Not bad.. Storage units pretty much sums it up. I just signed the paperwork not sure how the actual loading of the unit will go but cant be horrible I assume. They have carts and stuff to help you move your items.

I walked into the store looking for storage space for when I move out of my house. Taylor was very informative and helpful with finding me the perfect size space around my price range. She helped me picture how to pack everything to make it fit into a smaller space than I thought Id need. Ill definitely be coming back to rent a storage space when I am ready. This public storage is well kept and definitely had more to offer than I expected! 100% recommend taking a look.

Simple and easy process. My husband and I were in a rush to get a storage unit. We reserved one online and we’re given a phone call to come in to review our account. Juan was awesome! He knew his stuff. Any questions and concerns we had he was able to help us. Besides him knowing his stuff, he was extremely kind and fun to work with.

Public Storage is one of the greediest companies Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their rents are as high (or higher) than residential property per square foot. They continually edge their prices up and up, at about twice the rate of inflation. Sadly Im stuck paying their extortion-like rent due to medical issues I have, or Id take my belongings and get the heck out of there. Oh... Im currently paying TWICE what I was paying a few short years ago. What seemed like a good deal turned out to be nothing more than a boondoggle.Ive tried talking to the powers that be (managers and corporate) about how they treat their long-term renters who have shown them loyalty, while giving newbies big breaks on their rent. Public Storage doesnt care. Theyre extremely arrogant bordering on belligerent toward their customers... you know, the ones who pay their paychecks. I guess thats because they have a demand for their spaces they feel they can treat their best customers like c**p.If you rent at Public Storage, make sure you have an out from their property. When I can finally move my property closer to home, then Public Storage, NEVER AGAIN.

My wife and myself have never had to use storage before and went to this location for information . We were greeted by Shak who went over everything with us in detail and patiently answered all our questions . He gave us great suggestions and reassurances about our needs. He was a pleasure to work with and super informative . We rented a unit and by the time we left we were feeling confident and stress free about our decision.

I’m a novice to the storage facility game. The gentleman who helped me (Chris) was extremely polite, courteous, thorough and kind... rare qualities to find in the service industry these days. While i was there, 2 other women were trying to ship a wheelchair. Sue was trying to help them along set up the box, get the chair in the box, etc. Paul helped me on my first visit when I couldn’t use the intercom correctly (I must’ve buzzed him a thousand times) and then brought over the key to unlock the cart I needed. The price was great for the size, although I’m hoping it doesn’t go up exponentially. So far, so good!

Im moving. I just went there to buy boxes. They did not have every single size box that I needed, but I need some specific size boxes for certain things. They were absolutely awesome at fitting every box that I bought into my car even though I thought it wouldnt fit and I thought I would have to come back (the biggest being a box that holds up to a 65 inch TV). Overall the experience was awesome and Im very glad for all of their help fitting everything into my car.

I was in this week and dealt with Kristina in renting a storage locker. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and an incredible asset to the company! The facility is very clean and secure.
