TERRIBLE SERVICE. Id give zero stars if its let me. I dont write many reviews but my experience here was so bad I had to review.I just picked up my scotsman icemaker that they had for repair for over 5 months. They never touched it. When I called to check the status the first time, Dennis, the service manager, angrily told me that this is what happens when you just drop stuff off and that my technicians are out every day fixing these for people who make a living with them everyday.I waited for over a month and no word. I called and got the voicemail for the svc dept. & left a message. No response. I waited a little more than a month again and left another message. Still no response. So, today I picked up the machine. The guy in the parts department was helpful but didnt know why they hadnt touched it. They wont ever get my business and hopefully not yours either.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a commercial refrigeration repair. They were quick to respond to my request, came out the same day, fixed the problem we called about and fixed a repair done by another company, all while providing great customer service. Thank you so much for a job well done. We will definitely be using this company for any of our repairs in our coffee shop from now on.

Wow they called me a liar. product should have ben warrenty replacement 7 months after get a bill. disrespecful there.
