Came in to ask about an installation of stereo system in my new Tundra/Platinum Series. These guys are very knowledgeable and are very professional yet down to earth. They advised me of what I needed to my specific daily use of the stereo. In the end I had them installed a 10 Pioneer with (2) 10s speakers 🔊 behind the back seat. Now I have a lot more depths/bass when listening to some music. I am NOT the ones who would be driving down the street bumping my music so loud that a deaf person could all of a sudden hear again!!! Came up to get my Tesla Model Y tinted with 3M crystalline. Great quality tint and they did almost everything including the roof but not the windshield. Due to the sensitive electronic for the windshield. They were professional, quick, and would come back again!

Second time using them and they did an awesome job again! 1st time was 4 or 5 years ago, the tint never faded and no issues at all so of course when I needed to get it done I called them.Thank you for the great quality and help.

I had bought a full system set up, amp, deck, subs, a comp box, warranty etc etc. Some time had gone down the road and it was stolen from me, vehicle left on the side of the road. I had went back into the store to speak about getting my receipts since I had misplaced mine. The original salesmen I had was not there at the time so I went ahead to speak to a person behind the counter. Seemed fine at first, but as we talked it seemed as if he was giving off a certain “don’t want to be here” type of attitude towards me, sighing, scratching his head when asked questions as if he was irritated, or just plain out being rude. This was before I got to state the reason why I was even there in the first place. I then gave him my name and just asked if he could search for me in the system to give me my receipts to be on my way. He ended up asking me for my license, at this point I’m just done speaking with a person that shows no interest in their first time if not daily customers. I then asked the supposed “owner/boss” as I was told by him, who then asked why I needed receipts for MY OWN PURCHASE, let alone DENYING me anything even though I showed him proof of my identity (which is unprofessional let alone ridiculous & outrageous). So now that some time has gone by & i’ve reflected on the situation, along with finding my actual receipts from the original purchase, I think I’m going to be looking into filing on them and or pushing to sue. This shouldn’t happen to anyone who’s making legitimate purchases from so called “businesses” what so ever, I was only about 18-19 & spent over $2,500 when I had purchased their equipment, if they think just because I’m young this will be let go they are mistaken.

This place is amazing! I was able to get all of my after market parts for my 1993 Nissan 240sx convertible. Customer service was amazing! They found everything I needed for my build within minutes. Came in to schedule a dash-cam install. Was interested in the Blackvue which they had partially in stock. Guy said he would check on getting the install kit and rear camera and call me back the next day to schedule install in about two weeks. Gave him my number... Crickets. Big talk, no action.

Good product variety. Friendly staff who seem to know the speaker configuration in every make and model both domestic and foreign. I parked out front with a car that was 15 years old. Walked in and said it is my daughter car and she wants better sound.One of the owners walked out back and came in a few boxes to tell me this is exactly what I needed. The installation, including a new head unit, took a day.The installer left no evidence of having moved or disassembled any panels in the vehicle. My daughter was immediately amazed by the new sound!

Interesting experience. The installation and support from James was excellent. The owner and I had a difference of opinion on our communication and the results did not meet my expectations. Be clear on what you want and expect before getting work done is my advice.

Got 2 car alarms. They all take lunch at the same time 12 to 1:30. So dont go then, but if you can get past that. They do great work.

I am satisfied with the work done and the quality of the equipment installed. I had an amp, sub box, one ten inch subwoofer, and an apple car play stereo installed in one session. The total came out to $2300 for anyone interested in comparing prices. A lot of costs came from hourly rate and random accessories. My advice to a customer of this establishment is to do your research. The salesmen will try to up-sell you, so have a boundary in your head of the price you are willing to pay. They were up front with me about the high price. I was willing to pay. But it is very expensive. No, they will not install items you purchase outside of their store (for warranty reasons). My only complaint, which may have been a fair mistake, was that the salesman told me I would have to pay an extra $300 if I wanted a Bluetooth stereo. This was not true, the stereo installed comes with Bluetooth, so don’t fall for that!Edit: owner is right. Confusion was over the apple car play Bluetooth vs regular Bluetooth capabilities

