I have an older model roll-out rack that I needed help disassembling. The website didnt give me all the information I wanted so I contacted customer service. Tim Costello the Product Manager was super helpful and spelled out what and how to accomplish this. Their products are amazing and very well made and with customer service like this, Im so grateful I chose Steel Storage.
