Fred was the BEST, and he did MANY great things for LOTS of satisfied customers, friends and family. He WILL be missed but a few of his highly trained mechanics are running the place now. More than ANYTHING, these guys want you to enjoy your boat. They do their best for each customer and, if youve been here before....you KNOW these guy work hard. Prime-time summer months they can get swamped (no pun) but no better place to put-er to sleep for the winter. Im sure theyll do fine too.

I have had my boat serviced here for the last 10 years and was always satisfied. I had a problem with the tilt/trim device so took it in on April 28th, and was quoted a two week wait. Between then and today, July 7th I called and visited 6 times to get a status. Each time I was told we should start on it in the next few days. Today I got lied to again with the same old story that we are buried. I asked why couldnt they be honest and give me a date. Nothing, so I took my boat home. That is a sorry way to treat customers but they dont seem to care.

Be very carful with this place. Brought my boat in and paid them a 100$ to see if engine block was cracked due to not winterize. Was told that the block was cracked and needed to be replaced. Was also told they had a rebuilt engine that I could purchase to replace the cracked block. A large cost so I of course took the boat to another shop and was told the complete opposite. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my boat. The boat shop was at least kind enough to return me my 100$ but I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I never received a honest answer from them. You may want to have a second opinion before doing any major work with this shop.

Couldnt find out what was wrong with my boat charged and paid over 1,500.00 in order to sell it . Broke throttle box and charged to fix it.They disconnected power to the fish finder to get the trim gauge to work .Had my neighbors boat for 4 months without touching it .Way to many excuses and way to much delays .Dont take a high proformance boat here ever .Witerizing and wrapped my boat and even stores it there for the winter as well only to have damage done due to small yard and way to many boats .If you have any doubts spend 20 minutes at the counter and watch pissed people come in and out with false promises and unfixed problem.Eventually the new owner took it to a shop that new what they were doing and had it fixed and on the lake in less than a day at a quarter of the price .You cant just guess you have to put in the work to make sure you take care of the customers.And if you fixed something that wasnt the problem dont charge the customer.Save your money but mostly save your sanity dont let Fred any where near your Boat .

Had a Johnson 60 that hadnt ran since 98, these guys took on the challenge and it runs great. Very satisfied.
