We went in thinking we would find better deals because of the fact its an outlet. We were disappointed. Most of the shirts we looked at were irregular and the best they could do was 30% off original price. Put me down for a no thank you.

LL Bean is my favorite place for clothing along with miscellaneous other stuff. The outlet store has outdated, returned, or just clearance items at a fairly good discount. The outlets stores tend to be hut or miss as the seldom have really new merchandise. I’ve noticed they are changing the way they show mark-downs. Unfortunately, their usually handsome prices don’t play well in a discount setting. A $55 polo shirt marked down 30% doesn’t seem very discounted. Your old way with real numbers wormed Beans. This may be less labor intensive, but there seemed to be a lot of merch still on the racks.

What a great Co. For years LL, EMS, and Eddie Bauer all provided first rate outdoors clothing and gear at a fair price. Now LL in particular has moved into the fashion dash and forgotten the roots that made them a household name. Whether it was to appease the non-hunting crowd or just to grow the business will never be clear...

Have always loved The Bean Store! As outlet stores go this one is fine. It has been disappointing to see more and more items made in China as years go by. Back in the day didnt need to think twice where a Bean item came from. That ship has indeed sailed. To start with, the LL Bean merchandise is of generally high quality. The value you get in the outlet store is very good. What makes this particular store for me is the exceptional staff. All are most friendly and helpful. I have never had anything but a good buying experience here. I highly recommend LL Bean in general and this outlet in particular.

While I find the ladies fashions too boxy for me. the qualityremains tremendous. And, if youve never tried their flannel sheetsyou are in for a life changing event when sleeping in them. Thick,soft & fluffy, they do not hold a chill like regular sheets and promotemany wonderful hours of zzzzzsssss. Rug & housewares all great.

The LL Bean Outlet store often puts what I want within reach but you just have be there on the right day. So when Im in the area Ill stop in and check. You never know. The L.L. Bean outlet can be a hit-or-miss proposition, but you can often find something there that will justify the trip. The deep discounts on returned items can be substantial, and the choices in sizes is very wide ranging. There are also good deals to be had on everything from kayaks to kitchen islands. After your trip to the outlet store, I highly recommend a stroll through charming downtown Concord.

They permited a man without a mask to enter the store and travel all over the store and come in contact with customers and staff. Made many people feel uncomfortable.

A true outlet store. Prices are fabulous. They keep this store clean and orderly. You can’t shop here though. It’s best to come here on a mission to search for something specific. That’s your best bet. Good customer service too. Parking is challenging only because it’s in Concord and Concord is well known for the worst traffic flow in New England

First, returning items ordered online is a breeze. Staff is friendly and courteous. I’m often able to find great deals on kids and adult clothing. If you’re lucky, they sometimes have strollers or outdoor furniture at a great price. Don’t let the price tags fool you, be sure to look up/around for additional % off signs (usually 30-40%!) This is the type of store where even if you go in not needing anything, you will leave with something! Finally, the clothes are well made and their guarantee can’t be beat!

It’s an outlet store. Sometimes you can get lucky and find what you’re looking for at a good price. Usually I just find lots of overpriced clothes that are of declining quality. They don’t take L.L. Bean coupons.

I came in for a fleece top. No fleece tops on that day; sweaters, fleece jackets, and flannel shirts, but no fleece pull-over tops. Also I think the price on the thin insulated coats is a little high even at 40% off. They are very basic and quality seemed pretty average.

This outlet location is always very helpful when youre looking for something from LL Bean. Ive bought boots, gloves, hats, snow pants, and jackets here. They make returns and exchanges very easy as well. The selection is always changing so frequent visits are encouraged. Found good deals on nalgene bottles there a few times too.

Love to swing in every once in a while to see what’s available at the outlet here in Concord. Ive carried an LLBEAN credit card for about 15 years. I love that I can buy online and return items to the outlet or stop anytime just to browse. Ive gotten some great deals there over the years and will continue to do so! My only complaint is they dont have juniors sizes. I’m small and their smalls are much too big for me.

Tried to return a sweatshirt that my daughter had for only a month before it started to rip, and got the third degree about it! The lady behind the counter LOUDLY expressed that she would let me return it just this once. It was embarrassing. Meanwhile I was exchanging for a similar piece and buying another item too.
