Went to Windowrama’s in Commack after a long day of work to look at a door I saw online I’d like to purchase. I immediately was told to basically get out because it just turned 6pm and they were closing. The sales associate was very rude. I was shocked. Oh well guess I will take my business elsewhere.

The people who work at the Commack and Deer Park locations are just plain lazy. I had a window order I wanted quoted out, took 4 days to get the quote and from Commack, and the professional do nothings in the Deer Park Showroom named Dennis wasnt even interested in quoting the order and kept referring me to their website. Customer service stinks, so I placed my order for 28 windows with NEW CASTLE building products in Hicksville who just got my latest order for 24 new windows and 6 skylights. Im a contractor and will never deal with these guys again, and will make sure I let every customer I meet with which is about 3 a day 6 days a week that Windowrama is not a good place to do business with. Pathetic what happened there, they were once good, but those days are clearly over.

Customer service was exceptional, went in looking for a quote on a window. The younger employee was very helpful, I’ll be back in the near future

First new home on my own that needed a lot of work. Cannot say enough, how much John Wood helped me with the purchase of my new windows and front door. Explained everything, so helpful and friendly. Because of him and his excellent service, I will be going to the Commack store for the rest of my home for sure.

I’ve worked with Yvonne for a few years on many occasions. She goes out of her way to help me and being a contractor, timing and service is everything to back my company. She does that plus more. From Selden to where she is now in Commack I would follow her. She is my go to for any door and window needs. She is amazing!! Thank you Yvonne for all you do.....

Updating my review. After speaking with someone at the location I was able to get all of the windows I needed and was given solid advice. One thing purchasing online doesnt give is experience.

I have been buying from Derek for over three years. I highly recommend Derek and the Commack store. Derek is extremely reliable and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is i wish the Levittown store was still open.

I needed a special egress window fast. I was able to pick up the window the next day

Stopped by twice recently looking for a replacement door and slider for renovation we were having done. Great service from the staff. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable.

Everyone was wonderful to me from the staff in the store(John and Derrick) to the two men that came to measure (Anthony and Paul). They all were so nice and helpful.

I went to Windorama in Commack. I worked with Derek, I must say he was great to work with. His knowledge on the skylights was very impressive. Needless to say I will only work with Derek at your Commack location.

Windowrama is willing to match their competitors prices! Great! That is, unless, they decide that its not worth it.I got a quote from home Depot on anderson windows, and brought it to windowrama. They said that they would match it as long as I got it on Depots official stationary. I drove to depot, got the official quote, and then they decided that they wouldnt make a profit on the windows so they revoked their offer.Thanks for wasting my time and fuel.They were rude about it, too.

If its related to windows, they have it or can get it.
