Kelly, Junior and Ricardo did a great job installing the new furnace. Theyre very professional and personable. The install went smoothly and was completed in a very timely manner. Justin, who sold me the furnace, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Ill be using UHC when the a/c needs replaced. The price is fair and the Carrier furnace is nice.

We were looking into adding a second zone in our attic and were deciding between a standard split system and a mini split. We decided to use Ultimate heating and cooling to install the standard system, signed the contract and were good to go. Justin, Tyson and a couple others whom I did not get the names of all came on time started to put down plastic and get ready to work. They were here a good hour when one of the owners explained to me where the new unit would need to be placed and there was a chance the vibrations could get rather loud while in use. Being the light sleepers we are this unfortunately was not something we could live with. Ultimately we had to make a quick decision and decided to go another route. Even though they did not do the install I cannot say enough about the professionalism and honesty of these guys. I will definitely be using them again in the future if we have issues with our current system.

Kelly and his crew from Ultimate Heating and Cooling came out yesterday to install a new furnace and AC in my home. They arrived on time, took great care of my property and did a very nice job with the install. Kelly even spent a couple extra minutes helping me set up my thermostat. I noticed some water coming from our AC/Furnace unit in the basement. Called Ultimate Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out the next day. Originally Kyle came out to diagnose and run some maintenance. He was prompt, friendly, and even tolerated all of my questions while he was working. Turns out the issue we had was much worse than I had realized. It was going to be pretty expensive to repair. I agreed to the repairs though as they were necessary. Kyle called me the next day to say they could work with me on pricing to just replace the unit rather than do the repairs. Then within a week we had the install scheduled. Kelly and Ricardo did the install of the unit. They were fantastic as well. They worked efficiently and were very nice too. They were patient with our dogs too. I wouldnt hesitate to use Ultimate again. I think you could probably get cheaper pricing through another avenue... but the level of service, responsiveness and overall experience was worth it for us.

I was having trouble with my air conditioner. We were experiencing 90+ degree temperatures outside. Kyle came out and assessed the problem, explained it to me and my boyfriend. The following day Kyle and Tyson came out and repaired some items on my air conditioner and also serviced my furnace. They were polite, professional, and never lost their sense of humor even though it was very hot in my home and outside where the work must be performed. We feel lucky that they were assigned to us. I trust them and know they know what they are doing. It was a good experience.

Walking up this morning to an air conditioned house was amazing.

Tyson was great! Very courteous and professional. Within minutes he isolated the problem to a blown transducer. After getting the part, he installed it and we were back in business. He even stayed late to complete the routine maintenance checks so we didnt have to have a second visit.

This room exceeded 85 degrees F on many summer nights, and we had tried other AC solutions in the past. Justin proposed the floor standing unit for the project, which had not been considered by any other company and ended up being the best solution for the challenges of our 100 year old house. Kelly led the install, which had its surprises with an older home, but the results were great on the inside and outside of the house. I give this company full marks! I bought a house with an 18-year-old furnace and AC, and the water heater was almost that old, too. I knew the systems were going to fail, so I started collecting bids. Sure enough, my furnaces blower motor totally died in the middle of a cold snap. Kyle came out to finalize the bid and he was totally patient in answering all my detailed questions. I signed the bid that night, and Ultimate was out the very next morning. They swapped out my furnace, AC, and water heater in one day. They were super responsive and the work was totally professional. I went with a heat pump instead of a traditional AC, and at times it has been running my heat on the heat pump instead of the furnace down below 30 degrees. This is really impressive! I went with the new Carrier heat pump because it had a larger heating capacity than competing equipment at a better price point. Very happy with that choice so far. Heat pumps in Colorado can work! I asked for an HVAC inspection on a new home I just bought. The technician arrived promptly and was professional initially, he even alerted me to a an exterior water leak that needed attention unrelated to his visit, which I appreciated.The issue arose when the technician completed the inspection. The technicians tone suddenly changed to extremely dire and he warned me that my system would fail imminently if not repaired, pointing out that the furnace blower was impacted with debris and there was substantial damaged insulation, but that repairs would be very expensive. I quote Im going to write you a repair quote that is gonna make you ask how much a new system is.I allowed him to write the quote, which was not itemized, and was greater than $4,000. He then immediately wanted to show me many quotes for a new Furnace and AC, the cheapest of which, understandably, was over $10,000.I did not agree to any additional services or to purchase a new unit and said I would consider these quotes.I opened the furnace myself and removed the blower to inspect myself. The blower was dirty, but I cleaned it. the evaporator coil, which the technician did not inspect, but warned me that it was probably impacted with debris, appeared reasonably clean.There is no doubt that my system needs some work and that due to its age, it may not last much longer, but I feel that the extremely large repair quote, which was made with only a partial inspection, was an upsell tactic to attempt to get me to purchase a new system.I would not do business with this company again, because this practice seems shady, and designed to take advantage of naiive homeowners with low information about how their systems work.I give them 3 stars for showing up on time communicating effectively, and providing a reasonable level of service for the inspection fee I paid.

