I ordered from Island Outdoors, LLC 6 days ago. They gave me a tracking number minutes after my order completed.Now 6 days later they still have not sent my product. I emailed them today and asked if my item has not shipped yet to please cancel my order. They quickly responded back with . Ok we will cancel thanksThis company gives Made in the USA a bad name. Give your money to a company that has good customer service.

Received my water pan and heat baffles today extremely well made will last a lifetime. Bought it for my Oklahoma Joe longhorn its going to make a great smoker into a perfect smoker. I cant recommend their products enough If you own a smoker or grill that they make parts for you owe it to yourself to check them and their products out.

The folks at Island Outdoors, LLC were fantastic with helping me find a more suitable gasket for my smoker and even sent me the replacement at no charge. Bought a bunch of mods for a new smoker. I had an issue with one of the toggle latches that was sent out. It didnt open up all the way. I called and customer service was awesome they took care of the issue promptly and ensured I had everything I needed. Would highly reccomend for their well designed products and even better customer care. I wont buy mods anywhere else.
