If you need a metal roof, this is the place to go. The new manager, Jamie, is very helpful and knowledgable. Beats the big box stores in every way; product knowledge, product support, material availability, selection and options and price. Everyone I dealt with at Metal Mart was very friendly and helpful and responsive.

On the positive side this place usually will have what you need for your metal needs. On the negative side, they got this butch lady working in the back fabricating area who is tryin to hard to prove her masculinity. You don’t need to act tough with customers to prove that your strong like man.

Today is 12/11/20. We stopped in to check on some pricing and order some panels. The door was open and there was a young man and woman inside. They stated that they were closed. There is an open sign on the door. Poorly managed facility. Would leave 0 stars if that were an option.

Metal Mart gives great service, and a low cost quality product. I have not bought a large amount of metal roofing from them, but small amounts for sheds and such. Still I was given a lot of attention and my needs are always met there. I will be a costumer for years to come!! Thanks Metal Mart.8 years since my last review, I am still a satisfied customer. The service is poor, I dont think they can read prints and for some reason the customer is wrong. This place needs new management.

Have placed many orders with Metal Mart and Colter. Ive never had any issues with getting someone to answer the phone. Metal Mart has always been great to work with and knowledgeable and a resource for helping me get some large projects completed and even the small ones.

Metal Mart is great! Pricing is lower than any one in town and service is top notch... My only regret is all of the times I went to Dencol and Stockyard Supply for the products they sell here...

Every thing we need and great to work with. We love the service here! Also the prices are some of the lowest in surrounding cities.

They wont pick up there phone and if they do the will automatically put you on hold for at least 30 minutes plus. If you leave a message, they wont call back.

The store is actually really neat, Metal Mart offers some cool products. The problem with the store is the customer service. Tashina has been great but Jamie has become unbelievably hard to deal with. In the last year we have done around $50K worth of business with them. Unfortunately, I have decided to discontinue working with them as a supplier because doing business with them has turned in to a burden instead of a partnership.
