Dr. Peter Loring brings a unique perspective for his patients. There is a high level of trust as he seeks the best solutions. Both Peter & Liz are knowledgeable and helpful.The entire office is welcoming, friendly and provides great customer service. Anthony at the front desk is always super helpful.I have been coming here for over 10 years. Early on I recommended him to other family members, who are also happy with their services. I strongly recommend for anyone who has hearing problems.

He explained the results of my hearing exam, answered my questions & presented options available for a hearing aid best suitable for me.The staff was great - they were patient, friendly & helped a lot with my insurance & follow-up visits.I would highly recommend Dr. Loring to anyone who has any concerns about hearing loss.

I have been a patient here for a few years, always a pleasant experience. The reception staff is courteous and always gets me in for an appointment, even if it’s last minute. Both audiologists are wonderful, very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Highly recommend!

My husband was driving myself & family insane with the loud television & always saying “WHAT”. I spoke with a friend who recommended Peter Loring . The next day I scheduled a convenient appointment with the very courteous & professional staff. He was seen in a very timely matter, felt very at ease & was tested & fitted for hearing aids, which now he wears . Thank You Peter, you saved my marriage & gave me & my family peace once again .

So as you can imagine, an elderly person coming to term with hearing loss isnt always easy. Hearing loss was keeping my father-in-law isolated during the day because he didnt want to be embarrassed or become frustrated. Every time we went to a restaurant we had to assist with ordering because he was having a difficult time hearing the server. A big thank you to Peter, Anthony and Team for their professional efficient and understanding way. They have restored the quality of life my father-in law once had

I’ve been a patient here for nearly two decades, and I’ll never trust any other doctor to always do right by me! Dr. Loring & staff ALWAYS provide the highest quality care, from simple tube changes to emergency appointments(like that time my dog ate my hearing aid). I’ve been through multiple hearing aids and each one gets better and better! Dr. Loring is amazing and I am so fortunate to have an audiologist that has truly cared and helped change my life! Thank you for all you do, and I’ll see you next week for my new ear mold!

They don’t even earn one starWorst customer service. Woman at front desk, outright rude! I didn’t know they moved, woman at front desk said “rudely” how they moved over a year ago! When I explained my problem, her answer was how that’s why they see they’re patients every 3 months. I have never in 3 years gotten a card or anything asking me to come in. But my point being, that was the worst experience I have had at a “professional” office.I explained to the Dr about the experience, he did not even know what to say, just that I didn’t have a problem with my hearing aids at all! !Wow...I would NOT NOT NOT recommend them at all! I guess if I was going to spend $3,000 up to God only knows how much, I would be treated differently! But they will never see a red cent.Very disappointed....😡Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, where they value their patients.

I have been bringing my mother here for years. We have never had a more pleasant and easy experience. The staff is super professional and they always go above and beyond in accommodating my mother.

Got my first hearing test done at this office and I was nervous prior going in for my appointment but as soon as walked in I felt comfortable as the vibe in the office is very welcoming And the test was easy front desk was very accommodating I highly recommend this office.

This place has a very bad customer service. The person in the front desk was nasty and rude. I went there for an appointment, but when I got there they said I was not in the book. I have to come back and make another appointment. The bad part is I came from far away place just to make it to that appointment. I called them ahead of time to let them know Im coming, that same day, and they didnt even check their book to inform me that I didnt have any appointment for that day. I know someone booked me for that day I have it in my calendar. They didnt even admit that its their fault. I also had to wait for almost two months two get my hearing aid. Took too long. I am not sure where the good reviews are coming from. Not good at all!

Rude doctor, poor customer service.I asked them to fax the result to my doctor but they mail it out. After all phone calls back and forth with my doctor, I had to postponed my surgery because of this delay, they dont even apologize and accept their fault. Office is nice and clean but without customer service, that doesnt mean anything.

I couldnt imagine anyone being so dissatisfied as to leave a negative rating review. I can only imagine that anyone who would leave Dr. Loring a negative review would only do so by having unrealistic expectations and standards.MY experiences as a parent of a severely hard of hearing daughter were based on the reputation and referrals which lead me to the doctor before Dr. Loring took over this practice. My daughter was about 8 when we started here. When Dr. Loring took over she was in her teens. His professionalism, knowledge with hearing aids, her needs both educationally and emotionally were all met. His demeanor, empathy and patience helped me and he was fantastic with her. They both immediately bonded and now she goes to him as an adult. She feels her needs are not only met but exceed her wishes to hear better. Dr. Loring and this entire staff are friendly, competent, up to date with technology and I couldnt be more satisfied that my daughters hearing is in his very capable hands. Thank you for being so wonderful Dr. Loring!
