I purchased a car from Anastasia and her husband a over a year ago and they are SCAMMERS!! Transmission went out the month after we purchased the car and they agreed to pay for repairs and attempt to sell the car with no luck. After which to this day have held my car hostage claiming that I owe LOT fees more then the cars value that were never agreed too. They are liars and cheaters and I would stay far far away from them!!!

My wife and I flew in to purchase a vehicle and APB treated us very well. They met us at the airport and let us test drive the truck overnight and take it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. Zero integrity...Recently purchased a 1963 Vespa stated for sale in excellent condition and needs nothing directly from Greg at APB.As my first scooter I ran it by a reputable shop to give a quick service and ensure mechanically sound immediately after purchasing. The shop wouldnt even touch it as it is a Vietnamese salvage rebuild which was never disclosed in addition to having cracks in the structural metal making it completely unsafe to operate. As this was my first vintage Vespa I stupidly trusted an older man who seemed to be honest and runs/owns a body shop advertising a vehicle as excellent condition and needs nothing.I immediately called Greg to let him know and figure out how we could work out returning the scooter which is unsafe and deceitfully advertised. In summary - all I got was a stoic you bought it now its your problem response with nothing but excuses that he didnt know anything...you operate a car repair shop dude!What a joke - would not trust anything Greg says or sells and this speaks volumes to both the business practices of Greg and APB. I did not want an office decoration/conversation piece but now have one.

I don’t recommend this place. Several month ago I my husband wanted to buy truck from this company. This company promised us a truck with good condition and interesting price. We took with us professional mechanic for consultation about truck condition. The truck looks like new, but this car was rebuilt from salvage. It was surprising because the dealer didn’t tell about it by phone. When I asked what happened with this car, he said it was light door and fender damage. But when our mechanic inspected this car he said that this truck had severe damage and it was welded from two or more cars. It was terrible experience. Don’t waste your time. Finally We bought a truck from Carmax with clean title and the same price.

I just had my truck in for a 2nd time at APBThey are polite and answer their phone every time but its hard to get information from them.Theyll promise to call back but usually dont.Thats the truth and an area They Can work to improve. My first experience with APB was about a year ago.They fixed an oil leak that was very persistent. I had the truck In for repair 2 other times, with 2 other shops.They both charged without fixing my leak.APB did successfully repair my leak and charged Me a fair price, so Im back for another round of repairs.Ill update this when theyre done with round2. So far so goodBrian

I should have read these reviews first. This place was dirty and disorganized. After a long wait I was brought a part that was not what I asked for. I was told that I could make it work. At the same time I was reading the sign on the wall about NO REFUNDS. It was very clear that if I took this wrong part and it didnt work I would just be out my cash. I left without any parts and will never return. Just a horrible place to be.

I bought a used car from them and experienced battery issues a week later. I called them up and told them about it and they offered to buy me a new battery. Within a few days I had a new battery in my car at no cost to me. Very genuine!

Really good work, their employees are super nice and if you buy a car from them I guarantee you will get everything you want the car will be in really good condition without problems, this is why I would recommend APB motors

Andrew is the best. We fixed my van so excellent that you wouldnt know its been damaged before. Price is very low, compare to other body shops. So I would recommend this place to everyone.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Very upset I am forced to give these clowns one star in order to give them a review. I am taking them to court for 2500.00 as they have not givin me back my money for my core charge on an engine I purchased. The manufactured engine they sold me had numerous issue with that I had to pay my mechanic to fix. I was repeatedly lied to over and over and over on when this would be arriving. The repair shop I had installing the engine had my truck on a lift torn apart for over a month because this guy named Victor repeatedly lied to me on when it was arriving. The repair shop that installed the engine I got from them had to charge me over and extra $1,000.00 due to the terrible work these guys did on the engine and their unreliability on delivering the engine. What ever you do DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ON ANYTHING!!!! Any 5 star ratings you see on them is total BS. Its either them, there family, friends or employees posting those. It is no coincidence that they have nothing but 5 star ratings and 1 star ratings. This is the first time I have felt the need to go out of my way to write a review on a company but it is important for other consumers to be aware of this terribly ran company. Once I gave them my money I fell off of their earth. They will lie to you, refuse to call you back and wont take your calls. The worst operation I have even tried to work with. SAVE YOURSELF from the frustration and headaches of APB Motors.

