The two courteous men delivered and installed our Fridge Model RT21M6213SR Samsung Top-Freezer on time as scheduled. The fridge looks simple yet elegant, operating properly and have all the features we need. We love it.

The worst service I have ever had. Elliot was our sales person he didn’t put in the right address so the delivery drivers refused to take my refrigerator 10 minutes up the street where should’ve been in the place . I had $1000 worth of food waiting for them to drop off my fridge and they refused absolutely refused to bring my refrigerator until the next day . I got all my money back I will never deal with them again. Nelson the manager of the store was no help at all nor was Christina who answered the phone.

If you want an appliance from a local business that isn’t trying to wow you with an overly fancy showroom and an array of up-sell tactics, you can’t beat Airport. No games, they’ll just try to get you what you need—as quickly as you need it. Install, haul-away the whole deal… with as little inconvenience as possible. You may save a hundred bucks at Home Depot or someother chain, but you’re not helping the localcommunity and you’re just going to have it dropped off and end up paying more for installation and haul-away. The price ends up the same, but the experience is much better here.

I initially contacted Cherins in San Francisco as a 189 unit condo I used to manage used them a lot, the residents did. So for my house in Marin I called them to discuss a new refrigerator and electric range for a house built in 1964. I got a sales guy and we traded thoughts and I gave him my credit card. I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls. NOTHING. I was getting paranoid so I emailed him in CAPS saying cancel.I asked a commercial painting contractor who he might recommend. He immediately said Ken at Airport Home Appliances. What can I say, it was like trading a Hyundai for a Ferrari. Within the hour I had his quote and items were in stock! We had our appliances installed a week later. Airport uses Apogee for install and delivery who were the most communicative delivery vendor Ive ever worked with...call Ken at Airport in Concord.

We had been to home depot several times but couldnt decide on which fridge to get. Once we walked into Airport home appliance, the experience was different. Ken Usedom walked us through all our options explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Making a decision became so easy and we walked out of there with three new appliances. He set us up very nicely with the delivery and installation on the day that we wanted. The entire experience was great! I highly recommend them.

This has got be the worst customer service I have ever had. We spent a lot o money for a kitchen aid refrigerator. It has never worked properly - leaking water system. Trying to get someone to fix this has been almost impossible. I would suggest NOT purchasing from this place. I tried and never again. Just plain awful!

He showed us exactly what we needed, and checked with each model we were considering on availability - rather urgent as our fully-stocked refrigerator/freezer suddenly broke! We didnt mean to be difficult, as we changed our mind of the model the day before the delivery. But Efren easily made the change for us, with no change in delivery. From start to finish this was probably the best appliance experience Ive had (weve had several over the years). Purchase went smoothly. I must say it wasnt same day delivery which was promoted on the website ... but well worth the wait. The two man crew who came in and installed were professional, kind and made sure there was not ONE speck of anything left behind. They had to cut some of my cabinet because the space was too small. NOT ONE SPECK OF DUST WAS LEFT!! (He even wiped down my counter top because he said there was dust on it ... no, it was crumbs from my toast.) BRAVO Airport Home Appliance. THANK YOU!

Given tough times in the appliance industry, shipping and deliveries have been significantly pushed back. Elliott Jones mastered the art of communication and regularly followed up with any info he received from manufacturers. Although it was not always good news, I was well informed. He was a true pleasure to work with and I would recommend him specifically to anyone looking for appliances!

It’s all about sales not about the customer. I felt that the sales person pitched the idea perfect but it was the only thing that was good. I don’t recommend this place you are better off somewhere else. I had to pay an installment fee for my appliance and when I had an issue with it they blamed my house for it. Ridiculous smh

Before he could even turn around to get it, one of the salesmen had a box of masks and let my husband select one. As we walked around the appliances, another salesman approached us and asked if he could help. He showed us what they had and luckily we found exactly what we wanted. At no time were we pressured to buy. I was impressed with the service.

My experience at airport appliance for the most part was very good. However, the sale person Khristina, was not responsive as I would have liked. Overall I am happy with the two appliances that I purchased.

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Airport Appliance back in November 2020, but it had a crack in the interior wall. We worked with Ken Usedom to resolve the issue. Although it took a little time and a lot of legwork and coaxing on Kens part, he was able to get Frigidaire to provide the refund and replacement. We ended up upgrading to another, higher-end, refrigerator and Ken helped us through that exchange process. Ken was on top of things at all times. The delivery guys took the damaged fridge and replaced it with the upgraded model all at one time.

Sales team has that bullpen vibe but they are knowledgeable about what they sell and dont try to BS you.

I needed a new range asap. I went to the big box stores first and between the lousy customer service I received at the orange colored one and the general unavailability of ranges at both (there is a 6 or more week backorder on most all ranges in both stores), I did not know what I was going to do. Then, I remembered hearing a radio add about Airport Home Appliance and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the Concord Airport Home Appliance location. They had the range I wanted, in stock, and at a BETTER PRICE than the big box stores. The gentleman that helped us was extremely pleasant and took complete care of everything. His customer service skills were EXCELLENT! The range arrived on time on the date that we chose and was installed and checked by the delivery man prior to him leaving. The whole experience was extremely positive and now Airport Home Appliance will be the only place that I will do business with when I need a new appliance!