Short Version: DON’T TRUST CONCORD CAR STEREO & TINT! THYE COST ME $800 WHEN THE ISSUE WAS A $12 ANTENNA CABLE!Long Version: The AM tuner in my Pioneer multimedia receiver stopped working, and since I purchased and got it installed at Concord Car Stereo & Tint, I took it to there to get the AM tuner checked out. James (the manager) told me they connected an external antenna to my receiver and the AM tuner still didn’t work, so the AM tuner was fried and I could either buy a new receiver, or I could listen to some AM stations by streaming iHeart Radio thru my iPhone. James also said they had very limited Pioneer inventory because of COVID’s impact on the supply chain.I went to GM Electronics and had them install a new Pioneer multimedia receiver that they had in stock. After the installation, GM Electronics found that the AM tuner on the brand-new Pioneer multimedia receiver wasn’t functioning and traced the problem to a faulty $12 antenna cable! (see the picture) GM Electronics replaced the antenna cable and now the AM tuner is working perfectly! So basically, I paid $800 to replace a Pioneer multimedia receiver that was working perfectly, when I could have just replaced a $12 antenna cable. I was super upset with Concord Car Stereo & Tint, so I called James (the manager who was working when they erroneously diagnosed my AM tuner as fried) and asked him why they told me the AM tuner was fried when the issue was a $12 antenna cable? James kept saying “we checked it out” and “we have “16 video cameras all over the shop if you want to look at the videos.” No, I don’t want to watch the videos. I was there! I want to know why you told me the AM tuner was fried when it was working fine and the issue was a $12 antenna cable? James had no answers for me, but he is very proud of his 16 video cameras!The next day I spoke to Mike (the owner of Concord Car Stereo & Tint) and explained what had happened. First, Mike tells me that they get really bad AM & FM reception at their shop location, so I shouldn’t have trusted them when they told me my AM tuner was fried. What? Are you kidding me? I said, “Nobody at Concord Car Stereo & Tint said anything about having bad radio reception in their shop or that I shouldn’t trust their diagnosis.” James never said anything about that when my car was in being checked for the AM tuner problem. What gives? Mike basically said he didn’t feel responsible for anything and said “are you telling me you have never made a mistake” and I said “yes I have made mistakes, but I take responsibility for my mistakes with my customers.” Mike said he wouldn’t.I will never give any more business to Concord Car Stereo & Tint and you have been warned.They cannot diagnose basic car stereo problems, and don’t support their customers, but they do have 16 awesome video cameras all around their shop…

This is the type of place you look for. Beyond competent, generous and clearly with more years of experience in the industry than most of their clientele have been alive.I used to sell car stereos twenty years ago, watched many installers do their work and even tho I just moved to Napa I will be driving back here when I get my rear speakers and deck eventually replaced.Dont go to some hack shop with sketchy people. This place is worth every penny.

Ive been going there since I was 16 with my first car. They installed my stereo system for my Honda. The system was put in perfectly no issues. I just came back with my 2018 ford for 3m crystalline tint and they did it quick keeping me updated with the process. They even helped me get a new windshield because I had cracks in it which would effect the tint. At the end of month Ill be back to intall my speaker system. I recommend this place to everybody because thier professional and do quality work with great prices.

Worst costumers service I called Friday they gave me a quote told me to go Saturday morning I was real happy to find them all of a sudden we get there and they up the quote 75$ more instead of charging me the initial quote 300$ they said 375$ for windows to be tinted they didnt honor the first quote Im so upset not only did I get up early but I cancel someone else because I wanted to go somewhere local I dont recommend this place nor the rude employees and staff that cant honor anything ! They dont deserve any starts because of there treatment towards costumers . If anything I just called Best Guys on Clayton Road they gave me a better deal 285$ Suggest everyone to them they wont over charged and it will be a HONEST direct answer !

I brought my 2016 Ford F-150 to Mike on a Saturday to install one of its kind in dash navigation kit. Mike was very personable and knowledgeable and offered all potential options for my needs. I installed an Alpine in dash navigation kit w/ hidden amp along with Alpine speakers in all doors thus replacing the factory speakers. I expressed my concerns about removing all of the door panels on my truck he ended up removing the door panels in my truck himself for seamless installation. He even stayed until almost 10pm on a Saturday to deliver my truck back to me. I am very happy with the Alpine system that was installed I would recommend his shop to anyone.