Its a scam and dont be fooled by these idiots! I have been looking for a XLT 6.7 powerstroke and they had a Black one listed for $19000.00 with 137,000 miles. I show up to test drive the truck and when I arrive something seemed off with the truck. I go in to get the keys and the gentlemen tells there is a check engine light on but they ran a diagnostic and told me it was a bad sensor however that they COULDNT get the sensor and fix it but I could order it and fix it myself this was flag number one. I asked him the what the story behind the truck was, and he said it was in fender bender but not a big deal. Anyways I proceeded with the test drive I turned the AC on but it blew hot air. When i put it into gear to back up it made a bang and thud along with a grinding feeling in the shifter. The cab had a terrible creak and felt like there was too much flexibility whenever we hit a bump in the road. My next red flag was the doors didnt match the interior they just seemed off it had xlt seats but the doors panels looked like they were from a XL. After 20mins on the highway the truck would shift hard into each gear while speeding up and decelerating. Returning to the shop I decided to look at the engine. Getting out I looked at the trucks badge and noticed it said XL and not XLT. This confirmed why I thought it had a XL interior on the door panel. I decided this was a scam and to leave before someone gets hurt. I went back and looked at the ad and they have two completely different trucks in the pictures. The truck I drove didnt have running boards or chrome nose plate as shown on the advertisement these guys are doing a bait and switch with the truck I would not waste your time!

They scam people and have no respect for peoples time or money.I bought a motor and they agreed if it didnt work in my car, they would refund it. (Viktor)The motor did not work for my vehicle, so when I came to return it, they told me I could only get in-store credit!! ($2,400). I had to talk to the owner, who made me sit around for nearly 2 hours while he welded some stuff up. After fighting the owner over the return, he agreed to refund me $2,000.So, basically, they took $400 dollars from me.I will never do business with them again, I dont care how desperate I am for parts. You shouldnt either!

Buyer Beware! Honestly, if I could give this a lower rating, I absolutely would. My wife and I were looking at purchasing a new car, we reached out and spoke to a few gentlemen, who told us the car was being sold for $14,900, and was all up to date on all maintenance, and oil changes. A few days later, we were told that the price was wrong, and that sales tax was not included in that price, and that it was actually going to be more, even though they signed the contract with our bank accepting the loan for what it was. A few weeks later, we noticed that the car didnt have any acceleration, was extremely sluggish, and had trouble starting up at times. A few weeks go by, and then the car completely seized up, and would not start. The cams and timing chain were all destroyed because the oil in the car hadnt been changed for over a year. At that point, I have to have my wifes car towed to a local mechanic, because it was completely dead. On top of that, I noticed that the tires that they put on the car were the wrong size, and as a result, Im having to purchase brand new tires that fit that specific car. I reached out to APB regarding all of these issues, and they told me that the car was sold as is, and that I had to take care of everything. So not only did they lie to us about the sales tax, but then they lied about the car being inspected -- I posted an earlier review, and spoke with Victor who said that they wouldve been more than happy to help, but because I posted a negative review, they werent going to do anything. I offered to take my review down, and post an honest experience regarding buying the car without sales tax attached with it, wrong tires, as well as the car not starting. Victor told me that hed take a look at the repair order, and see if there was something that they could do. A week goes by, after Im having to constantly call them and they tell me that Im on my own with the car, and that they would not be offering to help me in any way. Ive been without my car now for over 2 weeks, after only buying it 6 weeks ago because they sold me a lemon. All I asked them to do was split the bill with me in half, which is more than fair, especially considering that this was their doing, and they cant even offer that. Do yourself a big favor, and avoid this company -- Im currently in the process of seeking legal representation for Consumer Fraud. Ive seen other reviews posted on here of people with positive experiences, and the only thing that I can tell you is that theyre more than likely employees of APB.

