During Covid-19 they were fast & super friendly! They used correct protocols with socially distancing & had gloves and masks. There are only 5 allowed inside at a time. I definitely recommend this location 100%.

The young man that works there is awesome.. and the salty older lady is something else. She got salty because I asked if the young man can make my sundae! Because shell make my sundaes different sizes! I leave the store and look up and shes going off on the man.. she shouldnt be any kind of manager.

Went in tonight, Best service ever recd from a dairy queen. One that seemed in charge was awesome. Wish I would have gotten her name. We came all the way from reunion. She created a hot fudge banana sundae special for me. Great job. Very neat and clean staff. Very attentive.

So I went here on 5/27/18 around 750pm with my girlfriend and it was pretty busy. It wasnt taking too long and the workers were all very nice and trying their very hardest to provide service but everyone was being difficult. Some Mexican punk ordered like 5 things didnt even say thanks, then some old decrepit bag of a lady ordered like 6 things and started getting an attitude with the poor cashier woman before finally the three white crackheads behind us loudly barked at the workers who were all very busy if they could pick up the pace. I swear the quality of the people in the area is absolutely abysmal. Poor dairy queen just wants to give bomb blizzards to the ungrateful ingrates of commerce city.My blizzard melted a bit while I wrote this but 5 out of 5 like always.

This business was extremely clean and well-marked for social-distancing. The employees, mostly younger people, were extremely friendly and ALL wearing clean face-masks in the correct fashion. Thank you!!

Best DQ treat store in the state, fast, clean, friendly, and EXACTLY what im supposed to get.. every time! Too often i hate that locations varies on service and product from day to day, here its always exactly what it should be.

Ordered dipped cones and sadly the actual cone tasted stale. 😒

They have a sign allowing not more then 5 ppl to go in but yet they have 4 ppl working behind the counter, a manager walking around not doing anything, and a line of ppl. While the workers are telling everyone someone will be with you shortly when there’s 5Ppl working and at least 3 Of them aren’t doing a damn thing. Then get asked to leave because there’s 6 ppl inside now but yet they can’t even do their jobs? Worst customer service definitely wont be coming back here again.

I bought a $30 Bronco ice cream cake and ask them to write Happy Birthday on it only for her to write Happy Birfhday.Lady didnt offer to fix it or anything. She wrote all over the the Bronco design in some three year old hand writing.If anyone knows how to add a picture on this review please let me know.Horrible!

It bit run down and not one of the Remodeled stores with all the hot eats..but good for a soft serve ice cream.

First visit to a Dairy Queen in 40plus years,still Awesome as ever.

Of course, desserts are always great here. The only things I have to say that effect the ratings of this location is that it is very rundown. With that said, the building seems very outdated and old. The walls, dining room, and the small bathroom is very dirty. I come here very often, so it never has changed before it seems. The food is okay, not great. There also seems to be a lot of cross contamination happening as well. The cashier will handle money, and then prepare an ice cream cone the next second without washing their hands, for example. Not to mention, the workers attitudes are very displeasing because I have never been properly greeted or no one ever seems to be happy.

Of course its Dairy Queen so everythings pretty good however theres a difference between there being a laid-back work environment and being unprofessional. There are some people to do an excellent job and there are some people that just dont even take their job seriously but what do you expect? Decent atmosphere.

Dairy Queen always serves delicious ice cream. This was my first time to go to this one and I was pleased.

•Friendly staff•Manager willing to make special orders like Banana Split Shakes. Staff members didnt know how to make one so they said it was unavailable. •This small branch has a very very limited Menu. •This branch opens much later than most @ 10 am (instead of Regular time of 8 or 8:30 am so theres No Breakfast Menu). No Seasonal Specials to get more Customers.

Went here a couple weeks ago, ordered the biggest Oreo blizzard they offered. Got home, dug into it and there wasnt anything but 2 little crumbles and the whole thing still tasted like vanilla not a mix of oreo and vinilla, just straight up Vanilla. Our family will definitely not be back to this location EVER again even though it is convenient.We would rather drive out of our way to Sonic, they have a good variety of Blizzards and they even offer a HAPPY HOUR with half off BLIZZARDS AND SLUSHIES during different times but still. THEY OFFER IT!!!!!!!

Stopped by here the other night to fulfill a chocolate soft serve pregnancy craving. My boyfriend went in to order a twist in a dish with chocolate sprinkles; a few minutes later he came back to the car and said they didnt have chocolate sprinkles, which was no big deal, I said rainbow were fine. He went back in. A few minutes later he was back - they had neglected to tell him they were out of chocolate soft serve. Well have more in a couple weeks hopefully, as if that was helpful. So I said forget the chocolate ice cream, Ill have a standard hot fudge sundae with cookie dough on top. They said okay, took our order, we paid, then a couple minutes later came back to the counter and said actually were out of cookie dough. I mean really??? What kind of manager allows a DQ to run out of that many standard items? In the end I got brownie pieces on my sundae - they were so stale I couldnt really eat them. All I could say after was you cant really call this a Dairy Queen, since they dont have standard DQ menu items. Will definitely never be back.

Line gets long sometimes. Otherwise its a nice place. They usually get your orders right and in a timely manner.

Been here many times with coupons, and Ive always had a fine experience. Never ordered food, as they have a limited menu. Love that theyre open till 10.

Website said they open at 10:30 but they open at 11, we were heading out of town and wanted to stop and grab a bite sadly false advertising and waisted our time driving out

Always a frozen treat to enter this place. Gureenteed weather conditions of Blizzards so frozen that it will defy gravitys pull. You might feel a little upside down but that is only because your normal frown has become a smile, as you spoon the winter blast into your mouth. Creating the only warmth you need. The fireworks on your toung as it experiences the Treat that is spelled D.Q.!!!

This place is usually packed, but you can get in and out fairy fast. The employees are nice and get your orders done right.

Walked into the store today and greated both people standing at the counter (doing nothing) and instead of being greated back all I got was deadpan stares. Neither said a word, not hello, didnt ask for my order, nothing. Both just stared. Gave my order and was given my change, still not a single word. All the years in working with customers I never understood why it was so important to greet ppl as they come in, today I see its because if you just stare rudely people saying nothing it REALLY makes them just want to turn around and leave. Will not be back here.
