Worst customer service on the phone that I ever received from. They graduating for more than an hour. Then the hangup. Now if you pull up on the drive-through take about 40 minutes to an hour just to drop off your prescription or pick it up..this is one Rite aid I dont highly recommend and they want to go to the pharmacy on Rosecrans in Central. Ill rather recommend you to go to Walgreens or CVS down the street from there. At least answer your phone calls I dont have you on hold for an hour or just hang up on you...

I was standing at the counter for a long time with not even so much as a hello. The lady literally walked up to the cash register purposely avoiding my eyes. When she did speak to me it was with an undertone of disgust. I still have no idea why this is the case.

3rd Time in Here and LP Always Profiling Customers as Potential Shoplifters....Theyll Follow you Specially if you walk in their with No Big Purse....and Purchasing Big Ticket Items and None Sale Items Like That is Something Out of the ordinary for Them. It Infuriates Me That TheyLoss Prevention Make Me Feel So Uncomfortable to The Point That I Feel Harassed. Yet i go out of there paying up to $300 worth of Merchandise. WHAT A shame Wont Come Back to This One Anymore. 2nd Rite -Aid in Compton I Have an Issue with.

Run from this pharmacy! My doctor phoned in an out-of-area prescription yesterday. When I called to check on it a full day later, I was met with the worst customer service imaginable. After an extended delay while she found my record, the tech saidSo whats the problem?Just checking.Well, its not ready yet.When will it be ready? (Another long wait)Are you paying cash?Whatever works best for you, why?Well, you dont have insurance.You dont show my insurance?No.(More not helpful discussion)OK. Dont fill it. I will go to a different pharmacy.Thats fine.Upon phoning a different Rite Aid pharmacy (San Pedro), the very helpful tech at that store informed me the first pharmacy had (for some reason) created a new profile for me when the prescription request came in, showing me as being without insurance. She could clearly see my true profile and assured me they would fill the prescription within 30 minutes and honor my insurance.

Prescriptions are on automatic refills. On three separate occasions, I received text messages indicating they are ready, but when I arrived at the pharmacy I am told there are no prescriptions for me. The last time, I showed the clerk the text message and the reply was, “I still don’t have anything”. Twice I was told to wait while they filled the prescription. While sitting in the pharmacy waiting area I received another text message indicating my prescriptions were ready. I went to the window only to be told my prescriptions were not ready.

After visiting this store I now realize why we do not have any Rite Aids in Manhattan Beach. Filthy bathroom, not bathrooms because they only have one (the men’s is “flooded”). It is utterly repulsive to think that a place that can have a washroom this dirty has anything to do with health or serving ice cream. Not to mention the so called “manager”, the younger women with glasses and long hair, I believe her name was Cindy. She was very rude when I expressed my concerns about the bathroom. When I asked for her supervisor she rolled her eyes and stated she was the store manager. I then asked for a district manager contact information, Which she denied. Not wanting to argue I left the store, and submitted an online experience email. I’m hoping the issues are handled accordingly

I usually don’t write reviews, but my mother’s experience/treatment at this pharmacy needs to be heard. On several occasions when accompanying her to pick up medication a middle aged oriental man with spikey hair racially profiles her to excuse himself from helping her. I assume he thinks she’s is a Spanish speaker when infact she is Portuguese and speaks English, not spanish. Anyways he always looks at her and yells at another worker who is usually busy “Espanol, espanol!” I myself am a nurse and find this repulsive.

I use to get my meds from cvs..an i always had to wait for 45 mins to a hour Until i started going to rideaid for the last 2 years i love there customer service both pharmacy an in store cashiers. An i never have to wait long for my meds 20 to 30 mins... if that long....An there also good with call in dr refills
