Metro Fence is fantastic. We have needed to replace our fence for years. We had some pretty big windstorms at the beginning of January 2021 which finally caused the fence to blow over. We called Metro Fence and within a week they were able to come out and completely re-build our fence. This fence is beautiful. We have seen fences in the area built by Metro Fence and the thing that stands out the most is there are no gaps in the pickets which gives us optimal privacy especially since our backyard backs up to a park. The gates are well engineered. The crew that came out were efficient and professional. Customer services was extremely helpful. Our whole fence was replaced in two days. Being a dog owner of two large dogs, it was very important to us to get this completed as soon as possible. We are extremely blow away by the quality of our new fence. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND METRO FENCE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HIGH QUALITY AND SECURE FENCE.

I had a wonderful experience with Metro Fence. After getting bids from many companies, Metro was about in the middle, but they had by far the best reviews. My project was unique in that I built a 10ft fence to block out the sounds and light of the alley in my residential neighborhood. (Metro stated that they have never seen anyone get a permit to build a fence that high in a residential neighborhood.) Anyways, they came out and did a fantastic job! They built this beautiful fence in just two days. My wife and I love it!! We are so impressed with the quality and how much reduced sound and light pollution we now have in our back yard. I really enjoyed meeting this owner Chris and being able to discuss the project with him before I started. These guys are true professionals and I highly recommend them. I will post a better picture this spring when we have the garden and all the flowers in full bloom. This picture will give you an idea about the quality of craftsmanship though.

Metro Fence built us a beautiful cedar fence--really just a beautiful piece of work. They also fixed a one-year old gate that another contractor built last year that was already non operational. They did a beautiful job with that as well. They were very responsive and communicated well--I have found that for a lot of companies, the end result really depends on the crew they send out, despite any other promises you receive. This two-man crew was super skilled and was exceptionally communicative--and patient with all my many questions. I would highly recommend this company for homeowners looking for a high quality fence. Everyone I communicated with in the company, including the installation crew, were very committed to high quality and customer satisfaction.

Passive aggressive behavior. very poor communication and bad customer service. Not to mention pjss poor quality. Installed a new fence and you can literally move the 8 foot post with one finger. They kept ignoring calls to fix it and yelling at you and saying how dare you having someone else call That to me is threatening behavior....scary!! move .on run hard and fast. NOT worth it.

Metro Fence built a beautiful fence for us. Stair-stepped to follow the grade of our yard, really solid. Seems like everyone has a staffing or supply chain challenge right now, but even though there were a few minor hiccups when it came to the final item, our gate latch, they stayed in communication and got it done. They also were able to help with a couple fence issues in the front yard, too, correcting errors made by previous installers. Would definitely hire again.

Juan and his partner were amazing professional and friendly and work ethic like i have not seen in a long time these guys get it done . My fence is strong and smell amazing and looks well you can see in the pictures the free gate works great . Sam their saleswoman guide through the process and could not have gone smoother . We needed a fence as soon as possible because our dog was jumping our existing fence and Metro Fence was a life saver! They were professional and quick. Not to mention fence turned out beautiful! Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly by someone on their team. Highly recommend!

I called to schedule a quote based on an ad they ran. After not getting the supposed call to then schedule the guy to come provide an estimate, I called them back. They assured me they were backed up and would be calling to schedule. Eventually they called, they scheduled and came out to do the estimate. That was 3 weeks ago and we have yet to receive the quote for the job (fence repair/replacement). My husband and I have called 2-3 times to check to make sure they are sending the quote and to confirm they have our correct details. I am not sure the disconnect here, but this is poor service and at the very least poor communication on their part. I do not recommend. This process began in April.

Chris and his team of professionals are fantastic. You can trust this company, they are very friendly and incredibly talented at their jobs. The prices are fair, I would absolutely go nowhere else, stop researching and use Metro Fence.

