I’ve been planning a big trip to Europe for the past 6 months and the only thing left on my to-do list is to upgrade mu luggage. I’ve been using crappy used luggage and duffle bags for the past 5+ years and finally decided it was time for an upgrade to something good.I went here and got both a carry on sized bag and a full sized rolling bag that will be perfect for me for years to come! OMG OMG Luke Roll Top Backpack was only $255 !?!?!? Bought it in a sec!!! Cuz it’s too cheap, almost half the RSP.

Lots of stores to shop with outlet prices.....has a nice resting area in the restrooms, has nike, levis, guess, Columbia, Disney stores just to name a few. Plenty of restaurants there too. Also there is ample parking and is free.

Well the bags here are amazin, top notch in quality! The prices aren’t so bad either. Be aware that some of their policies have changed, like now they no longer cover wear and tear, which was a little disappointing. They still offer the best in travel luggage though.

Better prices than department stores and different designs

I was in this store before Christmas and most items were 20% on sale. Post Christmas and before New Years and everything was 25% off. We returned a bag and had no problem returning it. Customer service was great. Store is small, bit nicely laid out.

Great products but ok discounts. Most discounts are about 20-30%. But you can still save good money. Product selection is very limited. Not so many products choices. It is a small store and it can be super crowded. The staff is nice but they can easily be overwhelmed. Checkout is reasonable. Overall, good place to get Tumi.

Tumi is a great store. You get what you pay for... I recently had a 10 year old briefcase repaired under warranty and the completely refurbished while they had it. They even gave me a loaner briefcase...