4/23/20, First thank you to everyone at the shop who was involved in this install because I couldn’t be happier. Everyone else, trust me when I say that there is no better place to take your vehicle if you care about it, everyone there is so cool and after talking with Mike I found out why they are so good, he has an extensive car background and really loves and has a passion for them and it shows in his work and the people he chooses to work with him. They went above and beyond for me even staying after hours to get everything done. With cars today and the way they are built with all the computers and sensors you really need to know what you’re doing for everything to be right. Everything new came out great and the added bonus is that now I have OEM features that are working again because it’s done right. Thanks again guys. FYI they do a lot more than audio and tint, check with them first to avoid making bad decisions you’ll regret later.4/21/20, stopped by to ask some questions about tint and some car audio issues I’ve been having with an aftermarket system installed by the previous owner, 2 minutes after arriving at the shop I had all the info I needed to know these are the guys you want working on your car. Personable, knowledgeable and intelligent people doing what they love to do and it shows immediately. Ended up scheduling an appointment for tomorrow (so cool how quickly it can be done) to have all my windows stripped and re-tinted with the mid range 3M film (still better than any other film used by other super jealous window tint technicians at other shops pretending to be the best) and a new head unit to be installed the correct way and not how the previous owner of my car did it. The best part of the whole day, week or hell the whole year was when the super cool, (I think owner) good looking and intelligent individual behind the counter sold me a very hard to find carbon fiber OEM Honda dash trim panel for my 9th gen. Civic Si for a super great price and it was his own personal part he found and bought for his own Civic Si. He wasn’t even the one helping me, I was talking with the other (super cool) knowledgeable individual getting all the info I needed to make an informed decision about the future of my favorite car and while we were discussing options I mentioned the OEM panel not being in my car already (because of the hack job done by earlier mentioned previous owner who did everything wrong that he touched and I’ve spent a lot of time and money to fix and change back to the way it should be) and he remembered seeing one in the shop and took the time to find it. Upon laying eyes on the beautiful piece of Honda magic I knew it must be mine, so naturally when the owner of this fine piece of craftsmanship walked in helping another customer I immediately and now thinking about it probably rudely demanded it be mine... or maybe just asked about it and the slim possibility of potentially buying it from him. Like I certainly would be, he seemed reluctant to let it go because of how hard they are to find and it being a personal part of his collection but he couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding of my position trying to get this well deserved Civic Si back to its former glory and the ability to be all it can be. I don’t know if it was my charm or maybe how adorable my two daughters are (they were with me) but he didn’t put up too much of a fight and graciously bequeathed it to me for a small very awesome and generous fee. So needless to say I am very excited for tomorrow and the very much needed repair/upgrades that will be lovingly installed on my car by the hands of car audio royalty and all around good guys. Can you even imagine what I would write about people I like and have known for more than and hour or so of my 42 years on earth, I will definitely write another I’m sure positive post tomorrow after I see what I know will be a quality cared for job well done on my head unit install and window strip and re-tint at this professional car audio shop worthy of all the praise it can handle, the end.

Pretty rude staff. I called to ask about having some work done on my car, and the person I spoke to was very dismissive and flat out told me we only do work on parts that weve sold you. The policy is fine, but the delivery was horrible. Next time, try to be a little more understanding and less asleep when youre talking to someone on the phone.Edit: After reading some of the previous reviews, it seems that theyve had a problem with customer service for a long time, and they arent interested in improving that aspect of their business at all.

Tint is starting to come off already... And it hasnt even been a year. HORRIBLE!!! Theres an issue with the tint shop if its suppose to be lifetime... due to it being a issue with their quality of work. As with most of the other reviews on here, I assume they were all written after they got it done. Let this be a quality review from 9 months later. I was very happy with my tint when I got it but now the truth about the tinting comes out. Going elsewhere to get retinted, even if its free to come back to this place. Not worth it. Sorry folks but this isnt your tint shop. People are nice but this will be the third time under a year Ive had to take it in again. 3 strikes your out. Ive had issues with the tint not being smoothed out all the way, dust being stuck all in the tint, bubbling, and a horrible job smoothing out the back window where the defrost area is. Free or not... Im going somewhere else. Too much money and out of my way to have something fixed again, that Ill prolly have to come back to get it redone. Not coming back... We all make mistakes using our money, dont let this be one... Trust me! All youll be doing is forking out money to get it redone in the near future.

The people on the phone are rude and say they require a deposit for all appointments even in the next couple of days. I asked to be put down for an appt but they dont hold it unless you put a deposit down. Horrible shop.....even worse customer service.
