I brought my bike to E.B. Velo for what I thought was a rear wheel out of round and true. Brent took it off my bike and checked it right in front of me. It turned out my wheel had some irreparable damage/ flat spots to it and it couldnt be perfect again. Even with the imperfections he got it as close to true as he could for me. You can tell he is passionate and does good work, all for good fair prices (less than any of the local bike shops for sure). Ill be bringing my bike back to him if/ when it needs maintenance in the future.

First thing he did when I called was yell, Who is this?! After that he screamed, Im no longer doing this! Then abruptly hung up the phone. What a dooche bag

Took uber to the bike shop. Doesnt actually exist. Expensive waste of time. His neighbours told me people always come here looking for a bike shop. Its just a row of houses.
