Their work is not bad but they are subpar at best with communication and it felt as though we were being strung along. You have to call them for any desired response dealing with anything rather than them calling you. May want to try another company first and use 31-W as a back up but be prepared to wait

I used to work for them before I became a project manager. Back then things were ok but now I just had them do 1 of my houses and wow. I am having to tear ever bit of foam insulation from edges of floor and around windows it is ridiculous. Not to mention was told they would start for sure Monday a week prior and didnt make it till near the end of the wee

With mostly 1 star reviews, I felt I should add my own review. 31 W was recommended by Certainteed insulation to insulate the room I was finishing above my garage. Their estimate was reasonable and they completed the job within 8 days other coming out to do the estimate. The technicians did an excellent job and everyone was very friendly and professional and did exactly what I ask for.. I would certainly recommend the Concord NC location for insulation.

Truck drivers be very careful coming to this place for truck load delivers, when delivering here to enter the delivery docks bear to the right of the building and come all the way around to the back.make sure to keep your truck very center on the concrete the ground is soft and your trailer was thinking a hole.
