Please dont let the size of the store fool you... they have a decent selection (on most things) and utilize the space well. Always have great prices too just dont forget to sign up for text messages to be notified of the great weekly deals. Wish they would get a little more selection on wax and shatter but what they have in stock is never bad! Over all love this place!

Over priced, none of the budtenders were helpful and we were left fumbling through the ID process without the budtender using words. Just grunts. Their selection is ridiculously small and they seemed put off by us asking questions. They made us feel awkward for even being in their store.

The staff here is rude af. There is no where posted that digital ids are not accepted. As a customer with a badge, I did my due diligence and read the entire synopsis that they had posted. The lady working at 3pm on 11.3 should probably be kinder to folks that know there information.

This place is absolute garbage, ordered online and when I got to the place the door man refuse to let me in because my vertical ID didnt specify under 21 until he even confirmed Im 21 by saying now I know your 21 but Im not gonna ket you in because it doesnt have the little red letters on it well buddy that would be because only a handful of states do that. Do yourselves a favor a shop somewhere respectable like the Green Solution.

Red roots is my absolute favorite dispensary to go to. They have excellent customer service and amazing products. I would definitely recommend!

Luis and Monique are great bud tenders been going there every Sunday for the last few weeks got some pretty good deals.

They advertise low prices for wax but if you dont have the right coupon they wont honor the price. Green Sative dispensery is way more consistent with their deals. Definitely not coming back because if you advertise cheap prices and entrap people to pay higher prices expect people to not come back.

Budtender lady was rude no explanation on the difference of the flower price listed on their website. Became even worse when questioned. The flower was good but attitude was bad it was my first time their,,I wont be back.

The concentrate choices are some what limited but they are usually decent product for the relatively low cost. The flower is hit and miss.. Some strains have seeds and the flavor is awful but then other are amazing! Id recommend staying away from anything below their 30s club for this reason. Over all decent but not the best

A phenomenal dispensary with an excellent selection of strains, a staff thats as friendly as they are professional, and great prices that make the trip well worth the drive.Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries in the state and with the amazing stuff they bring in daily Ill be coming here for a while.

This is there top shelf 8th for 40$ of flower. I do not recommend ever coming here to buy anything. They are a rip off and extremely rude. The manger said that this happens sometimes when you buy weed.

I WISH, wish I could remember his name, (if your that budtender, keep up the awesome work, because the people you’ve hired after you is a big NO) Went to Aroma this week, Monday I believe and just the service, product, (Your standard awesome deals) all gone 😭 I’m so sad this is the way it is, I’ll be back for our wonderful ladies retreat later this year, please do some changes, work to be the best you can ( as I know, aroma is the best) I hope this is a eye opener!

I been a costumer since day one at Aroma. It’s infuriating to see some of these reviews. For one the people leaving these reviews are buying cheap products or affordable in other words. In my opinion which every store should have a affordable selection. They do a great job marketing providing sale coupons in the westword magazine. However if you want or need help selecting the best just ask the budtenders. That’s one thing about Aroma their workers alway point you to the latest and best products that they are using. Straight forward and always knowledgeable. Basically you pay for what you get. With that being said as a marijuana connoisseur they also carry some of the highest selection in bud(30club) and other products. Respect goes along way too, costumers always think we are right. I work in costumer service and seen it all. People need to step up their game and go back to 1900 and get some morals and respect back in your life. The Budtenders are always more than happy to serve you just make sure you leave your bad attitude at home. It ain’t their fault your fighting with your girlfriend 😂 I will always be a loyal costumer and a good one too. They are family at this point. Bam 💥 you only Boozled yourself like duh 🙄 the weed is in plain sight you chose what you got a 89 dollar oz. That’s another awesome thing about this place. The weed is weighted in front oft you, and you can see what you are getting. Before COVID-19 you could smell everything. But come on you can see what your getting again your choice. I am new to smoking in attempts to help with chronic nausea and pain. I was not at all sure what to look for and was very much the uneducated customer staring at the containers lost. My bud tender asked me what I was looking for and gave me a hybrid strain from their 30s club and a cartridge to use when unable to roll. He was cute too. After smoking my very ugly joint I slept peacefully for the first time I weeks and did not wake up sick. Thanks Aroma.

I signed up for their text program when I went in a while back for my first time. They were nice and the wait wasn’t long. I picked up an oz from them maybe 2-3 times when they had the $45 oz deal. But my most recent visit will be my last. They prepackage their weed and I was given a container one day that the guy claimed to be an oz. When he showed it to me it looked obviously lower than an oz. I mentioned this and the guy said it was an oz and the buds were just heavy for this strain. I took him for his word and went on home to smoke. However, I couldn’t shake the thought that it looked really low so I weighed it and sure enough it was short a little more than 1/8. I was shocked but I felt validated cause I knew it didn’t look right. I don’t know if they do this on purpose for profit or if there was a mistake with my specific container but either way it doesn’t sit well with me regardless of their deals. Not to mention, when you get their texts on Fridays they ask you to leave a 5 star review before coming in to get whatever deal they have that day. I first thought it was a good idea to encourage people to leave (positive) reviews but now I see these 5 star reviews as somewhat of a bribe. So if you’re reading this but you’ve also read 100 positive reviews, just remember they were likely given a good deal on weed for that review. Play it safe and pay a little extra for a full oz and better weed. Would’ve gave them one star but like I said, there wasn’t a wait and the people were friendly.

Advertised inexpensive $70 OZ, only had $200 ozs when I got there. Lady made me find ad in westword before she would tell me she didnt have any, rolled her eyes at me when I asked how much the other flower was.
