Wondering if anyone else is put off by the body odor of a particular staff member that is present from time to time. I spoke with staff, because the smell is very overwhelming. Although I was assured it wouldnt be a problem in the future I find the problem persists. I understand that different cultures have different customs but its unexplainable that one one staff member has this issue.

Today is my 21st birthday and I was so excited to go in and buy for the first time. The guy working the register looks at BOTH of my IDs and tells me he cant sell to me today and maybe can tomorrow even though I am legally allowed to buy alcohol today. So since I cant buy today, Im not buying from there ever.

Excellent customer service and attentiveness to eveyone who walks through the door, escially repeat customers. Jay is absolutely amazing! They have a great selection of wines, and do offer delivery. They have even picked up dinner for me at restaurants near them while delivering my wine. Always curtious and serves with pleasure and a smile.
