Had a crazy woman, who is supposedly an employee there proceed to yell at me through the store because I had apparently not responded to one of her comments and she viewed this as “attitude”. She then continued to threaten me as I was attempting to check out. Will never be going back here again and will be telling family and friends that also visit this store to no longer come. Definitely don’t recommend this place. If you see a little African American lady that has dreads. Avoid at all costs! It’s pretty unfortunate though considering the other employees are good and I love their array of products. So sad a horrible employee with a bad attitude ruined it.

I love that I found a beauty supply store that is close to my home. Im shopping there more these days. Its smaller. There is less foot traffic. I shopped for pre-looped braiding hair for the 1st time. They have a large collection of hair, big variety. I gave it a 4 because I had to wait at the register for someone to check me out.

One of the best beauty supply stores I’ve been to. Both ladies working today were so helpful and kind. And I was very comfortable browsing in this store. I walked out with everything I needed with a great price.

My experience wasnt a good one. They dont carry wigs for people with light brown hair. One of the employees sold me a dark colored wigs assuring me it could be breached to a light brown, because it was human hair. I was also told it could be returned it it couldnt be breached. She reassured me many times it could be returned. The employee also knew the was a no return or refund policy. Needless to say they refused to refund me money. The owners and employees may be wonderful people, but I learned a valuable lesson. Go with your gut and dont believe someone who assures you several times that if it cant be breached or you change your mind you can return it.

I love the products but they follow you around and they got security cameras on you at all times. I have been going there for as long as they have been on the area. They have been in 3 different locations in the downtown block along that stretch and I can truthfully say I have never ever seen anybody try and steal anything. Never!!!!!

I will NEVER EVER shop at this store ever again thanks to your manager Yun! I was with a friend to buy wigs and extensions for both us. God bless Alesha for helping us she was a gem. However the manager pulled her from upstairs and told her we could not try on any more wigs! I paid the required money to try on wigs. I was looking to spend about $400 in this store but I will never shop here again! With employees like your manager I will never recommend it to anyone.

This store is well stocked with everything you need for haircare and accessories. They carry a wide variety of products for people of color. Service is great due to the very knowledgeable young lady who works there and is so helpful. Prices are competitive. Do go!

Awesome customer service, you feel so welcome! They are very helpful. Theres a little bit of everything, and very organized, which makes it very easy to find what you are looking for.

Sometimes theyre not friendly. You have a big 55 inch screen watching everything and they still watch you!!! Everyone doesnt steal! I try hard not to go to this store at all.

When I came here over the summer they had a great wig selection, now its awful! Would not recommend coming here for your wig needs, unless you like basic old wigs that came out years ago. And are over priced!

I went there to buy something that I paid $1.99 for a month ago there and now its $6.99. We are being taken advantage of. Why such an increase. So I didnt buy it. Too pricey

Even though the store is not as big as the Charlotte store I still found everything I need and the staff was great.

At first it seemed like a good place, but as soon as we walked in an Asian lady kept following us like we were going to steal, and was very rude. Shes not the owner, or even the manager.

I’m the mother of the daughter who was yelled at through the store a few days ago. Not only did this lady with dreads get angry at my daughter but me as well because I asked as to why my daughter was in distress after being yelled at. While I was immensely calm….She literally had to be restrained by coworkers multiple times (to make matters worse). Again, similarly to what my daughter said you see a little African American woman with dreads. Avoid her! She’ll try to argue with you for no reason and have an attitude with you. This all begin because my daughter didn’t respond to a comment made that did not require an answer and this was once again perceived as attitude. Keep in mind, this is a grown adult woman yelling and threatening to fight someone still considered a child and she is an employee...
