Owner Ryan is very friendly and helpful. Also Joe who often works the counter is attentive and always asking if I need help. Store is clean...and with everything these days, it’s not what you sell, but how you sell it. I’ll travel a few extra minutes to get my bottles to give them my business. Thumbs up.

New Vine Wine always has a great selection. Ryan the owner is knowledgeable and can always help you to pick the perfect wine for drinking and cooking.

Rude and disrespectful. Was angry that the chip on the credit card didnt work. He argued with me that I cant use the magnetic strip, and I had to repeatedly asked him to just try. He tried the magnetic strip (with a disgusted face)... It worked, but then he started to nearly yell at me that now he is liable for my transaction and that he will lose money because of me. Insanely rude. I work next door and I now go miles out of my way to get a drink to avoid this disaster.

Hands down my favorite liquor store in Commack. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about wine. He always helps me pick out the perfect bottle.

Owner doesnt know how to talk to his customers and has a terrible attitude. It also seemed like he was under the influence of something when we were interacting with him. Store also has a poor selection as well. Will not be giving them my business.