WORST place ever.... stay away from this place.... This place had my Audi for over 3 years and never fixed it, every time I went to check on the work they would say they couldnt find the right transmission for it and I had to buy another used Audi so they could take the transmission out of it and install it it my audi but instead they ended up taking more parts out of it with out my consent. Never fixed my car. They are liars and good for nothing and dont keep their word. Take your car and money to a real shop and stay away from this junk.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.... They deserve a NEGATIVE -100Please please what ever you do, do NOT take your car here, they will rip you off and leave your car worst then it was before, and forget about any so called warranty because they do not respect it... I took my Audi to get the transmission replaced, they kept my car for 2 years and every time I would call they would leave me on hold forever and never return to my call than forcing me to go in person and the guy would leave me waiting for 45 minutes sometimes more to just come out to tell me they have not found a transmission replacement yet and to give them more time. After 3 years they finally found a replacement which they installed. The first day I started driving it I noticed something was wrong with the gears and would get stuck and turn off on 3rd gear so I took it back and after arguing with them for an hour they agreed to take it back and repair it, after 3 months I decided to find a transmission on my own which I did, I baut another Audi similar to mine which still had the transmission, brought it over to them so they could take out and install it in mine. Even after I made it easy for them they still took another 6-7 months and never installed it. I finally just decided to pick both cars up and needed up having to sell them to a junk yard.. This was the worst experience of my life. These ppl shouldnt even be in business.... I hope my experience will save the rest of you from them.

The customer service is second to none, Viktor dealt with me from start to finish and couldnt be any happier with how my vehicle is running. Went in for new brakes and rotors and made it to work by 3pm. Brilliant.

I have no words... This is probably the worst place I have dealt with in the last years. The customer service is horrible. The guy Victor there is just straight rude and treats clients like trash. I came there for some parts and advice. Not only I waited for 45 minutes, but also they seemed to be pissed at me that I am taking their time. Awful.

Had issues with my wrx clutch slipping. Not only did Victor get it in the shop the next day but he also got it done in one day! Great service and it was done right and quickly.

Stopped on our way to Utah from Michigan after getting a reccomendation from another garage as we we have a Volkswagen.They had the part right there and we were able to install it and get back on the road. Vita(probably spelling the name wrong), was knowledgeable about our passat and got us back on the road.

I would never do business with this company ever again. Spent almost $15000.00 on used motors, wired out the money and didnt receive the motors for over 2 months. Then when i sent back the cores i have made 6 phone calls to try to get the core credit back (almost $3000.00) and i still havent received anything. Then to top it all off one of the motors i received now has a rod knock but since its past the 60 day warranty by less than a month they wont do anything about it. Horrible customer service and almost impossible to get ahold of. Do yourself a favor and pick any other company to work with.

Great prices on good quality cars (audi, Subaru, VW, BMW) I to purchased a Salvage BMW from them. It is only wrong if they lie and tell you it is not a salvage while your literally purchasing the car. I was told it was salvaged after i drove the car.. and thats OK, as long as Im aware of it before purchasing the car. I had it taken to my mechanic (APB was OK with this) It passed, no mechanical issues like APB stated. They were even kind enough to show me pictures of how the car used to look like before it was repaired. Im really glad I purchased from them, because it must of saved me between $4,000 - $6,000 on my 06 BMW 325i.THANK YOU APB!

Terrible. just Terrible. Firstly I bought a used car that i had no idea had been in a wreck.Secondly when i needed routine maintenance It was the biggest hassle and head ache of my life. Dirty disgusting building. Long waits and terrible service.they Change my fuel pump and relay which i later discovered wasnt factory parts at all and needed the whole thing re-done.Not to mention the terrible customer service. All russian speaking. Will talk about you and over you in russian to eachother with you in the room. Stay far away. far far away.and to be honest i could go on .. But im done with wasting any more of my time on this company