Our AC was on the verge of breaking down and after meeting with several companies, we decided to go with UHC for a replacement. The first place we called out barely stayed 15 minutes, but Kyle took the time to walk me through what we could fix on our AC or how much it would cost for a new AC. The following week our AC went out and the UHC team scheduled us for the first available install. Kyle, Kelly, Josh and Zar did a great job on install day by keeping me informed and cleaning up the mess before they headed out. A few days later another tech came by to check on the system. Do not use this company you will waste your time and money. Paid for them to come out and maintenance my unit. They only did half of the job. Never looked at my inside unit. When I had them come back out to finish the job they wanted to charge me more money to maintenance the inside unit. The first day they came out they should’ve recommended that as well but did not. So now the second day he has found more items to charge me for. The pictures are after he said he cleaned my AC. And charged me $160 to do so. The only thing that I can see he did for $160 is use my hose to spray down the outside unit. And change my filter.

George was fantastic. Id pretty much self diagnosed the problem like a novice know it all home owner. George told me what the problem was, patience, and did a thorough inspection of my furnace to ensure it was the extremely dirty filter, that I had replaced and not waited for the system to clear, that was causing the short cycling.Will definitely use them and their forthcoming maintenance plans. The other outfit I called 3 days early strung me along with the Well find an opening in our schedule for you 4 times before I gave up on them. Ultimate beats Altitude hands down. ;-)

Kyle has been extremely helpful and I trust him. He is usually the person that comes to my house which gives me some peace of mind. I appreciate his knowledge, honesty, communication, and attention to details. The scheduling staff are kind and helpful as well. We had our basement duct finishes done by Ultimate several years ago, as well as our HVAC system replaced a few years, and now we are having a tank water heater replaced with a tankless. It’s nice to have the knowledge that all the work is done with one company and I don’t have to keep track of which job was done by whom. Needless to say, I was happy to see they now offer tankless water heaters.

Ross Moser did their seasonal maintenance and inspection of my HVAC system last week and identified some significant issues that I had some previous awareness of. We discussed what it would take to repair the system and determined the best course of action would be to replace my older system, which had not been properly installed or maintained by the previous owners of my home, which I purchased one year ago.We agreed to replace my old system with a new Carrier system, which for my house includes two furnaces and corresponding outdoor A/C units. We scheduled the install for yesterday, October 19th for the full day because the upstairs unit was in the attic, which was difficult to access and work in.The UH&C team of Kelly, Josh, Sam and Jorge arrived yesterday morning around 8:45 am and did an absolutely superb job of removing my old furnaces and components and installing two new Carrier furnaces and air conditioning components and new ecobee thermostats for each furnace. They were here most of the day, as expected and took good care of my house by prepping the area with protective cloths and runners on the carpets, and wore booties over their shoes and face coverings. They are talented HVAC professionals that really know their stuff and answered my questions along the way as I popped in and checked on progress. They set up my new thermostats, which are very cool with Amazon Alexa connectivity built into them and they cleaned up and vacuumed the areas of their work and left me a very happy customer.I look forward to working with them to maintain and service my new Carrier system going forward!