The two installers Juan and Help were very nice and installed an incredible fence. I think I got lucky from a scheduling stand point because from agreed contract to install, it took less than a week, plus the actual install only took two half days. We had a well drawn out plan and made sure before they installed we were on the same page with every detail!I would 100% recommend Metro Fence and I would also ask to have Juan and Help install. Metro Fence did a great job. Liz, in their sales department, was super friendly. She came to our house, measured for the space we needed, and gave an estimate on the spot. Then followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the end product, as soon as the job was done. The installers were extremely friendly and hard working and quick! We are very happy and definitely recommend Metro Fence.

Jeff responded quickly to give the estimate, the office schedulers were slow and didnt provide good communication re: time frame of inspector visits which resulted in 5 days home on vacation waiting waiting waiting. Bravo to Juan and Dillon for professional construction. Very happy with the new fence.

After sifting through multiple quotes (some less expensive), we ultimately decided to go with Metro Fence because of the quality of work and materials offered. Ours was a difficult replacement job and they did not disappoint. Professional, on time (the job was done on time as well) and kept us updated along the way. Any obstacles were met with quick solutions, without questions. Although slightly more expensive, Metro Fence was worth the difference!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Had an appointment for an estimate for a new fence all around my property. About an hour or so before the appointment the salesperson said they had a flat tire and couldnt make it. Re-set the appointment for the following week. On the scheduled day and time, no call no show. I contacted them and was told they made a mistake and someone from the office should have told me the appointment was a no go. Basically spent two days at home, not working/losing money waiting for these people to show up. If they are so unreliable and unprofessional with their appointments, do you really want them doing your fence?

We used Metro Fencing for our 2 gate build/install and split rail fence mesh install this Summer. It was a little difficult getting the company to set a date for install but once that was set everything was smooth sailing. The installation took 2 days (cement had to cure). Our gates look really nice and blend in perfectly with our neighbors fence. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new fence or fencing mesh.

Metro Fence built a fence for me. Not only did they argue and pick a fight with me, the manager Chris Cox lied about many things along the way. Then he unjustly fired an employee because of his explosive anger issues. This person was great and had done nothing wrong.There was no explanation, he did not have the guts to do it in person. He had someone else call and do it over the phone. Be very careful of Chris and this company they are devious and crooked. Do not use this company!!! They treat customers and employees badly!!

We contacted Metro Fence Company since it was the only company authorized to install fences in our neighborhood. We spoke with Chris Cox and sent him an email containing a drawing of what the fence should look like so that he could provide an estimate. We waited one week and contacted them again. We were told that Mr. Cox was not in the office but would get back to us. We waited another week and called them again. Same story. Mr. Cox was not in the office and would get back to us asap. Again, no response. We decided to send him another email. No response. We notified our HOA and let them know about the lack of cooperation so we were authorized to look for another company willing to do the work. We understand the current situation and the damage that the virus has caused. However, it doesnt cost anything to call or email a potential customer who has been extremely patient and is going to help your company to grow. Congratulations on losing the business of a potential customer and an entire neighborhood.

We love our new fence! Metro Fence was great from the first phone call. We worked with Jeff and he answered all of my many questions, quite a few emails from me with more questions...........and then more questions. He always responded and thats what sold me on Metro. And really, the fence is gorgeous and was done efficiently with very little disruption to us. I also appreciated the follow up phone call from Chris to make sure we were happy with the job. He was also very attentive and kept in great communication. Call these guys!

Finally had the back portion of my fence replaced by Metro Fence in November, after multiple reschedules. It was not cheap. I realized two weeks ago they failed to complete the job, with one section unsecured (no nails, no screws). When I contacted them about it, I was asked for pictures. Those were provided, at more inconvenience to me. It has been two weeks and they still have not returned to complete the project. Very dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and poor work quality.

These guys are fantastic they did an excellent job they were fast and they cleaned up after themselves and when it was done I checked the fence and it feels very sturdy and looks beautiful. Metro Fence replaced a 92 thirty plus year old privacy fence for us. They did a good job. Elizabeth in their sales group followed the job all the way to completion. I would recommend them.

These people are completely incompetent. My fence was installed in the wrong place, despite very simple instructions and even a diagram... and then they called me repeatedly trying to give me less and less of a discount (I ended up getting a whole 3% off my original quote, even though the fence was ~6 feet away from where it was supposed to be).It was ridiculously overcomplicated... It felt like they were harassing me with pointless phone calls.

