My disabled husbands prescription plan excludes Walmart and the store is a bit out of our way, so we do not use them for RX drugs but we do use them for insulin since they have the best prices on it.However, every time, I go (on his behalf since he is an amputee) - and always ask to be sold 3-4 vials so I dont have to go back every week and they routinely refuse even when they have it in stock (I can see lots in the fridge).Every time they tell me they need it for other people (not in line or even there yet). I always tell them if they are running such thin margins then they need to order more. Ive asked if I could special order it with them, so I could get what I need and their stock wouldnt run low. They are NOT willing to do ANYTHING at all to accommodate a customer with cold hard green cash in hand.Their answer has always that I need to call next week and see what they have, guess - what - next week its the same old song and dance with them.I feel like they are trying to run a rationed and socialized medicine program on their own terms... instead of selling available product to a present customer with cash in hand, or be willing to routinely order more so people dont have this problem or place occasional special orders for more for me.What is wrong with my money? This is NOT consumerism - they will do NOTHING to help the customer, telling us only to call or come back later and see if I can get more.Im doing this is a favor or someone who cannot do it for himself and they are out of the way to begin with.
I have been using this pharmacy for years and i never had an issue, affordable prescriptions! They always have my son’s and my prescriptions in stock. Friendly staff, they always answer the phone during business hrs!