The entire staff was courteous, friendly, helpful - and respectful of COVID-19 concerns.We called ahead first - after checking out many suppliers (on line and via telephone) product options that met our criterion. Unfortunately, most of the products we sought are not available at this time. Via phone, Airport sales rep Manule Lewis offered an item readily available that met our needs (in fact they had two products we had preferred). We met with Manuel, he showed us the items and explained in detail the differences between products. It was an easy choice for us. Manuel was gracious, informative and fun to do business with.We received our new dishwasher 2 days later in perfect condition, delivered free of charge. They hauled away our original machine for a nominal charge. I purchased a brand new refrigerator and it was delivered on 4/5/21 and I did not receive all of the shelves.. I have called the manager Nelson every week and he assisted with getting one shelf but the other top refrigerator shelf i have yet to receive.. this is now 7/29/21 and I have yet to get my shelf. And the drawback is I purchased a 5 year warranty I can only imagine the lack luster service if my fridge has issues. I am beyond annoyed and just want what I purchased.

Airport Appliance had a good number of dishwashers on display. We were able to pick one out quickly. The dishwasher was delivered and installed within a week. No problems.

I ordered a fisher and paykel double drawer dishwasher and it didn’t work day 1. Called airport appliance and was given the run around to call and be patient. Unfortunately, after 11 days airport appliance finally came to pick up the dishwasher after I had to talk to managers and general manager. Still have not received my return money for the broken appliance and Nelson the manager lied about emailing me back an exchange for the appliance. When in fact he dropped the ball and forgot. It cost me as a consumer time and energy trying to resolve an issue that airport appliance didn’t take responsibility. They said they were going to send 100.00 credit but that hasn’t been fulfilled yet. No sense of urgency or taking responsibility of their actions on the broken appliance. What happened to customer service? Why are we as customers are own advocates in solving their services? Disappointed and confused why airport appliance couldn’t correct the issue faster than 11days and still on going because I have not received any return money.

Our purchase experience was simple and the product was available quickly. The delivery team was excellent. Only wished Id be given at least 30 minutes notice of their arrival (only given 10), but all worked out fine.

I bought a refrigerator and a front load washer and I love them both. Todd Gore helped me with both and he was awesome. He answered all my questions and gave me some really great suggestions. Also made sure I knew how to use my washer to get the best use out of it. Ill be giving Todd a call when Im ready to buy a dryer!!

Provided in-person documented proof (which was xeroxd in front of us) of cheaper price for pricematch later in the day on the day of purchase. Asked about pricematch repeatedly (6+ times) while waiting several weeks for delivery. Response was always its somebody elses thing to resolve or the manager has _just_ stepped out. Still waiting for my $150 refund. Will not recommend Airport to anyone, will tell them to avoid.

I am a property manager. I had a Big Box vendor - NOT named Airport - tried to deliver the same broken fridge 3 times. Crazy, right? Months later it took dozens of emails to the CEO office and a month to get another major Big Box vendor to deliver a Fridge for a different property. Airport has been more than competitive and hassle free. I will never deal with a Big Box company again. I love Airport.

The salesperson I dealt with secured the product for me as it was the last in stock with no updated information as to when they would be restocked. The appliance was delivered within two days. Delivery & set up was easy & the delivery staff very personable. I will definitely make Airport Home Appliance the first stop on any future appliance needs.

Ive used Airport Home Appliance several times to replace appliances in rentals. I look online first and then I call them because the online items may not be available. Phone support always works and they make sure Im ordering the correct size, etc. A BIG plus is that they notify a day ahead and again when theyre 30 minutes away. Thats a big bonus.

Stay away from Airport Home Appliance. They talk a good show but now nearly six weeks after purchasing and an equal number of promises to call back about when our dishwasher would arrive, we have not received one call. Lots of excuses and more promises to make it right but not once did they follow through.Finally, after a sixth phone call, delivery was scheduled. However, the installer (a vendor, Apogee) just left without installing because the opening was 1/4 smaller than what he said was necessary. Strange - because the new dishwasher is the same manufacturer as the one being replaced, with the same specs. Worst of all, the installer, Francis, and his manager, Chris Hudson, acted as if I was to blame. Not even an attempt at appropriate customer service.And now Airport Appliance says they cant give us a refund until next week because the manager is out of the office. Something stinks. We fully understand the supply / demand situation during this time - just dont expect anything approaching customer support from Airport Appliance.

We were not happy. Our salesman was trying to wait on two of us at one time. Information recorded was wrong. At first they had the dishwasher and then they didn’t, then we can have another one for the same price. But I really wasn’t sure if it was a better one or not. All and all not a good feeling

Bought a washer that we researched. They compared favorably on price and availability. John was a good salesman. Efficient and Knowledgeable.They delivered and set up a few days later. Unfortunately the unit had a couple of defects. Phoned in and while John wasnt available another sales person took care of it and in 2 days had a new one. Bought a second Refrigerator during Covid-19. The process was smooth over the phone, price was competitive, and most importantly, they delivered in 3 days (which was by far the fastest considering that most other outlets were sold out after the labor day weekend). The delivery staff was courteous, professional, and left no mess. Overall very satisfied.

In a time where there is virtually nothing “in stock”, I was able to walk in and find the range and matching microwave/vent fan combo AND a compactor. All in stock. Purchased Friday and was delivered on Monday. Super helpful and friendly staff. Automated delivery notifications are awesome.