They did a great job of making it easy for me. This is my moms house. In have friends taking care of the place. Metro Fence was very professional and made my experience very easy with my busy schedule. I shopped around and felt like this was the best deal for the quality I got. And it is good quality. I had a fence installed 2 weeks ago and I am very happy with the result. The communication from everyone at Metro was very good and the install crew were great. They had a very consistent pace and communicated with me on every detail to make sure it was the way I wanted it.

I really wanted them to do my driveway fence, unfortunately after measuring and showing me the cost --- TOLD THERE IS A $1,500 minimum order; of course, my work didnt hit that mark. They did make and offer, but lets just say I am disappointed.WISH I had known they had a minimum then I would not have wasted my and their time...

My neighbor and I are working together on a fence project. We called metro fence to have 2 bids done. The first time we called back in April, they came out but never sent us a bid. Due too a problem with another contractor we called for metro to do an estimate a 2nd time, in July again they came out this time the estimater asked me if I was wasting his time, and again they didnt submit their bid to us. I guess if they assume you dont have alot of money they wont follow up with you. At least that is how that made me feel. I cant speak to their actual work because they never even gave me a chance.

Metro Fence began a rather uncomplicated fence project at my home on May 20th. It was only partially finished and I contacted Ben to let him know the installers had not followed our plan and had put an opening for a gate in the wrong place. A couple of weeks later they came out again and simply filled in the open gate space. So there were 4 panels of 4 different sizes along my sidewalk. It looked bad. So they came out a 3rd time to even it up and one fence panel was the wrong length. So they came out a 4th time to fix that, on July 3rd. It took 45 days and 4 attempts to make the fence properly. When we asked for a discount on the long, sloppy job they refused because they had to send crew out so many times. We had to cancel landscaping plans while we waited for them get around to finishing our fence.

My name is Darrell Oliver I am writing this experience of a incident that happen on 08 06 14 Wednesday around 720 am I was staffed to this location from a staff service called Blueprint Skilled Services as a temporary skilled employee The hours were gonna be 7AM TILL 5PM it was gonna be a long term job ticket and I was excited and eager to work for Metro Fence Company located at 8335 Quebec St Commerce City I was given my assignment so I located the truck I was dispatched too my driver introduce me to a coworker named FRANK CONCHOS at that time he made a racist remark saying this MFER white boy is going with us he was tieing down a strap I offered to help he jumps off the truck with a steel rebar object used to help tie down strap in got in my face and cused me with the most GOD awful language I felt severly threated and then left truck to get management who ended up cussing me as well his name was Matt All i wanted to do was help and anyway and i was asked to leave I was discrimated against due to race and was deniend equal oppurtutity employment because i wasnt a Mexicain the man assultyed me Blueprint assured they handle it and have not received no response I am 47 christian and never have i ever be so assulted embarrassed or hummulated Many other Metro fence employees offered me to work with them who witnessed iccident I would hate to think what could happen on a white homeowner customer job site who used their services My name is Darrell Oliver and i was discrimated against by what I believe to be a undocmented immigrant due to conversation that was talked about amongest oter employees I speak the truth and not only did i lose my job position i have not be notified by Blueprint Skilled Services I did not provoke or make the iccident worse by stooping to such unprofessionalism I PLAN TO FOLLOW UP services

Last year I contracted to do half of my fence project.They sent a 3 man crew with only one of them speaking a very minimal amount of English.Thats fine other then they demolished my sprinkler system to the tune of a $700 repairThey left a mess, never informed me of cutting my sprinkler in about 5 places, left huge amount of dirt and concrete and the 90 degree turn doesnt match in height nor did they line up the cross supports so they would match.To be fair they did compensate me for the $700 sprinkler repair but did not want to address the fence not matching.The job looks like high school kids did the installation.I need my head examined because I called them out this year to finish the other half .Its no surprise that their sales manager Ben promises one thing and delivers another.Good luck having him return any of your calls either before the contract or after.Be warned...... bad service and horrible installation.
