrific customer service and completely sub-par work.

People at register were very helpful, but support staff did not meet my needs. I came in looking to have my phone screen repaired as per advertisements outside the store. I was informed however that they only repair IPhones on site and not Android phones. Id have to wait 2-3 weeks for my phone to come back from the repair. Talk about false advertising and being discriminatory towards Android users.

A well-stocked store, with access to items in all genres, from technology to fine art. However, the store seems understaffed (especially for back-to-school, but the staff they do have is quite helpful), and can be confusing to navigate for the non-regular customer (due to unlabeled side aisles, etc.).

I dont usually go to staples due to the over pricing on products for school supplies. I was helping my girlfriend go shopping for her two kids going back to school. 1. Customer service is really excellent and cant find it anywhere else even if you were go to Walmart. 2. Kate gave my girl friend coupons to lower the bill at check out. After eight attempts to check out, having the manager Gary come over, void the transaction out twice, and re going over each paycheck option either for debit or credit, the payment was not going through. Due to the terminal error or bank error the payment couldnt be completed, transaction had to be voided out. Being upset because of not being able to get my girl friends kids their school supplies, we walked out and were going to come back another day. Kate came out and handed my girl friend the money that was voided out due to the terminal not functioning properly, and should be taken out for service or replaced. Kate when Above And Beyond her job duties and SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO MANAGER. She reminded me of my self, and she was really heart felt in customer service to go above and beyond for her customers, and she is very patient including under stress situations when unintentionally she got backed up due to the Terminal not working with the card scan. Gary should be promoted above manager, he excelles in customer support, model leader for someone to be promoted to manager, most of all patient. Kate And Gary are patient and kind and caring towards their customers and should have a pay raise as well.

My experience this time was great. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Terrible. dropped off some party table signs to be printed, some name cards laminated - out of 4 files, they forgot one. I had to drive back, wait til the next day to pick up. The file they forgot had 5 pictures in it they only printed 4. The laminated page they did for me was so poorly done, their customer service was useless. In the end I made multiple trip for one purpose and still ended up short of my need and didnt have time to drive back yet AGAIN. Also, I emailed them directions specifically stating what I needed so there was no confusion. One was to be printed on a 4x6 paper. No one said anything to me, I get there its on 8x11 and Im told I have to cut it out - they dont carry 4x6 paper. Not to mention it cost a fortune and for nothing worth it. They are not a reliable printing or copying center. GO elsewhere.

They need to add at least one more self-service copy machine. The copy machines always seem to be in use. Long wait to make one copy.

I had an issue with a business card design I ordered online. I ordered the business cards for same day printing. I kept calling all day to see if they were ready and no one answered the phone. Finally someone called me the day after to tell me there was an issue with the border on the design. I asked them if I could just send them the new design via email but the girl on the phone told me I had to reupload the entire design and repurchase and she would refund me right away.I re uploaded and reordered I was never refunded. My coworker went to pick up the business cards and when she asked for the refund they told her no because she wasnt the person who paid. I called the day after and the woman told me she had no idea what I was talking about. Finally she told me Id be refunded within a day. Its been a month and I havent been refunded.I called several times and spoke to the manager who told me Id be refunded. I finally decided to file a claim with my bank to alert them of this issue. Thankfully my bank recognized the double charge and filed a claim against staples of commack.After years of shopping at this location I will never step foot in there again.

I wish they had items on the correct places on the shelves. I brought up to the register a day planner that instead of 35 dollars was 58.

Easy to notice off 25, plenty of parking, large selection, fairly clean store, however sometimes aisles are blocked by pallets and carts of products being shelved.

I was very impressed with the excellent service I received in the store.100% better than the past few times Ive been there.

I am a teacher. I needed labels printed for my students. I emailed them the first day and I got there, my file was all messed up because as it turns out, you are supposed to send them a pdf. How would I know that?!?! Meanwhile, in the past I have gotten emails when there are questions, this time I got nothing until I went to pick up my files in the evening before school started and it is then, that I find out that the font and file was messed up. I send the file again in the morning (on the next day,) as a pdf, and I get no emails back, no phone calls- nothing! I call in the evening and they said theyd call me back to see if they had the labels available, I dont get a call back. An hour later I call back I find out they dont have the labels and the manager left. This staples sucks!!!! I plan on using the one by my job from now on. Not a happy customer at all, and they really screwed up my first day of school! They need to get it together!!! Or someone else to manage the copy center, because in the past, I had NO issues - now that it looks like someone else is in charge its really gone down hill. Now Im off to buy labels and ink for my printer because they cant do their job!