My water heater broke over the weekend and uhc was responsive and came out on Sunday to give me a quote. Adan was very kind, professional, communicated with me and helped me feel confident uhc could get the job done. The next day they were here by 10am installing our new tankless water heater. Again, they were extremely professional, clean, and communicated with us throughout the process. Kyle G. and Justin S. really were fantastic not to mention uhc provided the most competitive price for this expensive project. I will be using them for any future plumbing/Hvac issues in the future!

My blower fan was starting to fail causing my system to freeze up so I was referred to Ultimate through Hummel Construction. Kelly and his team did a great job installing a new furnace and AC system in our condo. The company was responsive to replace a system that was compromised and could have been a health problem, so we were grateful for their competitive price, prompt response and professional work!

We have been having issues with our furnace for months. Sometimes, it would kick on, but only the fan would run: no heat would come out of our vents. Other times, our furnace would run perfectly. We had three other people check out our furnace before Ross with UHC. Nobody could figure out what was wrong. When Ross came, he thoroughly inspected our furnace, and when he couldnt find anything wrong, he went the extra step and suggested that something may be wrong with our gas line. So, we called Xcel, and sure enough, our gas line was causing the issue! He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were on track to get everything fixed. I HIGHLY recommend UHC to anyone having issues with their furnace!

Their staff was also very friendly dealing with me on the phone and via email during scheduling. Very responsive and friendly. They send you a text for a reminder of the appointment. They also send you a text the day of and let you know who is coming with a photo (great security feature), with a map so you can see where they are at and the technicians reviews. I really love that feature! Technician was nice, friendly, patient with my husbands questions and off we went. We have them scheduled for our furnace service already in the fall. I recommend trying them out if youre looking for service.

They came down and inspected everything that I needed and explained everything to me giving me the options of what I wanted. To begin with they sent me a picture of Christian, the person coming to do the install, which I thought was great and made me feel comfortable. I was very very pleased with their work and the new cooler works great. They took pictures and wrote instructions so that if it ever breaks down the next person will know exactly what was done. They were going to do the paperwork for Excel so that I can get the rebate. You want a good professional company that will do good for you? Go with Ultimate Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them.

I can be a bit of a stickler for perfection - I had tons of questions and really analyzed their work. I even asked them to come back and fix some things after the inspector came to approve their work. George and his team always showed up on time, walked me through everything they did and ensured that I was happy with their work. I appreciate their time and labor, especially in these hot days.

I highly recommend Ultimate to anyone needing HVAC related work. We just moved back to Colorado and bought a place that had no A/C. The team at Ultimate was more than accommodating in getting an initial visit, various quotes and install day after we closed. Both techs, George for the initial visit and Christian on the install were great. We move in next week and will be be comfortable in this heat!

The technician did a great job and I am looking forward doing business with this company.

They tried to repair our system at least ten times after the install and were never 100% successful. The technicians are arrogant, and appear not to be competent and have a very bad habit of blaming the customer for having any kind of expectation, such as the heating system working properly. The office staff was exceptional and the owner seemed to actually care, unfortunately he has made some bad choices for staff.

Unexpected level of customer service! Repairman (Kyle) was on time, professional, patient, and efficient. My system is a bit unusual, and he handled the challenges professionally. Was not even annoyed by my 30 questions I had for him. Scheduling, repair, and payment was a breeze (no pun intended).

Service tech - Ross Moser - was completely unprofessional, rude and discourteous. When we asked a simple question about a problem he discovered, he instantly got defensive. We tried to address why we were being billed for something and he stormed out of our house, didnt offer the courtesy of saying goodbye or discussing any other aspects of the service charge. Really? Are you 13?The company sent out their service director, Kyle Messner, who was great. Remedied the problem, installed a needed part and was open, friendly and explained all of his work.Original rating was 2 start due to the issues with Ross Moser, but bumped up to 3, due to Kyles handling of the situation. Just had my first service with ultimate heating and cooling and was very pleased and impressed. The representative who scheduled the appointment was knowledgeable and helpful. The service technician showed up on time and provided detailed explanations of the heating system. I appreciated that he wore shoe guards well in my house to keep things clean on a winter day.
